This is THE BEST Starbucks in the area. I drive from Austin to come here, because the staff is always so nice and they’re the only ones that make coffee the way I like. A lot of locations skimp on their stuff, especially if you get a Venti, but this location never disappoints. Thanks for being so great!!

Drinks are fine when they read the labels but they should have to keep their hair pulled back so they’re not flipping and flipping it all over your drink while they’re making it 🤦🏼‍♀️

One of the best experiences I have had at any Starbucks or chain in general!!! The girl who took my order was super sweet and Elizabeth brightened my day! Not to mention my food and drink was delicious!! Keep up the amazing work y’all!

Good coffee, polite friendly staff, furniture is a bit sparse. Not a comfortable place, but good for a quick stop. Drive through loomed popular.

Staff was super friendly but management should take a look at their drive-thru! I will pass this location up to go to another one even if its closer to home.

They consistently mark almost ALL of the items on the app as “sold out” but then I’m usually able to order it in the drive thru.

Id rather get coffee from a gas station it tasted better. Why is it that a highschool dropout can make better coffee with an old sock than Starbucks?

Drinks were very well prepared and the staff were kind. They had a funny question of the day they asked, and were kind enough to make my order in a timely manner to perfection.

Friendly and efficient. Good lighting. Clean restrooms, which are unisex and wheelchair accessible. Drive through was for me a bit hard to see.Five outdoor tables, with umbrella. Large work table inside, 2-3 smaller tables. (Not tons of seating, but wasnt crowded when I was there, at 6pm in a Friday).

For the record- this location deserves a negative 5 stars!Ok this location is dirty, nasty, unclean and the batistas do not practice good hygiene. This cannot be a corporate location- it has to be franchised because they act like they just dont care about sanitation. Im going to email the corporate about this location. Baristas nails were so filthy nasty with dirt- look like he had been working on his car before going to work. Another batista look like he had not washed his apron in months. It was filthy...just disgusting. I will not go back to this location the appearance just looks run down and unkept. If you look through the window youll see how nasty the back area is.

Stop asking questions of the day to every person in the drive through. This is why the line is always long and it takes 40 minutes to get to the window. Id rather have my coffee than discuss whether I want to be a giraffe or an elephant in the next life.

What can I say? I’ve been going to Starbucks for many many years because they are consistent. No matter where I go I ask for the same thing and get the exact same product.

Quiet, just like any other Starbucks. Staff was agreeable and no rush or queue.

This location is always pleasant and though the lines can get long at the drive-thru, it does move pretty fast. Friendly and attentive staff!

This specific location has not had cold brew at least 3 different times, all at different times of the day. Cold brew is the only thing I like at Starbucks, so i get to sit 10+ minutes through drive through for nothing. 3 stars because staff is apologetic and friendly.

Terrible experience this morning at this location. Yes, they are busy. Yes, they are slow. But, today, they messed up my order and the young man who made my drink was so incredibly rude and condescending toward me. I wish I had gotten his name. He was working this morning 1/5/21. Young man with a very short, stocky build and short, dark hair. He was wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt. He needs to learn or thing or two about customer service.

We felt bad here. We were 3 miles from this location sitting in the driveway with the engine running and used the app to place an order. The we drove as legally fast as possible with no traffic. Our coffees temp was cold. The 2 breakfast sandwiches were hot and fresh out of the oven. We asked if there was a microwave to zap them for a few seconds and they said no. The first lady didnt want to help. It wasnt busy. But the 2nd lady did offer to fix it. Begrudgingly they remade them. At least the cost was $20.00. Kind of sad to have an attitude when we were nice and mellow.

Sugarbucks; it now appears the great majority of menu has some sweetener added or infused.

They are so slow. Every time I would go, I would be waiting in the drive through for over 20min. Coffee is always cold. Then after it being cold I found something chunky in my coffee. Beyond disgusting.

Normally a friendly and easy location. July 7 @930am not one friendly person could be found. I walked in and said hello. No one responds. My drinks were pre ordered and ready when I arrived (great job). I said thank you. No one responds. As I leave the building, I say have a great day. Again, no one responds. Should I text these things to the employees instead?😌

I ordered a decaf coffee and they gave me great options and great customer service . I got my order very convenient time. And it was extra hot just the way I like my coffee. Didnt like that they do not have creamer in the area where it should be but. I asked the lady and she got .e some cream of my choice with no problem

I usually get Starbucks at one of the busiest locations downtown and the get you in and out. This store in leander was had no one inside and still took 10min. The workers moved like they were high.

This location worked hard and fast to get my traveler out as quickly as possible. The barista did not help stop putting my order together until it was done, and had me out of there in under 15 minutes.All of the workers had smiles and were working very well together.I will continue to use this location as my go-to.

Wow, today on christmas eve was a new low for this location. Submitted an order online, it went through and charged me. I get there and they dont even let me speak just cut me off saying they are closed. App or google maps didnt say so! My bad, but...give me my refund at least! i had to pull the window and get her to open it to show her. Just go to the starbucks off toll 183 and new hope. They make their drinks spot on and they ended up getting my ten dollar tip due to this.

Regardless of time of day or day of the week, this is the absolute slowest Starbucks in the entire area. It has been this way for the last 2 years.

Im finished wasting my money on this Starbucks. They cannot afford to make change for $100. So make sure to bring small change!! Only a Starbucks in San Antonio was polite enough to give it to me at no charge. They deserve zero stars.

Management is just plain rude. Make sure creamer is not expired!!! I literally had chunks in my coffee!!! So glad I checked it before I drank it. McDonalds coffee is the way to go and its much cheaper and its good.

This is the only Starbucks in town that takes this long to make it through the drive through! It took 22 minutes just to make it to the window. We used to have a family tradition of Sunday coffee runs with myself and my girls. Coming to this location doesn’t make it about tradition, it makes it dreadful....

Being the lone Starbucks in town, it gets very busy here. Despite the load of drinks / food the staff work on, they, BY FAR, are the friendliest and most customer-centric group of Starbucks employees Ive ever seen. I frequent all the Starbucks in the area, and THIS group of folks is the BEST.Blame corporate SBUX for not enough working room behind the bar or not enough espresso machines to make more drinks per minute, or the drive-through funnel you cant escape...but the folks who work here are TOP-NOTCH.5 stars, all day, every day.

Customer service is horrible. I felt like my business wasnt wanted by member behind counter - who i assume was Management. I asked a simple question about SF options and he acted like I had just ruined his entire day. Keep driving to another location or try another coffee shop if you dont have time to wait either.

By far the worst Starbucks in Leander and Cedar Park. 20 minutes in line only to drive home and realize I just paid over $5 for a coffee I didnt order. Worthless! What now, drive back, grab the correct coffee and drive back home? Not even worth it.

I visited this Starbucks on the day they had to buy one get one free Fall promo. There were three people in my party so I was buying one and getting one free and thought I was paying for the 3rd until the Barista let the customer in front of me use her free drink. That was awesome! Drinks were spot-on, standard delicious Starbucks.Just be careful if you buy a child a Starbucks hot chocolate, it contains a lot of caffeine. Did not find that out until the child spun into the outer stratosphere. My bad!Due to the promo that day the line was extremely long, but the staff was rocking and rolling and I didnt wait long.Happy with my visit here!

Went thru the drive-thru and some kind person paid for my drink. I was in a company car the cashier was told to tell me Thank you for taking care of the elderly. . This was beyond sweet.

Constantly bad with service and drinks. They cut corners to get the line moving faster, I would recommend the new Starbucks by Whole Foods. Drive the extra distance for better and consistent drinks.

Friendly and quick, this Starbucks offers the flavor Ive come to recognize that is STARBUCKS.

Its as consistent in almost every respect as all the other Starbucks Ive been too. The one thing that is different is that it takes a little longer to get my order than most. That isnt a problem for me but a few of the clientele dont react well if they dont get their orders as quickly as they would like. Ive watched 2 customer meltdowns in that particular shop.

Im a 15 year partner with Starbucks and Ive never been to a worse store. I am not exaggerating when I say that today I waited thirty minutes for three iced coffees in the drive through with three cars in front of me. Most of the time I was at the window. They communicated that the coffee was finishing up brewing and would be two min. We asked if they wanted us to pull up and no response. Then no communication just waiting. We got the iced coffees and they were made totally wrong. Sent them back in because weve waited so long I at least wanted the correct beverage. They gave us the wrong cake pops well and so we had to send those back as well. While waiting I heard the manager take calls from people in line behind us complaining they are stuck in a 25/30 min line. She told them she had a large order at the window. Three iced coffees and a few cake pops is not a large order. We received no apology for the crazy amount of time we wasted getting our beverages and I didnt appreciate the blame for the wait being placed on us as we were being honked at by the cars behind us. My sister lives in this area and frequents this store often only because its the only store nearby and she says this is typical for this location. I work at a store in Fort Worth and am ashamed to see this kind of service happening at my company.

The service and drinks were fine, but for some reason there were flies everywhere and on the food items in their display case.

The employees are nice but I think they are short staffed. If youre in a hurry Do NOT use the drive thru. Weve waited in line 15+ min the last 2 times weve visited. Most recently we placed a mobile order and still waited 10 min at the window for our drinks.

Slowest in NW ATX. Everyone standing around talking, laughing, yet not making drinks for the 10 cars in line and 7 people waiting inside.

Very outgoing staff! They now have an EggNog Late which is my favorite! I call them Nate-Noggs as I have never seen anyone make them other than me in the past. The girl behind the counter was very friendly.

Took over 30 minutes in the drive through. No apology from the server. Two other employees seemed to be standing around and there is no way out of the line. We would have driven off if we could jump the curb, but we were physically stuck behind the building. We only ordered three small hot chocolates. One didnt have whipped cream.

Good Starbucks, scary drive thru line. The drive thru goes through a one lane area that you cant leave once you are in and sometimes the line can take a while. Its also hard to see how long it is before driving in because the line is behind the building. Just make sure you arent in a rush here - if you are, just go inside.

The brown haired girl that worked 10/19 took 20 minutes to make a freakin iced caramel macchiato. She claimed they lost the ticket and took another 5 minutes after telling me that to make it. She didn’t apologize and very poorly made my drink as I watched her. Very poor attitude. Waste of $6. Come on Starbucks...

30 minutes in the drive thru line!!!! And no way to get out of line once you realize its at a stand still (even when youre in the very back of the line-the parking lot is too small). The staff seemed half awake & not at all apologetic for the wait. You could hear them talking behind the guy handing out orders & they were mixed up & confused on where things were & how to make drinks. Not going back to this location

I use the app and put in a mobile order every morning. This Starbucks is closest to my house. Its always a very long wait for my mobile order, very little parking available, and the drive through always seems very, very long. The inside is not cozy and usually not very clean (probably because so they get so much traffic). Although I order the same beverage every day - no one has tried to get to know me...still, I think the staff is generally friendly when they arent stressed out & the coffee is just like all the other Starbucks! Yum! They are getting too much traffic & struggle to keep up in order to do the things that would get a higher rating. They either need more employees or need to put up another Starbucks nearby.
