Excellent experience with Felicia. She deserves recognition at the highest level for her professionalism, expertise and personality. She helped multiple people in our family- each with individual accounts and complex issues. She multitasked expertly and wouldn’t rest until our issues were solved and we were more than satisfied... and she even convinced one of us to make an upgrade (many have tried, prior to Felicia). She was also extremely efficient which allowed us to meet our short timeline and make our next engagement. Please forward to AT&T leadership and compensate her financially. You want to keep her as a team member! And this is my first review- so that tells your how impressed I was with her customer service.

My husband and I went into this store on a rainy Sunday afternoon because my phone wouldn’t accept a custom made greeting for voicemail. Devan and Hannah greeted us. Hannah helped me, while Devan was able to help her with a few pointers. I was so happy to have my phone fixed. Then, they helped my husband with a separate billing issue. This was the BEST service I have ever received in an AT&T store. Excellent customer service and even better knowledge on how to correctly fix phone and billing issues. If I ever need to go back, I hope these two will be there to help me. AT&T, I hope these two are recognized and rewarded for their professionalism and superior customer service skills. My expectations were low going in due to previous bad experiences, but that has all changed now! Thank you!

We shopped for new iPhones at the ATT store in Leavenworth. It can be daunting, especially when you’re upgrading from an iPhone 6!I just want to thank Felicia - for all of her help and expertise. Brandon at the AT&T on Eisenhower Was phenomenal! He really took care of us and our needs and was able to help us with our transition from our prior carrier to AT&T. I was worried it would be frustrating but he made it smooth and easy and I felt at ease doing the switch.

Brandon was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable about all the products and even mentioned product/services we did not know about that we have wanted for a long time! We also walked in towards closing time due to our work schedule and got us set up with everything patiently. We did not feel rushed at all. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you AT&T for having Corey as a member of your team. I will always go to the Leavenworth Store if I know he is there. He has always taken excellent care of us. If you enjoy being told one thing just for it to change and price goes up behind the scenes, this is the place for you. Then asked to remove 1 star rating so they can continue with your issue. Sound professional, I think not. Finally go into store AGAIN, just to hear call customer service we are a retail store.Update, I called the store 2 days ago. I was told they would contact Area Manager. I have heard nothing. Called store twice yesterday, no answer. AREA MANAGER insists I remove review to work on $350 phone credit I am shorted. I TRY to get in contact with area manager to figure this out, no response from her. They are not contacting me. Store does not honor what sales rep sells you. You have my info, please contact me! Odd how a phone company wont use their phones to reach out to a customer that was blatantly mislead.

Had the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store ever today and on Christmas Eve of all days. Corey was outstanding and helped us easily understand the process of getting new phones while also saving us some money too. Dont go to this store and you wont be lied to. Specifically Nicole the sales rep  and Julie the store manager. Told we were going to be given $700 for adding a line/porting a line from sprint then only given $350. Today I went to the LV AT & T with several unrelated questions re both my wireless and Direct TV statements. Corey Carter assisted me. My issues required him to make a couple of lengthy phone calls, one of which resulted in a substantial decrease in my Direct TV bill. I purchased my last IPhone (11) from Corey and he has always been EXTREMELY helpful!! I so appreciate him and I’m certain that many others do as well.

Ok I purchased three IPhone 12 pros One a max . Over the last two weeks.One purchased online and mailed. Second purchased via chat and mailed. Third purchased in store at I think was a franchise. All used the promotional trade in. None however has yet to have any even estimated total purchase price except the full price for each of the phones. Before I would know my trade in value by now so would have a close estimate on total outlay. There is a lot of difference between $1549.97 and $3299.99 for most people. I will say Lexi and Hanna were the only things right about this whole process. We couldn’t have managed transferring our data. To bad I couldn’t have bought the other phones at the Leavenworth store.Update it has been FIVE MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRADE IN CREDITS totaling $1050 from ATT. Been a nightmare.., do not repeat do not get your phone from ATT. There is no method to protect you if something goes wrong.

More worried about making sales and commission than the fact that the out of box item is damaged and wanted to charge me a restock fee to trade out once more came in. They don’t care about you or the products they shove down your throat, only care about the $ signs attached to the product.

Very friendly and super helpful. You can tell they know what they are doing. They are much better to deal with than the people in the Philippines when you call. Best recommendation I can make is any financial decisions or transactions with AT&T you dont want to make on the phone you. They are either dishonest or dont understand when answering your questions and stating policies or promotions. Go do your business with someone face to face.

I just left this location and had a fantastic experience. I popped in earlier in the day to make an appointment, and when I showed up for my appointment I was swiftly seen. The associate who helped me, Cory, was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and ensured I knew all of my options. An overall great experience.

I went into the store to purchase a 6s iphone for my son the tag on the phone shows a sale price of $149 upon paying they gave me a price of $218. The sales person Nathan stated the price was only good for new prepaid service. I asked to show me on the phone sales sheet where that was stated and he said well it doesn’t say that. How convenient I told Nathan to let his manager know I would make this review which I seen standing in the corner of the store which never happened till I left. With a google review average of 3.5 starts don’t think the manager can afford to get more bad reviews but she must not care about her job or customers. People if you have to go to an At&t please do yourself a favor and choose a better one. Before I left the store I took pictures of the sales sheet that didn’t state what they told me.

I really think they expected us to leave and call from home but we had been trying to get a paper bill and get the email changed on this account for two years. We were there on the phone for an hour ended up having to completely change accounts. What a mess and what very poor customer service 😥

I have had two appointments at the store in the last 6 weeks led me to leave a one star review. The first visit was to activate a phone with a ported phone number. The rep told me all was good to go but when I got to the car, the phone wasnt active and I had to return for the whole process to start again. Mistakes happen, I didnt make an issue of it. But then today...The second appointment was today for a billing concern related to the phone being activated incorrectly (being overcharged $42.40 for a line of service for the phone that now has a ported number). I was told the store couldnt help, wouldnt help and that this wasnt their problem. I asked for help navigating customer service as I had already spent 47 minutes on hold with no resolution. Again I was told no, this wasnt their problem and they would not do anything for it. While standing there, got a text that I had requested my appointment be cancelled.I asked for a manager and was told to return at 5am tomorrow to meet manager Mike, whowould be at the store to let carpet cleaners in. I asked if I could reach him by phone at the store and was told good luck. I asked for a business card or way to contact him and was told to come at 5am if thats what I wanted.I am appalled at the poor customer service and have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years to have this be what the business means today.

Horrible customer service. Went in 2 different times to talk to 2 different people, both of which had HORRIBLE attitudes. Took me an hour to get the girl to tell me what I was paying for and all of the hidden fees that were going to be associated with my account. Every time I asked a question, $30 was being added everytime for some certain fee. Very bad experience. Will not be returning.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are rude to their customers and act like they are put out when you ask them for help. Then they get upset when you call them on their attitudes. You work in retail. Working with customers IS your job. And the wait times are forever. We will start going to the Legends when we have to go to the store.

Bought a phone that stopped working, tried to get some help from them last week and was told to wait 5 days and come back. Came back and was told sorry, nothing they could do, have to go through warranty since the phone is 2 months old. Okay, not sure why the warranty process couldnt have been started when I came in a week ago, but okay. Worst part was the sales associate basically shaming me for my lack of huge phone budge when she said I got what I paid for meaning since my phone was only $150 I guess I dont have a right to expect a phone with sound on both ends of the phone calls. Nice.

The staff on the floor do their best to help you. Im giving this store one star because of the MANAGEMENT. I had a 700$ phone put on my bill after it cracked during the shipping process. I called the 1-800 number to no avail and finally decided to go in. I am not upset about the 700$ phone they broke or improperly shipped, I am upset about the fact that the manager wouldnt even come talk to me face to face. Mangment made some older gentleman, who was working on the floor at the time, walk back and forth from their office about 10 times just to relay to me that they would not refund my money no matter what the situation. Im really disappointed that the manager(s) spent 30 minutes hiding in the back instead of simply taking 10 minutes to come forward and address my problem like an adult. Grow up & stop being lazy.

Horrible service. Manager is not friendly at all. I had a horrible experience there. Bad enough that I just swapped over to Verizon. AT&T in leavenworth really buried the hatchet for me. They even tried to mark me as fraud because I do everything online and never go into the store to change my plan or anything like that. Manager called me a liar and a fraud.. haha. What a joke. I was with AT&T for almost 16 years but when I went into get a new phone they do this and make it impossible.
