My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this collection. Currently one has to make appointments to view unless you visit Fri thru Sun. The member who greeted us basically gave us a personalized tour. I really valued the attention given to us. If in the area and like American Muscle....Mustangs, you have to stop. Well worth the admission. They even have 31 of the 32 police cars issued.

Nice store with a variety of shoes. Prices were still high (in my opinion) on many of the shoes even after the mark downs--but then again, these are quality shoes.

Too much packed into a small store. You can barely fit a stroller down the aisles and its hard to find what youre looking.

Order a pair of shoes offline and I had accidentally ordered the wrong size so instead of waiting 2 more weeks to ship the shoes back and get the right size I thought id just get them in and run to Leeds to trade for the right size... called the store 5.. FIVE times and no picked up the phone!! ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS IF THEY HAVE MY SIZE BEFORE I DRIVE AN HOUR AND FIVE FREAKING MINS TO THE STORE AND WAIST MY TIME!! DO BETTER!!!

Well we went to Famous Footware Outlet looking for some shoes. We looked and Im not to impressed with the colors shoe makers are putting out. They are either black or white and red.. nothing against Famous Footware Outlet. Its just the colors 👞 makers putting out there.

(Store at Grand River Outlets) Yesterday, I drove from out of town (one hour) to shop at this store. A welcome sound came from somewhere when I entered although I never saw anyone. After some time I found a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase. I took this to the checkout counter. One shoe was missing. I mentioned to the sales lady (Lantrese) that I needed the other shoe. As I approached the counter the sales lady apparently had a phone call on speaker (no other customer present) as I heard her make a response. Then, she informed me the shoe was on display and she would get it. She walked away I assumed to get the shoe. I heard some one saying “hello” coming from what I thought was a phone. I said nothing as sales lady wasn’t there and I didn’t know what was going on. She returned w/o the shoe. She appeared to try to make contact with the phone then said to me, “ did you hear anything from the phone?” I said, “ I heard someone say hello.” She immediately lashed out at me saying, “ you didn’t say anything?” I said, “ you didn’t tell me to say anything and I didn’t really know what you were doing.” She kept talking telling me that was the least I could do. She walked away still fussing saying she was trying to do the job of three people! Finally, I told her just to keep the shoes and I walked out. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store. She was very rude ...very very rude.

They have a wide selection of shoes from womens to mens to kids! Famous Footwear also keeps socks, shoe cleaner, waterproofer, insoles and many other foot care products in stock! I love this place!

Was in there Saturday afternoon, only one register working. Daughter wanted a pair of sandals had blisters on heel, got her a pair supposedly on sale for $19., did not ring up sale price. Went over double checked, showed sales associate. Went up to register manager was running it no apologize for the mistake. Instead I get I cant do it only one register line to long REALLY. Thats not my problem or fault you overcharged me. How often does this happen. This manager doesnt need to be in customer service if he cannot correct a customers problem. Corporate offered me a $10 coupon does not solve my problem, as I will not return to famous footwear ever again.

Very rude staff..I didnt think they had the ability to speak..I walked around the store for several minutes and was stared at the whole time..when a group of customers walked in..I was astonished to find out that the salesman as well as the saleswoman were able to speak and they did loudly..with Good Morning to those customers..As I walked around. I was never asked if I needed any assistance. Please avoid this place. Very rude staff.
