Just moved here so we Went here because the reviews seemed promising however our car got “broken into” while being here & only car parts were taken along with our insurance paper? Luckily we have our insurance info written down and will be filing a report however this place is sketchy as hell. Wouldn’t ever recommend.

Joe, the mechanic quick to get me an apt and a quote to fix a window motor/regulator. Price was reasonable. Seems to be a nice family business. I will definitely be back for any other issues I may have with my vehicles.

Didnt have my car done by deadline agreed upon and then kept diagnosing different issues. After spending over $2100 they tell me they know what the problem is that I had originally brought my car in for. Told me they never got to properly diagnose my vehicle due to lack of time to test drive. I spent $2500 all together and then the old man didnt know how to run my card on top of all that. Terrible experience!!!

Took my van in after i had just bought it and needed to have a sensor replaced not only did they fit me in that day he saved me mobey by not taki g off my exhaust did a grst job. Will definitely be going back for the other things that need fixing.

I called to find out about the best time to bring in my car for repair. When I called the number listed here, the person who answered did not say hello or make any noises to indicate that the call had been answered. Instead after a brief moment, he yelled into my ear. Are you going to say anything or just breath into the phone? I guess Im going to choose a different business, sir. One that isnt hostile.

Nice honorable and trustworthy whenever Ive used them. And Im no auto guru but I do know installing a rear seal wrong isnt going to blow your transmission. But whatever. I think their great, Mr. Dunn is a personable guy thats not afraid to talk to you either.

Took my truck in for some transmission stuff not sure if it was fixed or not when it came out if the shop my overdrive didnt work . May have just been its time to go. Staff was very nice they kept me updated. Would take back for simple engine suspension type issues.

BEST MECHANIC SHOP IN TOWN. Joe and Billy have great personalities and always get the job done right, no matter what it is. PRICES BEAT ANY OTHER SHOP IN LAWTON!! I know when I bring my car here it will get fixed correctly, in a timely fashion, and without breaking my bank! I would reccomend this shop to anyone with a car needing work. Save yourself the trouble, GO TO TOMM DUNN FIRST!

Took my truck in and they fixed it. Took longer than expected, but its an old truck. They found some other problems with the motor. Staff was very professional and I could see the progress as it went along. I was encouraged to come in and see before making a decision. Only thing was my washer fluid hose wasnt reconnected, lol. Pretty minor after a top half engine rebuild!

Mr. Dunn is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Always there when my car or my daughters cars need repair.

My mom took my dads van in to them for oil change and brake pads and the idiots took advantage of her and put synthetic oil in it and now the van has all kinds of problems it didnt have before she took it to them. Stay away from there at all costs
