I recently had my check engine light come on and I went to a rival organization where I was dismissed and the work ethic was clearly lazy. When I went in to Auto Zone in Leavenworth, Attilio helped me and righted the wrongs. He went above and beyond, he was compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient explaining things to me. I really appreciate his customer service and work ethic. I now will be exclusively shopping at Auto Zone thanks to this kind individual.

Went to O’reileys after two other places in town, Allen fixed me up in record time, he saved me over 30 bucks, the other guys were trying to sell me a part I didn’t need, Thank you Allen for being a honest salesman. Give this guy a raise!!! Will never go anywhere else to buy auto parts in Leavenworth.

Serious kudos to the guys at AutoZone! Had an issue with my tail light - it had gotten hot and warped, making removing the bad bulb an issue. They helped me out and got me going.

Very helpful staff there. 11/25/17 I called Auto Zone on Saturday because I need a part for my that I just got. Well it was front right Wheel Speed Sensor for my Trailblazer. I told them what I was looking for they found it and they told me that it was not I stock and they could get one by Sunday the gave me my cost they also said I can for when it got in or pay for it now. I told them I would be in to paid for it now they told me that they close at ten o clock. So I got in there and paid for it they marked the receipt for as paid. While I was they helped me get more info on a few part that I will need and they gave me print out to go by. That was helpful. I visited it again on 12/26/17 because around I or so they had called am that the part I ordered was in. I was a Happy camper when in came yesterday. I really like the help and staff there. 11/29/17 again I went in to Auto zone and got another part for my car. Again the staff was friendly. I forgot to show my Auto zone rewards card to him and he went back just so I could get the points. The rewards card has helped me out of a few jams when it came to money. I just like this place.

Store is always clean. Employees are fast to help and are always seen helping other customers with their vehicles in the parking lot. My go to store for all things vehicular.

I needed a new battery for my car. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They didnt have the battery I needed in stock. They had another Autozone deliver one to then the same day. I highly recommend Autozone. The folks there are great.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I have had one of the worst weeks ever. The my car battery died, it had a warranty of FIVE YEARS. That’s not the problem. The problem was, instead of taking into consideration what was going on and just swapping out a very evidently DEAD battery, they wanted me to wait an hour to charge it first. I went and ran my errands, and rather than go back to AutoZone, WHO KNEW I needed to get groceries picked up and have my car by morning because of a cat that needed sa follow up appointment from surgery, STILL WOULDN’T SWAP AN EVIDENTLY DEAD BATTERY. Funny thing, other Auto Zones would have done it free of charge, brand new battery, no further questions asked. So I went to O’Reily who took care of the problem. I will be getting a refund for a defective battery. I will also be contacting the BBB if they don’t.

Not a great experience, I was clearly racially profiled. By a manager, which was an older Caucasian male. Him: are you bringing back the battery that you purchased earlier? Me: No, I didnt purchase a battery earlier. Im sure you can imagine how this conversation end.

70%of the time Im given wrong parts. I supply make, model etc and consistently have to make a second trip back. Frustrating.
