Wonderful customer service. They always have the items I need, and when asked for recommendations they always know what works best for my curly hair. Also I forgot the girls name but she is very polite and helpful

I bough a spray water bottle for almost 8 dollars and filled it up with water at the Barbershop I work at and it didnt work.. I brought it back the next day and they refused to exchange it. Poor customer service and horrible return policy.Also keep in mind it is nearly impossible to get corporate on the phone to resolve your issues. You are 100% better of with either going to Sallys or on Amazon. I will never shop this store again.

Horrible customer service! The guy who works there probably never heard of customer service. he keeps the doors locked when their Sterling location does let limited number of customers in. Looks like he comes up with his own rules instead of following corporate policy.Will be going to Sterling only from now on!

The salesman at the store informed me that they only sell their products to licensed cosmetologist??? I just want to buy some things for dying my hair. Brush, cup, cape and 1 soln for removing color . Oh well. ..

Good service normally. But the store needs to get their hours right on Google- inaccurate hours caused us to travel a half hour to the store only to find out they were closed. Open Sundays until 4, NOT 5. The hours were changed on their door with little scraps of paper stuck over the hours reported on Google.
