Ive been in metro pcs stores all over Wyandotte and Johnson county also kcmo and this is the worst one Ive ever step foot in. Every single time Ive walked in there is no employee there to greet me. They always follow me in from their car outside. Except for a couple times when they came from the back. They have tried to short me 10 bucks once on my bill and they are rude and this last time Iwent in to get a new phone and they were out of phones. Out of phones?? Not to mention the second i walked in i was overcomewith the smell of weed. Not the first time that happened either.

Went into Metro PCS with one issue, memory card. Was shown how to replace the card/chip without loosing any data. Also found out how to move pictures from emails to gallery. Luna was not only polite but very knowledgeable and honest. Her honesty was key to my visit. I truly appreciate her ability and knowledge about my phone and the other items within the store.

The people that work at the store in Leavenworth are nice. But the services are horrible. Ive noticed since they merged with T-Mobile, my cellphone has been acting crazy. Itll call my contacts while Im talking with someone else. So many ads be popping up out of nowhere. When some one calls, at times it wont let me answer the call. I have to call the person back and apologize. I have to keep powering off and back on to get my cell to stop slowing down and closing out of apps! I cant afford a new phone, right now. Ive had this one for about a year and a half. Maybe its the phone, I dont know. Im very fustrasted. Just so your company knows, the service sucks.

The laziest, most inconsiderate, and simply just incompetent employees. They refuse to help you, have terrible attitudes, and this store is under terrible Management. Metro has taken a nosedive in customer service and meeting their customers needs since merging with T-Mobile.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Do not go to this store. They wont do a thing for you unless you pay them something. I had to go to Bonner Springs just to have a device change.

Worst phone company ever i had it for 2 years and i use to be able to pay it on my phone and almost ever since i had the phone it never lets me pay my phone bill i tried the app customer service and website the only option i had was to drive far to pay my phone bill at the store which is extra and they over charge me i have unlimited data but it gets slower when i use 30 gigabytes and i talked to the employees they just ignore all my questions and have a passive agressive attitude i wish i can just sue the company messing with people money and time like that shame on you hope your company runs out of business

I hate metro pcs they have alllowed my account to be hacked by my ex husbands account ray and ritter are to different names and accounts how in the hell did his number get linked and put on my device and account .. im outrage by all ofthis he sould not be able to get my information or anything of my cell phone ..

The Leavenworth Metro pcs store is as ghetto as any business in Leavenworth. The staff is friendly enough, but whoever is in charge above them should have to give their paychecks back.

I tried and tried to reach a human being at this business and the carriers numbers while I am hospitalized. Apparently there is no consideration for customers trying to disconnect a extra phone line and resolve overcharging for primary line when it is not a two line account.

Lazy ppl working here took us 2 hours just to get new Sims card.

$20 ZTE Max Pro Charger less than a week and it went out on me I never removed the charger from my wall charger in the kitchen all of a sudden it just goes out if I could leave ZERO stars I would and then I called and told them the problem and the associate act like he could care less but its fine .....SWITCHING
