Our experience at Lawton CJDR was exceptional! Our sales rep Stephen Love greeted us at the front door with a smile and from that point until we drove off the lot with our Dodge Ram was top notch customer service! We gave him our budget and he respected that throughout our entire process! Between him and the management team (Justin Gearhart and Jorge Castro) we not only got such an amazing vehicle but the experience was the best we ever had!! The entire team was accommodating and made us feel comfortable every step of the way! Christoper Hendricks in finance was honest and treated us like family! He educated us on the warranty options and was not pushy. We felt confident with his opinions and advice. We are a military family and buy vehicles in many different states and this was by far our best experience yet! Thanks again for everything you did. So this will be a long post, just bare with me.I went to see what my options were as to trading in my Tahoe, see what cars they had etc. I get there I’m talking to Joel, (who’s only been doing this for 6 months and he treated me terribly.)So I went into his office, with my daughter. Did some paperwork, they ran my credit without asking or notifying me. They took my keys claiming the manager wanted to drive it, they didn’t drive it and they held my keys for 45 minutes. Never showed me any cars, or told me a list of cars that I may like, didn’t even ask me what I liked or wanted. He told me I would need a $1,000-2,000$ down payment, but how would he know because he never submitted anything to the bank. I was done, I still hadn’t gotten my keys, I still wasn’t shown any inventory nor asked what I may want. I had to call my husband to come get us because they were literally holding me and daughter hostage. Low and behold, right after he got there, a list of cars came flying out of Joel’s mouth, and my keys magically returned! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM! That’s not how you do business, by blatantly showing your sexism and holding us hostage until a man shows up. That guy needs to get into trouble and retrained on respect or fired.

Update: They gave me a call the next day, apologizedfor the mix up and asked if I would give them another chance. I did and was very pleased with the service they gave me which is what I was accustom too from this service department. They will have business from now on. They made it right.Had an appointment at 1:30 for my 2018 Ram 2500 to be serviced, after 3 hours I asked if my truck was done, they said in about an hour, at 5pm I asked where the was and if its done. They proceeded to tell me that the technician didnt even do anything to the truck. I was there for over 4 hours and they didnt do anything to the truck. Told them to get my truck, then they wanted to see if they could do anything for me, I was furious after wasting all afternoon there. Was not wanting to talk to anyone.

ADVERTISED PRICES Are a scam to lure you in the door. Read the bottom of their website in fine print, they will add a maintenance plan for a “minimal” fee to every car sold. That minimal fee is around $2,000 dollars. I wasted $100 in gas driving here from another State only to hear their unethical bait & switch marketing practice. Cool guys, just a shame that they feel the need to compete with other dealers by using such practices. More transparency on their online pricing is needed.

Went today and Ryan helped me get into a Dodge Journey. He worked with the finance department to get me a rate in my budget and THEN I got a lower rate than expected once in the financing office, that never happens, so had to share it with you all. He did awesome with meeting my wants and needs in my purchase and making sure I understood all of what I was signing up for. Will def be going back!

After the 6 hour buying process, papers were all signed and waited for the detail to be completed. I was inspecting the truck an a employee stepped on a broom which hit the side of the truck. I was GUARANTEED this would be fixed as soon as possible by the sales manager. 2 months later still cant get anyone to answer me. Worst buying experience Ive ever had!

This was a while ago. I went because one rep initially called and when I showed up the receptionist was on FaceTime with some one and didn’t acknowledge me. When she did she informed me that the rep was busy and asked another guy who also didn’t acknowledge me if he could help me. Alex or Alexis made me feel very awkward and seemed like he didn’t want to even speak to me at all. I was looking to sell my car and buy another cash but won’t be going back.

The worst experience from a car dealership. I live in OKC and called to check if the vehicle on their website was available and to confirm that the price posted on their website and also sticker price was correct. I was told yes on availability and yes the cost advertised was correct. Upon arriving we were shown a car that was really dirty and full of bugs on windshield. First question was can we get a credit for getting car detailed in OKC. We were told that we could get a gift card for a Lawton car wash.. We don’t live in Lawton so that’s not helpful. Then upon talking about the vehicle they present an offer which was way over the price advertised by 8K and also on sticker as we test drove it. We were told because of demand they couldn’t sell it for the advertised price. Repeatedly saying that we couldn’t get another vehicle like this one since none are available within 1500 miles. Needless to say, we left the dealership drove back to OKC stopped in another dealership and left less than 2 hours later with the same car in Lawton for less money. Unfortunate to think that the staff in Lawton is blatantly misleading possible customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A CAR!!!!

Yeah, I’ve never been to a dealership that wants to run your credit for 45 min before considering letting you test drive a car that have 265 hp because it is a high “performance” car, I was a serious buyer but they judged my character because I’m young but they let my older dad come in an test drive a car with no questions or anything.

Worst experience! I bought my first car from this dealership and the sales man was great! But the financial guy is terrible. He can’t do his job right, I traded a car in 3 months ago and he still hasn’t tried to pay it off and I still haven’t received my title for my new car. It’s been 3 months! Why do I still have a trade in in my name that I haven’t seen since I left it in their possession. Horrible service!

Normally, I wouldn’t complain or say anything but today was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! So I scheduled for a service appointment online but it didn’t give me an option to choose oil change so I assumed the service department would have asked me if I wanted to add that to the appointment when they got in my car and noticed the oil change required message pop up on the dashboard screen when you turn the car on, right? Well, totally WRONG! Not only did they FAIL to do that, they didn’t even do the multi-check inspection that they claimed to do on the receipt because I got NO details at all about my fluid levels, tire thread, etc... Just completely unacceptable.... not only that, but before this time... they almost made me die in my vehicle by not properly fixing it in the first place and it’s a 2017 vehicle...not old at all!

We always take our vehicles to the dealer to get serviced. Last time we went, we had our oil changed as well as the engine filter. Before the bad: Good customer service, friendly, good prices.Waited nearly two hours for an oil change.We had a tire pressure sensor issue that was never resolved. Stated it is known that Dodges have a high sensitivity for that... Its been 6 years since we owned the car, why is it still an issue? Blinker needed to be replaced, did not replace or ask about it. Im not sure what they do during the multi-point inspection, but I bet it does not involve an inpection.We have also been looking at getting new lights, switching from halogen to LED. We asked and werent even given a quote, just No. They stated that the light would make no difference because there was a tinted film on the headlight.Well, I Purchased a LED conversion set off of amazon and installed it when it arrived. We can actually see when we drive now. Have no idea what they were talking about.

By far the worst service I’ve had to deal with. My car has been in their shop basically a month. My car had to be taken there because my car was putting itself in neutral and the steering wheel locked up. I was told it was because I needed a new fuel pump. Four days after getting my car back it did the same thing while I was on Rogers Lane with my 9 month old son in the car. Come to find out, after the dealership in Duncan looking up my car by the vin number, my car had a recall request. So why wasn’t that seen when they had my car the first time? My son and I could have gotten into a fatale accident. My car is still in their shop I don’t get updates on my car unless I call them. I’m very disappointed in the customer service I’ve been receiving and how nonchalant everyone is. I have a job to go to and baby to take care of.

Called to see if they could do a cold air installation on my vehicle and was transferred to the service side where a very rude Ms TAMMY answered and count me off as i was asking my question on the installations and couldn’t even give me a price quota when i asked for it but just by the hour they charge. When i asked for a rough estimate on what the total price it would be in a ball park range she sighed heavily and said her supervisor very busy and told me that they would have to call me tomorrow for the answer even though they don’t close till 6pm and i called at 4. I had awaited over 6 yrs of rejection or needing a co signer to get a car. This experience was amazing. I was use to waiting hours sometimes walking away with nothing. Terrible service! I had taken my Jeep in for some work to be done. They charged an outrageous fee for mounting and balancing tires, and also have no communication skills at all. I tried calling through out the week to get updates on my vehicle and the service advisor eric wouldnt pick up the phone, nor would he return phone calls. The only time I got any answers was when I had to walk in. Then majority of the time would get the were still working on it and Ill call you later with an update which never happened. Although i am satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle, the failure of customer service during the week my vehicle was in the shop i feel was unacceptable. And for that reason I will be taking my business elsewhere for mechanical work outside of the free oil changes I got with the purchase of my most recent vehicle purchase. I would not recommend getting vehicles worked on here.

Terrible customer service! Very unprofessional! They don’t communicate with customers after several attempts. Paper tags are expired and we STILL HAVENT received anything to get them. No info on tags no info on payment until a day before tags expired. They don’t contact you if something is wrong they will wait until you contact them after they asked you for info that didn’t “work” for them. They just now submitted our info. Car can’t be driven until tags are bought so we HAVE TO wait because they just now submitted it after over a month.

I bought my vehicle from dodge in Lawton in February of 2020 I brought the same vehicle to their shop in March. It’s now December of 2020, and a different shop took off my bumper and saw previous accident damage with rust it looks to be about three years old! In order for them to have fixed my car in March they would’ve seen the large amount of damage to my vehicle. I will not be going back to dodge in Lawton ever again. Ridiculous they just wanted a pay check, thankfully I was not injured. I could’ve been injured if the damage had gotten worse with age. Do not go to dodge in Lawton !!! They are dishonest and just want a pay check!!

We went in for my brothers car. They looked it over, and we determined it was just too expensive to fix. [98 Plymouth] We wanted to sell it or just have it scrapped; we were done with the car at this point. A few people halfway tempted to help, but one of the salesman shined through. Alex Ortega is an angel in disguise. That man was wonderful. He helped us get in touch with a scrap company to come pick it up, told us how the money is exchanged, looked over the title for us, and even brought us water while we waited in this God awful, Oklahoma heat. He offered his business card and said hed always be there once were ready to purchase a new car. He wasnt pushy, and was full of kindness and grace. This place honestly gets 5 stars, just for that man. Thanks, dude.

We were told the two vehicles we were interested in would be ready when we got there to test drive. We had to drive 45 minutes to the dealer and we made sure the person knew that when we made the appointment. I told the receptionist we had an appointment and she had no clue what we were talking about and they did not have the truck ready to view. A salesman came over to help us. He was very polite and I have nothing negative to say about his service. We came there because of the online pricing and found out that the online pricing is a scam to get you there and they do not honor any of it, in fact the price we were quoted was at about $7,000 over the online price and there were no dealership rebates as the online pricing said. The manager would not even come speak to us, so that in itself shows the lack of leadership at this dealer. We were ready to buy, we have great credit, awesome 3 year old trade-in with very low miles and not counting the fact that we were financing through Chrysler. I understand that your job is to make money and I have no problem with that. I have a problem with not being upfront about the actual pricing online. Look at other dealerships online pricing and it is actually separated between the MSRP, the conditional rebates, and any rebates that are available from the manufacturer.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband took one of our cars there to sell after he made an appointment with them and they looked at his car they gave him a offer. He took the offer because we needed to sell the car. Once he said yes to the offer they can back and were like we didn’t think you would take the offer we don’t want the car!!! Hmm why wouldn’t you just start with we don’t want to buy the car instead offering a price to buy the car then being like no we don’t want it. Sent him to go to some shady place to sell the car. Never have we experienced anything like this from a dealership. Wouldn’t want to recommend this place. Would have respect this place more if they just started with we don’t want to buy the car instead of going around in circles.

Friendly service and very clean shop and waiting area. Vehicle was done for almost 30 min just parked outside as I waited in the waiting room. When i asked for the status then they started working on the paperwork to finish the job and let me know it was finished. I could see my truck for the half hour thru a reflection on the window in the waiting shop with nothing being done to it.

Horrendous customer service. We tried to sell a truck and were lied to for weeks. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The people are nothing but liars. They said the money for the truck would take a week to get here. That was a month ago. Now they say itll be another week. Anytime you try to figure out what is going on they send you to voicemail and never call you back so you never get a straight answer. Worst dealership Ive ever been to. I would recommend this dealership! They took great care of us! Our Jeep Renegade was making a very strange and not good noise. We had drove all night from northern IL for graduation at Fort Sill. They were able to get us into the service department a couple hours after we got into town! Then they were able to fix it that same time. The salesmen we had did a great job trying to accommodate us. But the higher ups where awful. Went in pre approved through our bank. Still dinged our credit twice after asking them not to run it. Tried to add on a oil change package for an extra 750. Said they couldnt take it off because they had already added the additive finally argued for them to take it off. Then after getting the final price the finance manager forgot to add the docking and fee prices that are mandatory. Car was used and half detailed. And left the lot with an eighth of a tank of gas. Had to stop and fill it up before I could even make it home. Its been a month and have not received any paperwork for the title and no calls from them.. i had to reaxh out to them to see what the hold up is.. is The car is nice but they have done everyin their power to make sure i never buy another car from them again.

Our purchase is complete. Heathe is an amazing person to work with and definitely helped guide us in the right direction. Give that man a raise! From this purchase and the prior one I made at this dealership back in 2010 were both great experiences. Nothing was hidden from us and everything was as transparent as could be. Recently bought a Chevy Colorado from here and had a great experience. I worked with Amanda and Ritchie, both awesome to work with! I found the exact truck I had been wanting on the internet. and drove 2 and half hours to this dealership to pick it up. No bait and switch when I got there and none of the oh that price was wrong on our website kind of stuff that I have gotten from other dealerships. It was a great price on a low mileage truck and was well worth the 2 and a half hour trip to buy from them. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with over the phone, and Ritchie came in on his day off to do the delivery. Easily the best experience I have had with a car dealership!

Took wife’s ‘16 wrangler in for some service (oil leak) under extended warranty. LCJDR fixed the upper oil pan seal. Once returned Jeep still leaked oil, took it back in and they misdiagnosed it and completed the rear main seal. Upon pick up of the vehicle there was a puddle of oil under it and now the check engine light is on. Service said it didn’t leak when they had it sitting however, I wiped with my hand to show how much oil was leaking (hand soaked and dripping) One advisor said it was residual from the service.The puddles in the driveway and garage say otherwise. We spoke with another advisor who was actually helpful and crawled under the vehicle with me to view the issue. Jeep went back in and the Tech Mike brought me over and we looked it over together. Mike and Shawn are a great team together. Even though issue took roughly 2.5 weeks to get resolved Anthony (service manger) was pretty helpful in trying to take care of us. Service dept- has a ways to go before they Deserve more than 1 star in my book however, certain people there deserve more than the single star rating. Some deserve less.

Horrible service dept. It took 3 weeks to get a simple part. I made an appt to get it installed a week out for first thing in the morning. Install should have taken no more than an hour. Service dept closed without a simple phone call to give a status. They couldve let me know when they were ready so at least I had a vehicle. But that wouldve probably prolonged everything further. This place sucks.

Bad experience with Lawton Chrysler Dealer, I made an appointment 3 weeks out for service on my vehicle, and the day of the my appointment I drop off my vehicle at 10AM, I was told on behave of all the walk in my vehicle was not completed, and they will like to keep it over night, this the kind of customer service you get when youre not worthy a call, walk in are most important, this conversation toke place at 5:40 on Thursday afternoon

I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. Nothing but trouble from the start. 1500 miles on a brand new truck that has to be towed in (Not dealers fault it broke down, they did not manufacture the vehicle). Contacted dealer on Friday that the truck was broken down, was notified it needed to be towed in. Towed the truck in on Saturday morning and followed up with a call to the service Manager who said they were a little short staffed and would look at it a little later Saturday. Followed up with another phone call at 2:00 PM and was informed that they would not even look at it until possibly Monday. Refused to provide any other temporary transportation (did not care that transportation was needed for work). I do understand that it was not their fault the vehicle was down, but you would assume some type of expedient look at a new vehicle that will not run or provide some type of temporarily transport if they could not get to it. I have learned my lesson on Chrysler vehicles and service.

We were really pleased with the buying experience. We had found the truck we bought, via the internet. The prices were better than the dealership we usually buy from in Tulsa. Our sales representative, Richard Wallis, was very knowledgeable about the 2019 3500 Dodge Ram truck we bought. Bryce, was able to answer all of our questions regarding financing and warranty questions. We will definitely buy our next new vehicle from Lawton Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. Even though it’s 3 - 4 hours away from home.

I’m so happy with the customer service this business provided. I won a free oil change, rotation and window tint when students selected me as Teacher of the Month last year. I called with hopes of getting in before our family vacation last minute. The service manager, Chelsea, called me on a Sunday, her day off, to get it set up. We were in, out and on our way in a matter of hours. So, 1. This business actively supports the community by giving such a generous gift to teachers and 2. They make good on their promises and go out of the way to please their customers.From my one experience, I am BEYOND PLEASED with this dealership.

New to Lawton and have been in the market for a new vehicle. Was looking online at some trucks that caught my eye because of the prices, but was completely mislead once I went to the dealership. After crunching numbers that were nowhere near the online price or what I was willing to work with....the salesman and manager were getting angry because I wouldn’t make a deal with an outrageous monthly payment. This was your typical, stereotypical dealership that try’s to peer pressure you into making a terrible financial deal that you see in movies. Do not recommend.

They have vehicles just like every other car dealer but Im not a fan of their after the sale service. Ive scheduled oil changes a week in advance. Of the 3 Ive had, 2 of them took over TWO HOURS! Both times Im stuck there waiting for my car because normally, its a 20 minute job. Their reason for the delay; they didnt have the oil filter on hand. And I guess once they realized that inefficient mistake, they apparently didnt rush to get one. The first time this happened, I let it ride. Then the SAME THING happened on my next oil change. That time I let them know I was not happy with the situation and would like a refund on the remainder of the oil change package I purchased from them when I bought the car. Barely got a,Im sorry from their PR person who stated they would relay to the manager and would be back in touch ASAP. Its been 3 months without a call, email, or smoke signal from them. I decided to write off what they owe me and have competent professionals service my vehicle. If theyre not capable of having the correct part on hand for a simple job scheduled way in advance, who know what else they might miss.

I made a offer on a trx and we are 3k off asking price so Alex Ortega salesmen was very rude and wouldn’t let me talk to the manager . He said they are busy and couldnt talk to any one on the phone . He said if i didnt like this price to go somewhere else and hung up the phone . I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone .

Need to learn how to return phone calls!!! 3 different people for 3 different reasons have NOT returned my calls after me calling multiple times, as a customer I shouldn’t have to call back 3 times to follow up on something! Terrible customer service!!!
