I had an excellent experience at Beltone. I didnt have an appointment but my hearing aid was malfunctioning, so I went in anyway to see if Jake could fit me in. Jake was booked up all day as I expected, but Kim was there to help me out. She was very helpful and extremely professional. She changed out the receiver in the unit so that I could hear again. She also made an appointment for me for a hearing test. I left there a very happy man. Thank you, Jake and Kim!
