I called at 0705 after blowing out a tire. I was told they had 4 in my size and I could drop my car off at anytime. When I showed up at 9:30 a lady was working the counter. As I proceeded to listen to the fact that two employees had called in she took her sweet time trying to find a 4th tire to fit my car. She then tried to explain to me that I could go without 4 new ones if my tread was ok after I had asked for 4 brand new tires. Would not recommend unless you have 5 days for them to look for tires they said they had and walk around and talk to each other about how low staffed they are.
Mike is doing a great job managing the TLE. Hes made fantastic improvements in service and service staff.

This is a friendly astosphere and very helpful. I got a new car change and tire and oil in it. They guide me through it on what was best deal walking out paying around $600.00. Thats 4 new tires oil change and wipers. When it came to the tires I got the whole road hazard package life time balance on tires. I real like this place.
Didnt put air in my new tire, other than that, I was satisfied.

I like this location better than I like any of them in a hundred-mile radius. The manager over the department has always been good to me and honest. That goes a long way with me. The only bad experience I have had so far in the three years Ive been coming to this one is they werent able to put in my tire pressure sensor because they didnt have the ability to clone the code from the old sensor and Im having to travel 2 hours to the dealership but I bought it to have them install it. Otherwise theyve always done good with my tires and Ive never had a problem Im like some locations
I would have never thought to use Walmart before now. Mike Schmidling is the Manager in Leavenworth, and it’s because of him that we are repeat customers when the closest Walmart is half the distance. I will continue to go there as long as Mike is around, but not if he leaves. He treats us like people and not just another number, or paycheck. It runs like the fine oiled machine it is, and it’s because of how he treats people. God Bless him and the people who made him the Manager. Mike tell the big boss you deserve a raise because we spent about $300 there just because he was fixing a tire for us last minute so my wife didn’t miss work tomorrow. Until next time!
There very slow at repairing a tire it doesnt take a hour to repair a tire it should only take less than 30 minutes. They need a good service manager running the auto department . The day I was there getting the tire fix the employee took too breaks this is uncalled for, he could take his break after he is done doing the job.
Very slow bunch. Stops taking appointments about 3.5 hrs before closing. Maybe is hard to get good help to fill the bays

Horrible experience. the staff working there are extremely incompetent. I came in at 7am and didn’t get my car checked in till 7:30 because of how slow they are. My car was done at 9:20 and I was sitting right at the desk waiting for my name to be called but the guy never said one thing to me until I went up and asked who’s cars are done at 10:15. At that point he said “oh yea here’s your stuff” which had been done and sitting there for nearly an hour now. If I had not went and asked he would have let me sit there for 3 more hours. Need to hire more or less idiotic workers
Did not go. Ratings steered me away and I am thinking rightfully so since nobody answered the phone for what should have been an easy question.
Well lets see i arrived there 730 in the morning ..no one at the desk for approximately 15 min..so i just needed a oil change and tire rotation..i get the most expensive oil change they offer ..then the lady sells me on new air filter ok fine ..so at 930 they tried to give my car back with no tire rotation ..witch took just shy of another hour to do ..now when i asked about oil change service i was told all my fluids woyld be topped off ..so i get home kind of irritated so my head said check fluids ..well even tho my work order said my power steering fluid was checked ..well take a look at this ..i dont mind paying extra but i expect good service for my money ..not happy spending something in the area of 3 hours for really simple service way out there ..now i would understand if there was a bunch of cars but looking threw the door to the bays only seeing 2 other cars in stalls ..not really big work load ...just extremely unhappy with my experience
They have no idea what the cost of a synthetic oil is over the phone, much less how much more it would be off the standard oil change. And if you bring your own oil? Same price. NOPE.

Ive used this walmarts autocare twice now and both times it took at least twice as long as the two hours they said it would take. The most recent time, I was told the wrong price while checking in my car and had to pay an additional $15 after what was quoted. I would not reccomend this walmart to anybody.
There is almost always a wait time. There is one or two people working there that are really good and professional.

Bad service. I went to change oil for my car; they put a small oil filter and sealing . My car was leaking for one week!!
Took my car in for an oil change. They did not get my oil filter on tight.pa paid a mechanic $25 to figure out that the filter wasnt on there right. Unhappy with the mess in the driveway and the loss of time. Totally not worth getting your oil changed here.

When I was stranded an hour from home with a flat tire, they stayed an hour late to fix it so I could still get home that night! Would give 6 stars if I could.
Here Wal-Mart Auto Service is the worst. Its always slow and slow, and Ive never set a time.These people talked to me for three hours, and after three hours my car is still standing. We do not keep our promises with our guests.

I brought my vehicle to get a screw removed from the tire. I was told 4 hours. It is now going on 8 hours later and these guys still havent put the tire back on. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER ever use this tire and lube again.
