Id never been to a storage facility like this, and I was pleasantly surprised because it is so clean and organized and brightly lit, and even has interesting artwork/posters on the wall. But as nice as it is.... rest assured we will not attempt to live in our unit as this is against the rules. :) Thanks to Lisa for making our rental an enjoyable experience and for having good music in her office!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They always went the extra mile, especially when we needed to add a second unit close to the first one. They knew we were not going to be using the units for a long term rental, but still did everything they could assist us with anything we needed. The property was always clean and well maintained. Excellent experience in all aspects.

I’m here because we rented two units. But I ask the manager to use the bathroom and he told me that I have to go to McDonald’s because of covid the restrooms are close while A guys was walking out of one of the restroom and my husband also told me he used it few minutes ago ??? My question Is Only Spanish can pass covid 19???

Very nice and clean storage facility. The individual storage units are climate controlled, so you don’t have to worry about your items being damaged as a result of the heat/cold. Also, make sure you ask for Lisa!! Her customer service is absolutely amazing! She’s a joy to be around!

Facility is ridiculously clean, quiet and secure. I love that theres 24 hour access, the entry doors are huge and powered. They have a good number of heavy duty carts to assist with moving goods. I recommend!!

Short story - I had booked at Cubesmart up the road, movers showed up in an 18 wheeler un-communicated previously, and Cubesmart was unable to accommodate that large of a trailer on their property. So rather than pay $100 extra or more + take 3x as long to unload + the summer heat for 2 movers, we scrambled and called Morningstar.They picked up immediately, and within 5 minutes had confirmation to come on over, can certainly accommodate the large trailer in their parking lot, and would be given a unit close to the elevator inside a temperature controlled building with the first month free. Completing the booking process even during Covid was as fast as it took the truck driver to park, and the associate even provided an extra mask when I left mine at home accidentally.Would definitely recommend.

I havent had a single good interaction with this place. I rented my unit when it was still extra space storage so its been a while. Today I try to get into my unit and realize that a SECOND LOCK has been placed on MY unit. I have automatic payments set up and they are deducted every month on the 1st without fail so imagine my surprise when I see that I can not access my belongings. I couldnt even go to the office because they decided to close early. I called the customer service line and the rep stated she didnt see any notes on the account to explain the second lock and that my account was paid on time. The only thing she could do is send a message to the Lawrenceville office to have them remove the lock. They supposedly open tomorrow at 1pm and Ill be there to let them know in person how terrible their service is and to cancel my unit ASAP.

The manager was super helpful with the move in process.This place is always secured and you get your own unique pin code to enter the building.There are security cameras at every angle, so in case your storage unit gets broken into, itll be caught on camera. I highly recommend this place!!

So I have had experience with several storage facilities, and extra space here has outdone them all. No hassle. If you need supplies at short notice, they have them on site available to purchase. Everything is explained up front, super simple. My husband and i got a unit a few months back and have enjoyed this facility so much that we ended up getting a second one during our move this week. Mike is awesome, and even brought us some nice cold bottled water while we were moving things in. Highly recommend this place, and especially with the temperature control environment, you cant go wrong. Thanks Mike!

I was very pleased with Extra Space Storages facility and staff. Every time I would make a trip to my unit, the place was spotless and They have tools to accommodate for moving larger materials. Ive been so pleased wth my decision to store my items here. Very clean facility. I love the covered loading bay and multiple carts to use to transport my items to and from my storage unit. The staff has been so friendly. I also got a great price on my unit. I would totally recommend this facility.

The entire staff has been amazing! They found the perfect unit for all of my stuff and were even helpful on the day of the move. The facility is super clean and brand new. In addition, this is very safe location and the security is great!

The facility is very clean & the whole process was very smooth. - *I still stand by this original review*Ok so I definitely had a few issues during my time using this facility, BUT my concerns were handled in an extremely courteous & professional manner. Sometimes things happen, but what makes the difference in the outcome is how people treat you. When I had problems, Mike actually cared. He really went above & beyond to make up for the amount of inconvenience I experienced. Hes a great employee, & honestly just a pretty good dude in general. Now that the elevators seem to be in good working order, Id have no reason not to recommend this place. And definitely ask for Mike. Hes awesome:)

Nice facility and awesome employees. Edited: When I 1st got 2 units at this property, it was advertised with 2 elevators. Well now is broke and everyone has to fight to use 1 elevator. The front office guy got an attitude and said they will not issue a refund for the inconvenience because most facilities have 1. I actually dont pay any other facilities, so as a professional, one need not bring up other businesses when Im doing business with you. Im not the only 1 complaining because I had to wait on the 1 elevator to be empty and the woman on it complained to me about the 1 working elevator. So since you got an attitude with my complaint, Ill post my review on every site your location is listed

The guy that works inside is horrible! He needs to take a customer service skills course before he thinks about clocking in. Several other tenants have complained about the same guy. I refuse to go inside if he is there. On the otherhand, the young lady is awesome, friendly and very helpful. Too bad corporate never relied back after my complaint which i filed through the headquarters. Your company is trash just for not addressing my complaint. I will be taking both of my units to another company asap. Hopefully others will follow. My $300 a month might not hurt you, but I will post my complaint on any and every site so others will know how horrible management is.
