As I walked into the store I received a friendly greeting from Blake who asked if he could help me with anything. I gave him information on what I had in mind. He proceeded to show me several options that would fit my need. He was patient as I showed him pictures of the room I was decorating.After narrowing down my choices, we began to discuss colors and textures. That’s when he brought in Kat, their style expert. I showed Kat pictures of the antique rocker that I wanted to have the new chairs complement. She took me to the fabric wall and we discussed fabrics and chair styles that would work best with what I already had. After looking through other pictures of mine, she help me in deciding on what accent tables to get. We were there for a couple hours and she was very patient and friendly through the entire process.Kat and Blake were very upfront about the supply chain issues and lead times. I work in distribution so I am very aware of such issues in every industry. I would rather wait on high quality furniture than buy something off the floor from another store that won’t last.I am a huge fan of La-Z-Boy furniture and have recommended it to my friends, two of which have recently made purchases with them. I know some will not like to wait but I truly believe that quality is worth the wait.
I was having trouble trying to decide what chairs to get to go with our new sofa. We walked into Lazy Boy just so I could look but when Katherine greeted us she changed my life. She gave us our space to look around and once I found a chair that I liked, I asked her if there was another chair that would go with it but not the same. She listened to me and came up with exactly what I was thinking about. She was so helpful and so polite! We ended up purchasing the 2 chairs and a coffee table on this visit and will definitely go back when we need any other furnishings. They were very helpful. Showed me a number of chairs that met my parameters. They did not rush me to decide. Once I decided, the process was quick and they were friendly and professional throughout. I was disappointed that the chair couldn’t be delivered as quickly as I wanted, but delivery date was reasonable.

I have only received half of the furniture that I ordered and it’s been 10 months. The part that I received is OK, but it would be unfair of me to review what I have not received. I have only been provided updates by the store when I have requested them, otherwise total silence. Yet, furniture is paid for in full, bummer….
We have been waiting for a set of couches since we ordered them in late July. We were told they were coming Saturday, and now due to negligence they will not arrive until December. It is ridiculous to be so disorganized that you tell us about a delivery and then a different person calls to tell us about a delivery of other items, and has no idea about the couch. Please learn to communicate with each other for the sake of your customers. Now we have no idea when a couch will actually come.
Service and attentiveness from my sales associate, Blake Perry, was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Also he was very knowledgeable about his product. So much so that he practically dissembled an entire recliner in seconds. I asked if he was also the repairman in the store. He did a great job with helping I bought on the spot. I don’t normally act than impulsively and had only stopped in to take a 10 minute look then leave and go to dinner. I paid my deposit and said I would be back in a couple days to finish the paperwork as my wife was in a hurry to get to the restaurant. Highly recommend them, ask for Blake Perry!!! 👍🏼👍🏼
Nice costumer attention. After looking in several places for recliners with good quality, here I found what I needed at a good price. I wanted something of good quality that would not break in a couple of years, and this is the place you can build it your way if you want too.

Update: Five weeks with my laz-y-boy recliner and the motor has stopped working on the footrest!Great looking recliners. But, they’re able to play with the price so much that it really makes you wonder. Also got varying information on picking up my chairs at their warehouse. Apparently, no one really knows. Chairs in stock are readily available. Will pick up after 3 days.

My Customer Service Rep(s), Blake & Alsye, were just amazing. (Even though they practice social distancing), Blake educated me about the product that I was interested in & then showed me as well. They worked so well together. Very attentive & patient. Never made me feel as if I was a bother. Their prices are very affordable, as well as their CSR(s), quality of products, prices, just impeccable.
Ordered 2 rugs on 7/4. It took 6 weeks for the rugs to come in. Finally picked up rugs last week only to find out the wrong size rug was ordered. Beyond frustrated at this point.

Employees Kat and Devon were awesome. On day one Kat worked with me explaining in detail every recliner I had interest in. On day 2 Devon made many phone calls and pulled a few strings so that I was able to pick up the exact recliner I wanted the next day. I really appreciate both of their help. I purchased the recliner for my elderly mothers birthday. She absolutely LOVES it!!! Thank you Devon and Kat for working so hard with me to make sure my mom got her recliner on her birthday.

When we first walked in the guy at the front looked up and didnt say anything to us. I was just about to say to my Mom lets leave as they didnt even greet us when Kat walked up. Kat greeted us and told us to let her know if we needed help. She was so warm and friendly, she contiued to check in with us. We needed the recliner quickly and Kat went the extra mile to check inventory on our specific needs and showed us those chairs. If you are in need of furniture and want some who is not pushy and shows care in dealing with you Kat is your girl...
Mandy my associate was super nice. She helped pick out colors for the recliners. Did the layout on the computer with the pieces I had chosen. I may not be describing it sufficiently but she did a lot.

The rep I worked with refused to keep his mask on even though signage said masks were a part of their safety plan. I asked him to put it on multiple times. Ended up standing far away once I realized he wouldn’t. Manager didn’t wear a mask so it makes sense that the other employees wouldn’t either. He ordered me two right arms for the sectional. I had to request price matching to the website. Saved me $230. Always check the website.I’m giving two stars because the guy that fixed my order was thorough and patient. Also, the woman I worked with initially was great and the whole reason I came back in to order. They both wore masks during our interactions. Thank you for being kind and courteous.

I was so warmly greeted and treated so special by our personal consultant, Mr. Blake Perry. He really went out of his way to show me around and was very patient as I took my time deciding which set I wanted to purchase. Me and my mom when to the LazyBoy to shop for a recliner, we walk and was quickly acknowledged by staff, they didn’t pressure a purchase they let us alone to browse the store, they had a good variety of recliners being a lazy boy the prices were not that exorbitant we found what we look for. The recliner it self was so comfortable like seating in a pillow, they were of good quality, and price according. Not your place if your looking for a cheap recliner, if your looking to invest in a recliner that you will have for a longtime and what them to be costume made this is your place.
Our local store in Snellville helped resolve an out of stock/delayed stock issue with an online order. That the La Z Boy web site is not tied into local stock availability is troubling. Fortunately the sales agent whom I visited had a great can do attitude, apologized for the processes in place in her corporate structure and made everything right.
So very disappointed! Our furniture was delayed twice— the second time by eight weeks!! Yikes but it’s covid so we rolled with it. Bed delivery came 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled time with only fives minutes notice. This could have been bad but thankfully we were home. Bed set up was fast and it was beautiful expect for one thing— the delivery guy said he couldn’t put our mattress on it because there wasn’t a support system! We could only look at our bed! Called the store and apparently when we ordered the bed 3 months ago they missed ordering a part. And get this— the part will take another 3-4 weeks for delivery!! So my husband I have no bed!! This type of error should have been caught. I expected better from Lazy Boy. The price point on their furniture is too high for this type of service.
The ladies helping us were wonderful! I have to get a nice recliner in order to get my feet above my heart, so they work with me to get exactly what I need. Weve been using them for over 30 years and have been very pleased!

I purchased a recliner from this store on 11/23/2019 was delivered a couple weeks later everything was fine until 8 months later 8/25/2020 when the arm broke on the chair so I called the store they gave me the Buford warranty warehouse where they sent someone to my house on 9/1/2020 looked at the recliner and said he would order the parts I have been without my recliner now for six months and today 9/1/2021 they come to fix it finally!!!! Wrong the service man opened the box the new arm was shipped in and it’s broken in the same exact location the original arm is broken. I called customer service and all they can do is order another one or come pick it up and take it to the warehouse and work on it there so I look on their website and get the “corporate” customer service and they said they have to make a case number and someone would be back in touch with me in three to four days. I have been with out a recliner to sit in now for six months and on their warranty page it plainly says repair, replace, or substitute at lazy boys discretion how long do I have to wait I paid $924.48 for this recliner and been able to use on the weekends when I am home from work a total of approximately 72 days before it was broken and still under the full manufacturers warranty. I want my chair replaced I have waited long enough and asked for that but best they are going to do is repair it probably another six months. I saw where other people have gone as far as picketing the store where they bought lazyboy furniture from and got their furniture replaced guess this will be my next step. What makes this so bad is I have bought from them over the last twenty five years and my family members have to but if they cannot make this right you will lose all our business.
Wanted a particular color so the chair had to be put together. It took more time than was expected, but I blame covid-19 for the delay. I was told that the delivery on a particular day would be between 1 pm - 4 pm. At one oclock sharp the door bell rang with two young men who brought the chair into the house and placed it where I wanted it. Guys were great. More importantly, I love my new chair. In spite of the delay, it was well worth waiting. The color, the padding, the rocking, the comfort are all superb. The best chair that I have ever owned. Thanks, La-Z-Boy!
We made the decision to purchase a La-Z-Boy recliner due to surgery I had two weeks ago. The closest La-Z-Boy store to us is in McDonough Ga. after several attempts of getting the sales person to respond to us, with no success, we decided to go to the La-Z-Boy store over an hour away from our house, in Lawrenceville Georgia. We met an awesome young man named Blake Perry, he did a tremendous job helping us pick out the right recliner to fit our needs. Not only did Blake do an excellent job helping us pick out the right recliner, he explained all of the features and benefits of purchasing a La-Z-Boy recliner. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a recliner, go to the Lawrenceville store and make sure you ask for Blake Perry you won’t be disappointed!

Not much information was given about how the chair would be delivered, and very, very little literature was given about the product and care of the product. I actually called a store to ask about delivery methods and was told that the chair had been taken out of its wrapping at the LAZ BOY location before delivery to facilitate the delivery process. The delivery was very quick, but the unusual methods and lack of explanation made me suspicious and uncomfortable. Im still unsure if I received the customary literature.
Super nice, clean showroom. Salesperson was helpful but not annoying and was quick to check with her manager about how quickly we could get the chair. We will definitely be back. Thx!!

Our recliners are comfortable but they are constructed out of particle board and not real wood which is disappointing to me because they were not cheap.

0⭐️‘S RACIALLY PROFILED!!!!! La-Z-Boy’s customer service is based on your SKIN COLOR NOT YOUR INTERESTS OR QUALIFICATIONS!!!!! SO UNFORTUNATE!!!! I went into the Snellville, Ga La-Z-Boy store with full intentions of purchasing a living room sofa/sectional set. My credit is very good, I am a banking professional and I live in the demographic the store is located in. The young lady that addressed me was clearly not Caucasian but of middle eastern descent. I was greeted 10 minutes after entering the store with a very dry “how can I help you“ and when I had inquiries about a piece she treated me as if I was incompetent. All I asked is how long it would take if the piece in the store was available to ship. She kept asking me about custom fabric, which I clearly stated “no the one in the store”, no fabric difference. After repeating herself several times in a condescending tone, she asked “do you want me to check” as if I didn’t have a serious inquiry. Yes, that is why I asked, I thought to myself. After checking she came back and said “early December” with no detail or follow up, while continuing to walk CLEAR past me! I thought maybe she’s having a bad day. However, upon exploring the store with NO help, I realized she was exuberant, very welcoming and extremely outgoing to a Caucasian woman who had several questions, which seem to be no problem! What a disappointment... I usually purchase pieces from Pottery Barn or a custom theatre furniture store due to detail, comfort, quality and durability, outside of the style. I thought I would support a neighborhood business but apparently they don’t patronize business from African American professionals who can afford the luxury of their products. This is saddening and such an upset! 2020 has truly exposed the world we live in... we are better than this people and at the very least money is green!!!!
The Sales lady was very nice and answered all of our questions. I had done some research on what I wanted before going to the store. With La-Z-Boy there is several different types of fabrics to choose from. I like the quality I felt when sitting on the couches. Being American made was a big plus. Other stores might be cheaper, but the quality is better at La-Z-Boy. I felt good with the price and it will take some time to make the couch, but it will be worth the wait.
Easy to work with. Staff is very knowledgeable about product, very helpful, but did not pressure us to make a sale. After looking at multiple places and determining what was the best quality we could get within our budget, we kept coming back to La-Z-Boy. Great quality, fair pricing, and SUPER COMFORTABLE - both in the furniture and the buying experience. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication/updates for an order placed July 5th. We were told 4-6 weeks. After 10 weeks, leaving several messages for the store with no return phone call I finally reached someone after waiting over 30 minutes on hold. We informed the earliest we would have our new furniture is middle of October. If I would have known our order was going to take 3-4 months I would have made other arrangements.I can accept delays IF they are communicated. Several messages with no response or return call is unacceptable and unprofessional customer service.

The stuff was nice but some of it was a little too soft for my taste. I had an issue getting out of some of the chairs because they were too soft, comfortable but soft

We purchased an entire living room of furniture. Marcus was an excellent salesperson who impressed my wife so much by allowing her to look as she wanted but always checked in for questions. We had Devon come to our house to make recommendations and provide color samples. She was over the top providing everything we wanted to look at and make recommendations we would have never thought about. We were so impressed by their excellent service and can’t wait until our furniture and rugs arrive.

Our salesman was so helpful and compassionate as my mom who has Parkinson’s disease took a lot of extra time getting in and out if the recliners. He even recognized that she would be declining in the future and showed us the electric type. The store was open and the aisles allowed plenty of room for my mom’s walker. We were pleased with the price and availability. Now we just hope to get get sooner than 30-45 days!!

It was an excellent furniture shopping experience. Our sales representative,Markus Washington, was amazing in his knowledge of the furniture pieces both on the sales floor and in the warehouse. His helpful approach in guiding us to items on the floor that suited our preferred style was excellent. We enjoyed his friendly personality and his sense of humor.We purchased two living room chairs and a sofa, which he helped us load on our flat bed hauling trailer. He goes above and beyond in being helpful and accommodating to his customers. We will definitely be returning customers. I ordered my Chairrs on August 2nd. The store salesman told me that because of the pandemic, Delivery would take 8 to 10 weeks instead of the standard 6 to 8 weeks. 5 weeks later I received a call telling me that my product would not be delivered for 16 weeks now. Meaning that something i paid on August 2nd, will not get deliveted until Thanksgiving. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I gave it 2 stars because lazy boy is a quality product, but their customer service is horrible.

Buying Experience excellent - thats why they get 2 stars. Beyond that NOT good. Delivery promise(s) fake. I was promised 8 to 10 weeks for delivery and thats because its COVID and deliveries are delayed. I understand and willing to accept this. But then after 8 weeks I call to inquire, I am told it will be another 3 months before its delivered to their warehouse. (I dont even have guarantee of that..) This is not acceptable - I purchased something based on certain factors and delivery time was one of them...I paid quite a bit of money up front. Keeping that money blocked for over 5 months is not good business...Not sure at this time what the remedy is...I was not expecting this from La-Z-Boy....
Full service store with great people and super quality products. Found it easy to find everything I needed particularly with the help of well-trained staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful, show an interest in helping customers find what they need and want and totally without pressure. The easy, comfortable store coupled with the salesperson’s product knowledge added to our ability to find the perfect items for a beautiful room arrangement. Left there quite pleased. Kudos to Devon Papanicolaou for her assistance and thoroughness. She helped bring our vision to fruition!
Good staff. But communication between the the factory, the store, and the customer is non-existent. I ordered a power recliner with a built-inremote control. Chair was delivered in 6 weeks with non-built-in remote. As it turns out, the remote that was ordered was unavailable at the time of order. Why was the chair even delivered? I seems that we could be notified that the control was unavailable when the chair was ordered, or at least, BEFORE it was delivered. End Result: Purchased a $2300 chair in July and we might see it before October, if we are lucky.
