My hearing test went very smoothly. Front desk staff were very polite, and my appointment was right on time. My audiologist, Gwen, was very helpful in her explanations of the test procedures, and gave very clear interpretations of the test results.

The staff is very helpful and passionate about assisting people with hearing loss. They are also very generous to the hearing impaired community with their donations and services. They help us answer any questions that we may have and make sure that we leave satisfied.One thing to note is that their operating hours have been inconsistent, and it would be good if they could post updated hours on their website, or inform customers when they are going to be unavailable. Just make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment and Im sure that will provide you will excellent service.

I found this place entirely by chance. I went in and she was able to accommodate me on short notice and then supply me with a hearing aid set to meet my needs with all the bells and whistles. After the hearing test, programming and fitting I left experiencing sounds I have not heard in quite a while. I definitely love the follow-up appointments where extra attention was paid to clean and fine tune the aids even better!

Sugarloaf Hearing Aid Factory Outlet is committed to preserving and restoring hearing. I met with the owner/specialist to discuss options for hearing protection. I am exposed to high levels of sound several times weekly and was finding that traditional foam earplugs were not cutting it anymore for me. I needed to be able to hear the same with the hearing protection in as out, just a lower volume. SHAC discussed options with me at length for custom molded earplugs that would fit my needs. I made an appointment for the next day for custom molds. The specialist is incredibly knowledgeable and delicate through the examination. I was slightly apprehensive about the mold putty going into my ears, but it was completely painless and took about 5 minutes to complete. The molds were sent off and I received me custom earplugs within the next week. I have used them frequently for over two years. No issues whatsoever with the quality of the product.My experience was so positive, I recommended close family members to stop in for a free hearing screening. After consultation and full screening, they purchased hearing aids and have been pleased ever since. If you believe you may be suffering some hearing loss, stop in for a screening and speak to the staff. There’s nowhere else I’d send someone who is dealing with hearing issues.

Great fast fitting! I hate when its time to upgrade and buy new hearing aids...but Gwen made it painless and fun...she is a gifted fitter. we were having conversation at one point and she was asking me in between our chat about clarity and volume clarity..little did i know she was making additional adjustments while we were talking... the hearing aids work they they are suppose to...i dont know they are in my ears and they make the world sound crystal clear again...the price was half what i got quoted at three different places. I had initially came in to get a pamphlet and see how much the hearing aids cost. Having been scammed in the past by other companies, my guard was up. The front desk agent made me feel comfortable right away and after sharing alittle of my backstory, she scheduled me for an appointment the following week.Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and asked to fill out some paperwork. Gwen met with me and asked a few questions before having her team build me a set of aids THAT SAME DAY! After building them we went to her sound proof room to program them and do a trial phone call to my wife to see how they sounded. My wife then asked if I was leaving with hearing aids today to which I said Ill have to fill out some paperwork and go from there. Much to my surprise, Gwen handed me the box and said Merry Christmas.I am forever grateful and thankful for Gwen and her team. It wasnt about the money to her, it was about my story. Came across this place by accident. My husband had been telling me for years I needed my hearing checked and we saw this place offering a free hearing test. I was nervous about getting hearing aids but they let me test a pair and I was just amazed at the difference. Needless to say I walked out with my own pair of hearing aids. Amazing place, great prices and they work great and love that I can hear great again. Also love the fact that it came with the easytek so I can use bluetooth through my hearing aid and the app is amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing, I have moderate to severe tinnitus and before I met Gwen, I really thought I would have to “just learn to live with it”. She tested my hearing then fitted me with hearing aids. I was left in awe, for the first time in seven months, I had constant silence. There is hope!
