Long story short, the first guy that came to my house said there wasnt anything wrong. After the problem continued, I had another guy come out. He advised that the tank I had had been recalled but he did not have another at the shop so he would have to order it and come back to replace it. He said that there wouldnt be a charge for the tank since it was recalled but there would be a service charge. Not a problem at all! However, he advised that this would not fix the problem and I would need to contact the city. Then I get the bill and I call in to question about the service trip and the cost of the tank on the bill. I did not feel as though I should have to pay for it since the first guy was incorrect and there was a problem. After discussing this with the front office, they said that since it was a couple months apart from me calling that it would be two separate charges. Maybe if I had called a couple weeks apart or even a month, then it wouldnt have been but the service trip didnt have anything to do with the other (except it was the exact same problem I was calling them about!). Then the front lady goes to talk to the guy that replaced the tank and he said that he did not tell me the tank had been recalled. WHAT??? I do not like any company that lies about their services. I certainly would not have made up a tank being recalled. I think they saw a single lady with zero knowledge about water softeners and took advantage. I will not be using their services ever again!

The next day service tech Randy Mitchell came out, checked the system and educated me about the system, how it worked and what I needed to do to run the system. Quick response to my call/request. Very helpful and all staff that Ive interacted with were friendly. We had a water softener installed and are using their softener salt delivery service and bottled water delivery service. Service is excellent and convenient.

Installers were friendly, efficient and fast. Seemed very easy and effortless for the change over to a new system. They explained everything to me and I really like that they deliver and check the system for me. We have had Culligan for several years and they have been great.

Randy is a great representative, he is informative and very patient with any and all questions you may have. The office gal is super friendly and makes suggestions about your water situations. Cant say anything bad about this place. By my mistake I sat out my jugs on Wednesday and they was exchanged, my delivery day is Thursday. Great service! I highly recommend Culligan of Boone county!!

We had a guy come out from Culligan to put in a water softener. The guy that worked with us was FABULOUS. He worked around our CRAZY teacher with kids schedule and got the softener put in quickly. Thanks!

We had another brand of softner but still struggled to control quality of our water. After a simple phone call to Culligan they sent a technician out to run some tests. Weve had our softener for 20 years and culligan has been delivering salt for 20 years as well. Its needed service a couple of times and Culligan has always been very efficient in getting right out and getting the problem fixed for a minimal cost. I couldnt be more happy.

Sam is always there to help me get Drinking Water for an event or special occasion! And of course, its at the last minute because I forget. He comes to the rescue!

Worst estimateever the guy just walked in without asking if it was ok to wear his dirty boots on our carpet. Just grabbed my flash light without asking. Left all the lights on and on top of all that he never took the time to talk about his products and or ways we can do to make the filter system work.
