I just went to the outlet in Leeds. Time shows they open at 10. I arrived at 11. They are closed. I called the number multiple times and no answer.... are they even open anymore???

Since the closing of the Galleria location, Ive gone to the leeds location for my watches to have links taken out and put back in, but I needed links placed in my smart watch and told they were too busy to do it and had me go to Kay jewelers. The pin came out my watch and needed to be placed back in, but they refused to do it because I went to Kays and said they only do it for watches that were bought from them with receipt since the Galleria store closed then as I assured her that Ive come there several times since and pointed to the guy that has been doing it, she quickly changed her response in a rude tone saying well weve changed our policy. Since when did this policy take place because I have yet to receive any notice of if on my app or email? I was then told to go to either Walmart or Kays for my links for all my watches not bought from that location which makes no sense at all. I buy my watches from mk so I only want them touched by mk. However I see there is a bessemer location now and I would highly recommend going to that location over leeds just for better service and less attitude.

Upon walking in the door the manager looked bothered that myself and my daughter came in with a covered drink in our hands. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular with a rushed tone and then proceeded to tell my daughter she couldn’t drink anything inside her store. She had a cup with a lid and a straw. We were not even there 1 min. and it is 98 degrees out. We wore our face masks and I am a nurse. Neither me nor my daughter were within 10 ft of her and there were no other customers in the store. The AL state law states that children age 6 and under are not required to wear a mask. You are also able to remove it to take a sip of water. She stated that they do not serve drinks, although drinks are allowed in the store.

Great selection of MK products for a great price.

Great atmosphere, great customer service, great inventory at great prices! This was my 1st time visiting this store on an unplanned visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find MK at such discounted prices. Some of the things they carry are handbags, wallets, watches, sunglasses, clothing and shoes. The price tags may be discounted but the quality doesnt seem to be. This store is kind of small but beautiful. I didnt make a purchase this day but I will definitely be returning on a mission to buy. Loved it!

I came to the store looking for a pair of white wedges and the amazing young male went above all expectations to make sure that I walk out the store what was needed. The boss was also there and she help me find a male friend a gifts.. I felt like they wasn’t there for my money but my NEEDS! I just want to say thank you and the gift was prefect BOSS!

I love this store! This is my fav location & I’ve shopped at MK stores all over the US! The employees are amazingly fun & helpful! The store is very organized also!
