Customer service is top notch. My buddy had a belt snap on his 79 Blazer at about 8:30 at night so I called ahead to see if anyone could help me right after closing. A gentleman by the name of Eddy obliged me and had a belt waiting for me to purchase after hours, I really appreciate such care for the customer, will surely come back.

I have always had the best service with autozone employees. I had a plug cap missing on my truck while on a road trip in dallas was able to purchase part and borrow tool from the store and change part in the parking lot. Also changed out alternator on parking lot of my local autozone . Associate even assisted with removing the belt.

Autozone maintains its standard of knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful employees. This location seemed slightly bigger than most and everything was easy to find. Always good to go into a place not knowing what you wanted and coming out with what you needed.

They told me my battery was good after the Toyota dealership said it needed to be replaced.

Just had my battery replaced and the employee came right out and installed the new one pretty quickly. Awesome job!

This store has a pretty decent selection of items and they were great with customer service as I needed help finding a rare light bulb. I thought I would need to order it but they actually had it in stock. The pricing was ok but not great. I gave it 4 stars only bc of the pricing. Everything else was great.

I called the Lawton Sheridan store today, to inquire about a part I need for my PT Cruiser. The attendant replied: oh, for the PT Loser. Upon which I hung up and purchased my part ($300.00) at OReileys. I am shocked and upset and think they need to train your personnel not to insult their customers.
