Excellent job of replacing my well pump and pressure tank.

Thank you Jason for rescuing us from our broken pump pipe Sunday on Memorial day weekend. My house and livestock have water again. I totally appreciate all of you.

Recently had a new water issue: if we ran any outside sprinklers the water pressure would drop to zero. Not good! I did the first thing I do with most any home issue we have, I Googled it! In this case I ended up more being more confused on what our issue might be. We are on a well / pressure tank system. Having had great service from Star Water in the past ( getting replacement filters for our system) I called, then stopped by their office. Kathy and Tom were friendly and helpful. Just before our appointment Jason called to confirm and to ask a couple questions. Right on time a Star Water truck pulled into our driveway. Carter was conscientious, knowledgeable and thorough in his testing of our system. We now have consistent water pressure! And will not hesitate to call Star Water if / when we have any future water issues.

Easy to use, great place for water completely filtered of all harmful chemicals. I cannot drink unfiltered tap water and even that still doesnt filter everything.

I went in asking about testing some well water - the lady was very patient, and knowledgeable about everything to do with water systems. They have a water dispenser outside that you can fill up your bottles at and they sell everything you need for setting up a filtration system at your home. Very helpful and I will recommend them to everyone.

Started getting water there through tgeir dispenser about 6 months ago. About a month ago got cloudy water which they said could be because they switched filters. Now my 5 gallon jugs have green algae in them. I took them in and zero help. Definitely will not be giving them any more of my business. Horrible way to treat customers.

Great First Experience...We went in to see about getting our water bottles filled, and (I am guessing) the owner took the time to talk to us about there system or process. He came outside and showed everything to us first hand, and then let us go and get it done. Was a very friendly and easy experience.

Not only was the service prompt and professional, but the gentleman was courteous and only did what was required to restore my water. I would definitely recommend them and would call them again if needed.

We had some issues that needed resolved.Several water “experts” tried their hand at fixing the issue, but only STAR was able to crack the code.Super happy. Great service through and through.We installed two years ago. Still happy.Highly recommend.

We had a new pump and system installed and I probably called Bruce half a dozen times asking questions. He was always very patient. Carter did the install he was a nice young man and knew what he was doing. He didnt even seem to mind my questions and rubbernecking. Their outdoor water-filling machines are very nice because they are decently priced and can fill up to four water bottles at a time. The only annoying thing is that they only take exact change in cash, though.

Be careful and communicate well with them. We hired them to do a flow test required by the state Water Resources Department as part of our water rights application for irrigating crops. The guy who came out needed a special gauge and when he called the shop he mentioned water rights in his conversation. However, when the state rejected the report they made, they claimed that they didnt know the flow test was for water rights, and they thought it was a standard flow test. So I should have communicated by email instead of over the phone so there was a record in writing. We are out $250, and they refused to take that off the price they want to charge us for the flow test we need, which is $650. SO, do your research beforehand if dealing with the state and know exactly what they want and make sure the person testing is doing their part. Im definitely going a different route to get the test done correctly. We assumed they knew what they were doing and thought we had communicated that the test was for water rights.

The self serve machine has fantastic quality water at a reasonable price. I like that it is family owned and operated.

Recently used Star Water for well testing for the sale of our home. We were quoted a price for a four hour well flow test and for a purity test. Jerry came out and did the tests and in the process discovered a check valve that needed replacing. He said he had the part with him and since he had the line apart to do the test we had him change out the valve. Then when the bill comes there is a mysterious $85 additional charge. When I question the lady in the office she tells me it is a minimum service charge for the purity test on top of the fee for the test itself. This was not disclosed when we asked for the price on the phone. Between us and the buyers we already were being billed for both services plus $1 per mile to come out so why an additional undisclosed service charge. The service was good but rather deceptive and unethical in their billing practices in my opinion.
