Mrs. Kelly was beyond amazing and an excellent help. She was beyond helpful in finding the mattress closest to the one we looked to online and let us try out multiple to make sure it was the best fit for our family. Not to mention that she lifts all these twin-queen size beds on her own for us try. It is beyond amazing how far she was willing to go to make sure we felt completely comfortable in our decision. Even helped make sure we got the best matched prices and helped us figure out where we will be getting the mattress from and how soon we could expect it after we ordered it. The mattress we got felt defective. Or salesman, Brandon took care of us and got it swapped out for another one. He took us at our word with no “proof” needed. It’s nice to transact business with a little trust, can’t do that everywhere.

This is a great business as the owner was very respectful and made each customer feel important. Got two serta perfect sleepers, twin size. Home Delivery. A guy carried boyh at one to my front door. A muscle man. Took off plastic cover and put an ultimate cotton zippered cover on it to protect mattress. Sleep real well. Old mattress was a serta, but not a Chadlotte perfect sleeper. Happy.

I first went in thinking I only need a simple bed to help with my back pain but after taking some time talking to Josh he informed me about all the options and health issues that proper sleep can help you overcome. Ordered a king size (two twins) box spring set for a king bed about a week and a half ago. The box spring arrived at the store for me to pick it up. The box spring was squeaky so I did not accept it and requested a refund. That was last Tuesday. Today, seven days later, I still have not received a refund. Come on Mattress Firm, the product never even left the store!!!
