Before I purchase the POSH, I did my homework. Found out that the leading brand beds are the same as the one that Mattress Kings offers. The catch is the 20-year warranty and the 100 days mattress test that Mattress King provides. I do not have to worried about waiting weeks to receive my bed. I could have had it delivered to my house the next day I purchase the mattress, but due to work, I opted out to receive it on a specific day. Everything so far is excellent. I assemble it, and it took me 15 minutes to set up. They offer to assemble it for free and take your old mattress also free of charge. I bought a POSH adjustable bed with massage and wall hug technology. LED light below the bed, and it fits in my old King size frame. The mattress is impressive and has that cool feeling technology that helps you fall to sleep in no time. I will recommend them anytime over the leading brands.

Ordered online at night and received a call the next morning asking when I wanted this delivered. I said ASAP. They were here around 1pm. They also tried to keep me updated but I forgot to check my phone. Really great service and had a much better nignts sleep last nignt.

There was a mix-up on my delivery date, but they came through and delivered within the hour of me calling. They set up my mattress fully within 5 minutes. Ordered a twin size late in the afternoon. Had to wait until the next day, but I knew that. They were calling first thing in the morning to set up a delivery time. They were here within the hour. The mattress was for my grandson and he loves it. Ill be looking for a queen size as soon as I have the money. Great place.

He answered all of my questions.The delivery was right on time, and the bed was in my room and completely set up in less than ten minutes by polite, professional delivery men. I was very pleased with the service. Especially the way they handle the 100 day exchange policy. First mattress was very good but didn’t feel it was best fit for me. I hesitated to ask for swap but they were great to deal with on this. Obviously customer satisfaction is important to them.

Had to warranty our matrees after 2 years and from day one we were treated like a king and queen. Thank you for the quick turn around. Cant wait to sleep on the replacement. :-)

Great place to shop the salesman was not pushy at all sure not a shopper stalker like at the m bros stores you get great customer service they’ll listen to your needs and budget an try their best to give you the options and then give you time decide with out hassling you or any kind of pressure he had four couples in the store at once and not one couple was not neglected he made everyone of us feel welcome and served everyone with a high dose of respect kudos to the king now as far as the mattress’s go I bought two mid range price I can’t attest to how they are as I haven’t slept on them yet but I will write another review in about a week or so

I almost didn’t go to this location because of the way I was treated at the location at Sheridan and Lee Blvd. I’m glad I was talked into going. The staff was very friendly from the sale to delivery. They were not pushy and didn’t mind me taking my time. I have horrible back and neck problems and they were very helpful in finding the right mattress. I love the 100 night exchange policy just in case I had any issues with sleeping. Last night was my first night sleeping well in a very long time!

We went to this store a year ago. I have lower back pain 90% of the time.We ended up purchasing a expensive adjustable bed. It was ok for a few months but Im still hurting every morning when i get up. My side of mattress feels wollered out. Im not a big lady either. We are very disappointed in our bed. The lady who waited on us was fantastic. She was polite, kind and did not pressure us only tried to help us. I only wish we had a better bed to sleep in and wake up and feel rested.
