The store is very organized and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

There is a wide variety of merchandise that can be bought here. I frequently shop at the Lee blvd location and find awesome deals.

Such a pleasure having one of these on the east side of town. This store is always clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable, although a little high than the other Family Dollar in town. Great location and easy to get to. Customer service could use a little work, but it might have been a bad day for the lady I was helped by.

Place is in a good location easily accessible off Gore Blvd. Honestly, the location couldnt be in a better place since its situated between 3 separate apartment complexes. The staff are very nice as far as I can tell, and the prices are what you would expect of a chain family dollar store. The one complaint I have is the completely comical checkout lines. Now bear with me here. You know how most stores try their best to make it convenient to buy lots of stuff? This store literally goes for the opposite. If you get more than a normal 4 or 5 items, its almost inconvenient to checkout due to the cash register area being this tiny confined place, with no extra space to place bagged items. Its actually quite impressive to see what the employees and customers have to do to juggle with the lack of space. This is a crazy design issue if Ive ever seen one. I dont know what corporate was thinking when they designed these lines. Its something you dont expect in most stores. With that said, that would be my only complaint.

I love this store! I have had a few bad experiences with a store manager that I was not too impressed with but it has since been good. Todays visit was for Valentines stuff. They have the big cards there for $3. I think that is pretty good. Their prices are always great if you ask me.

I started being a customer that went into this store at least 3 times a week and now I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER! My Granddaughter went in to get some feminine hygiene products and sheonly had one item,a pack of pads and the, short,bald, potbelly Hispanic man with glasses told her she couldnt have a bag! The young lady that was working there snuck her a bag is the word my granddaughter used. We have raised her to be respectful but to see the look on her face was heartbreaking and maddening at the same time! I went in and stood up for her, and told him a decent human being would have given her a bag just so she wouldnt be embarrassed walking out the door with pads! He is NOTHING LIKE THE OTHER TWO MANAGERS IN THE STORE AND I REALLY THINK HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE THERE ARE GOING TO BE PEOPLE THATLOOK LIKE US STILL COMING TO THAT STORE!!!✌️

Helpful and perfect

The night staff employees are super rude. Not a single ounce of good customer service in their store during the night shift. Those 2 women who work that shift look so annoyed to be at work and it’s really obvious. It’s sad because the day shift employees are actually really nice. I just won’t go there at night anymore. Another thing is they always leave the baskets outside wherever a customer left it instead of bringing them inside the store and the trash is NEVER emptied, always overflowing everywhere. Just looks like a dirty unkempt store from the outside.

Love the assistant manager here!! Shes very, very helpful! One reason I like this store. The store is always clean & well organized.
