Been in the store twice. The first time I went the staff couldnt be bothered to greet me, let alone assist me in getting shoes to try on. I left frustrated and had other places to be.The second time I went (10/17/2020) I was helped by Tianna. She is the only reason why I am giving my experience a 4 star rating. She was patient and helpful. She was the only person helping customers.Her co-workers Alex and Michelle were standing out on the sales floor talking about their personal lives, things they were doing etc. Even as I blatantly looked to them for assistance to try on shoes, they could not be bothered. Their conversation continued as Tianna came over to help get shoes from the back to try on.It was the most unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard for customers I have ever witnessed. They shouldnt have a job there, seeing as how they werent working at all.Tianna should be given a raise and recognition in doing her job, and doing it well. She helped multiple customers that came in, not just myself, as the 2 co-workers continued in their annoying conversation.I cannot stress enough, that if it was not for her, I would have left. If people like Alex and Michelle are working, I honestly dont know how the store could stay open, they were completely useless.

I ordered some shoes for my daughter and the sale clerk said it would take three days to be delivered at my house. Needless to say the package was lost by UPS. Call the 1- 800 # the person I spoke with said I can go back to the store and get a refund. Back at store to the same sales person I purchased the product from then tells me that the company has to do investigation on why was the shoes lost by UPS. It will take 2- 4 weeks before I can get a refund. But thats not my problem i paid for a product that was supposed to be delivered in three days to my home was my only concern. If that company is so much of a tight wad I need to keep taking my business elsewhere. Just sorry, very upset.

Not too bad to be honest. Surprised me with some gear I havent seen before.

The last 2 times I’ve gone into this store the employees act like I’m bothering them when I ask for help. Tonight in particular, the 3 employees were all standing/leaning behind the counter, snacking & laughing. The selection is next to nothing, lots of empty floor space.
