Superb equipment. Took a couple of weeks to take delivery, but great customer service. Still running 4 years later, no problems. I take note that the company ran into some difficulties, but my experience was very positive.

Ordered a 600Ghs with hosting service last Nov during a sale, did not get any product except an update that it will be delivered soon. In May 2014 I started to contact them that I wanted a refund instead because the BC is collapsing and the power the machine provides is no longer competitive compared to its cost. Luckily, they did provide me a full refund after one month, so at least I am not out several thousand dollars for nothing.With BC mining, you are actually gambling that when the product gets to you, its power still worth its original cost.

I wish I could give it a -10 stars since 1 star out of 5 is actually decent for this company. I ordered my miner 8 months ago. I was promised a delivery date of March 2014! Every month since, I called and asked about the status and they gave me some BS excuse, asking me to wait another month. Were now in July and I still havent received it. Reading the comments, it seems like theyve scammed several people the same way. I wonder if theres a way we can collectively sue them. Either way, please avoid at ALL cost. Theyre horrible and so is their customer service.

Many months back 2 of my 4 power supplies failedstopped working so I opened them up to look inside and discovered the small fans where not spinning;so I took one of the fans to a local electronics dealerMemory Express to see if I could find a replacement so the guy I talked to said they where singed and I could see a black spot on the paper label.So on that day I learned I could not find a replacement fan and my power supplies could have caught fire,they are all shut down.note:It took well over a year to receive the goods and they were not what I ordered.The units consumed much more power than was advertised.

I have two orders placed with this company that have failed to be delivered in the time frame that was specified during checkout. Repeated push backs of delivery dates with no end in sight are a common practice by this company.As others have stated this company uses shady business practices in order to negate refunds. People have had to go through third parties, like Pay Pal or their credit card company, to obtain a refund. This company tries to hide behind FTC guidelines, which they clearly do not understand, in order to avoid refunds. They violate the policy they are shielding themselves with by not allowing customers to agree to new delivery terms.In short, avoid purchasing anything from this company at all costs.

Took my order of nearly $2000 for a mining contract, 15 months later still no refund. It looks very much like a ponzi scam company that is fulfilling just enough legitimate business & polite customer contact to avoid being shut down. The company appears incompetent rather than deliberately criminal.

Terrible customer service and the people who ran the company around January 2014 mustnt have been the brightest as taking money from, lying too, under delivering and ultimately scamming from paying customers is never a good business model to use to run a company.I ordered $10000 worth of equipment from these guys back in January 2014. Luckily I was able to retrieve it through a lengthy and stress filled process.

So many negative reviews cant be wrong. I thought I would give this company a chance and not file a lawsuit during the FTC action. I requested a refund in August of 2014, and still havent seen a penny.Taken for over $1000. This business (scam) needs to be erased.

Overpromised and underdelivered. Cant believe they only had to pay a $15,000 fine. Should have been at least $80,000.

Still owe me over $2000 from a pre-order back in january 2014 which never came and a refund is very unlikely. Do not purchase anything from this company there products are useless.

I received my order (upgraded Jalapeno) from beginning of December 2012 last week.As I am from Germany, BFL included a power adapter :)but forgot about the (US) power cable :(I had some matching power cables and figured out that the power supply was broken :(Ok, I had some matching power supplies and the unit is working.Will probably mine the invested amount I paid for it.BUT: I still have 4 other 5GH units open from end of April. I think they will not earn the investment as I did not yet receive a delivery notification.

The company has a habit of screwing their customers - the more they pay, the more the company treats them like trash. Im waiting half a year for my order, and by the speed of production, I will wait two more years before I get my unit. They advertised that they will refund anyone who would ask and I believed it. Thats suddenly not true anymore. Do not order anything from this company.

Terrible.I bought the upgraded Jalepeno back in November of 2012, and I didnt get it until around JUNE of 2013. This set me back so far and screwed my estimate so much that I lost about $200 in the exchange. I would have made about .5btc/day back then, for 3 months - converting to about $45,000 USD.Shortly after the miner arrived, within a month it broke due to an AC adapter issue.0/10 would NEVER deal with again, DO NOT BUY AND BE WARNED OF THESE SCAMMING CHEATS!

I, like so many others ordered a product of theirs called the Monarch 300 GH/s.Soon after I had ordered it they reduced the price by 50%.Not that it matters because months after, I am still waiting.Their customer service is not only inadequate, they are often condescending and rude.Don’t try posting on their forum because they censor everything. They have even deleted my posts after the fact and removed my account for mentioning things that are too close to the bone for them.I lost $2880 to them and because they are based in the USA I do not feel that I have any recourse to recompense.Please take my honest and bitter advice and avoid them like the plague. Try BItmainTech, or go on AliExpress they are much cheaper and they deliver from stock. AliExpress also have payment protection so you will get your money back if the company you choose do not deliver on time.Thank You.

Pre-ordered a Jalapeno miner. It shipped something like 16 months after I ordered it, well after the time the 7GH hashpower would not come close to covering the cost. The real kicker though was that it broke in less than 30 days of use. (Just sitting on a shelf powered on). The warranty didnt exist. Over a week after I contacted customer service they wanted me to pay to ship it back to see if they would cover it. They also stated that it was transferrable, but asked me tons of questions about my order information... which shouldve been very easy to look up as I provided the order number and emailed them from my address.There are a couple reviews on here claiming that people dont know the bitcoin ecosystem and these were pre-orders, you take risks. Those are ALMOST CERTAINLY plugs by the company. If youve done business with these guys you know how terrible they are. Contrary to almost every other hardware company Ive done business with in the Bitcoin ecosystem, which have been great.STAY AWAY FROM BFL.

I ordered my device in April 2013. They had indicated 2 months lead time. It is now September and I have no indication of when they might ship my order.I requested a refund in early July 2013, and was refused. I requested a refund again in August (citing their continued failure to deliver) and was ignored. The next step is making formal complaints to the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the Kansas Attorney Generals office.I find it utterly shocking and completely irresponsible that this company is still selling new pre-orders (and even new pre-order products - e.g. the Monarch) today (in September), when theyre still fulfilling orders from 2012 / the beginning of 2013.

I ordered (2) 25 GH machines from this company on an in stock order. Had both of them within a week and when I hooked them up got a little surprise. I expected a total of 50 GH and Im currently processing at 62 GH.The other thing I have to say is I currently have (4) 600 GH Monarch Cards on a pre-order from this company. I had no preconceptions on these orders. The Web-Site clearly indicates in the product description that these cards are a pre-order product and does not guarantee a delivery date. Ive read most of the complaints here and see a lot of similar complaints in the BFL forum and can not find anything on their Web-Site that offers or offered any type of guaranteed or assumed delivery date for any of their pre-ordered products. In fact this company does a very good job of keeping people informed of the production stages of their pre-ordered products in their company forums all you have to do is subscribe to them.Heres a direct quote from BFLs Web-Site under one of their pre-orders:This is a Pre-Order product which is not yet shipping. If youre uncomfortable waiting until the development is complete and the product is shipped, do NOT pre-order this product.They have put this statement into every one of their pre-orders so go ahead and complain to the BBB and who ever else you plan on complaining to. Bottom line is this company makes it very clear NOT TO PURCHASE their pre-ordered products if youre not willing to wait. I for one am willing to wait for the best ASIC miners on the market and Im not going to complain while I do it.

They do one thing perfectly though... they take your money real good. Getting it back when they dont provide the goods?? For that youll need Mastercard. (Or some other chargeback method). Avoid at all cost. This is a complete scam. I was told on forum that refund would be issued upon request even though TOS doesnt say so. Guess what, now they claim they cannot issue refund because of TOS :D I just hope class action lawsuit start soon.

Awful company. I order $10K worth of processors, they continually lied about delivery date. I eventually canceled the transaction, now I owe the interest. Their processors are obsolete by the time they deliver.

I needed to contact my credit card company for a charge back when BFL refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that they could not provide a shipping date many months after the order was placed. Beware.

I ordered in October (2012!!!). Now its September 2013 and I still dont have my order. BFL also denies refunds.Stay away from those crooks.
