My spouse and I went to five different furniture stores and RTG Express had the best deals... hands down! Maurice was the gentleman who assisted us when we first came here about a week ago and he was very helpful and not pushy like some salesmen can be. The manager, David, was here to assist us upon our return to the store. He was very helpful and again, we appreciate that he was not pushy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price!

I stopped at Rooms To Go Express in Leesburg to check out their adjustable beds. Friends had purchased one there and were raving about it! Erwin greeted us at the door and quickly understood what we were looking for. He showed us six different beds with different pricing and options available. He explained everything in great detail and was very courteous and friendly. Needless to say I bought one! Delivery was scheduled for five days later and I am very excited to get my new adjustable bed! Thanks Erwin! You were great.

I set out to buy a new bed due to back problems. A friend of mine suggested I go to Rooms To Go Express. And Im glad I did. I paid a visit to store in Leesbug Florida. From the time I entered the store, I felt this was going to be a great experience. And it was!!! My sales associate was Erwin Gayde. Boy did he have some fantastic customer service skills. He also had the knowledge for his products. I left his store knowing exactly what i was getting and when it would be delivered. Erwin knows his stuff. Please dont let a salesman like Erwin leave your company. Rating......should be a 10++++++

Went into look at consoles and dining room tables. Dave, the Store Manager was awesome. Showed us what he had and we were able to get both and delivery the next day!! Couldnt have done any better! Best customer service ever. Delivery men were on-time, very personable and took great care with the furniture.

I bought a dresser for my bedroom not a bad price but everything the sales manager told me was completely opposite of what happened she said they will bring it in and all youll have to do is put on the knobs wrong! They brought it in the garage I brought it in the house myself, then a friend and her daughter helped me get it set up and around facing correctly, then Im putting my clothes away and one of the drawers is broken😤 and the sales manager said Dont sign anything until its unpacked, but the delivery guys werent going to release my dresser until I signed SO basically they knew that drawer was broken but thats okay Ill pay this off and never use or recommend them to anyone

When I first went there there were polite and kind I got the furniture I wanted but when I received it it was wrong I call customer service and they said someone will call me two weeks later no call I called the store and I was told someone wont call me back in a couple of hours no call so one day I took it upon myself to go back to the store and complain about my order and I was told that I had to pay more money for their mess up if it was a way I would have just cancel everything

Although I love Rooms to Go and have bought several pieces online. This store is the pits. Salesman was too wrapped up in his phone to care about an actual customer in the store. The person sitting at the desk was eating her dinner and told me she only does financing. I was so disgusted I turned around, left, and ordered online.

Went looking to replace a mattress that was under warranty. Charles, the store manager, was very helpful and not the least bit pushy. He answered all of our questions and allowed us to make our own decision. He even went the extra mile and contacted the store where we made our original purchase. He was able to get them to increase the amount available to us to make the new purchase! I would definitely work with him again.

I went with a friend who moved down to FL from NJ and wanted all new furniture. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. They have some beautiful furniture, in a wide selection of style to suit just about anybodys taste. Its also reasonably priced, and they will work with you on a payment plan that fits your budget, and also give you a credit line(which varies on your credit and income).

Horrible customer service experience

We had a great experience with our sales person Charles.from the time we walked in the door he greeted us and helped us find the bedroom set that we we’re looking for.he was very knowledgeable And didn’t pressure us to buy anything or to hurry up and look around.if I ever need to buy anymore furniture this is the rooms to go I would choose to do business with.

When i walk in to purchase furniture, I expect for a sales person to assist or at least acknowledge our presence and we didnt get that. I received no help, no assistance, nothing. My husband and I stood at the piece we wanted and no one greeted us or asked if they could help. Very rude and unprofessional. Just lost a sale.

We enjoy the showrooms at the stores but most of all we enjoy Charles Beasley the Mgr at Express store in Leesburg. He has gone above and beyond in his efforts to insure we were happy with our purchases which helped us buy more furniture again and again. Thank you Charles!

The store was fantastic everyone there very helpful and kind!!Customer service kept promising that delivery team would be there and never came to put the bed together.My son has slept on the couch for a week and its still not together....I have been sick or I would have already had it together myself!!!!Pay over 2000 dollars for 2 bunk beds and mattresses and still not together 🙄🙄🙄We have gotten all our furniture through them and its always good until its left to the delivery team....delivery team is why they get 1 star from me!!

Good selection and good price for a small store

We were looking for a bedroom setNo selection of beds with headboardwith cupboards. The sales person was not listening to what we wanted. We were not impressed at all.

Store itself is nice, and prices are good. However, the customer service is NOT. My husband and I visited the store about a week ago as we are getting a new house, and need to purchase several new furniture items. As soon as we walked in we noticed two of the employees lounging on one of the couches near the back reading a book. They failed to even acknowledge our presence or even greet us when we walked in. We then proceeded to wander around the store and look at the various items, and it was at least ten minutes before an employee even acknowledged us or asked us if we needed help. When we replied that we were just browsing, they returned to the couch and their book, and went back to ignoring us. One of the items we are looking for is a couch, and we were unable to try out one of the couches because we didnt want to disturb the employee who was choosing to occupy it. Needless to say it left a bad taste in our mouth, and we left the store empty handed and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Ordered what I wanted. So nice and helpful. Will go back for new dining room when my dining room - kitchen is remodeled.... soon.

After having such great expectations the experience was and is a terrible disappointment. We bought a reclining chair and love seat . Loved the design and looked to be quality built. The nightmare began less than 6 weeks after delivery (which was 4 weeks from the date of purchase). The back recliner began to wobble in the upright position. It would move a good 5 to 6 inches back and forth. I called customer service and they sent a service person to make repairs. The service tech tighten some screws and told us the chair had simply adjusted to me using it. He said maybe the the store would give us credit for an upgrade. There was no difference in the chair, it still wobbled. I called customer service to get an explanation as to what was going on. I was told they had to wait for the techs report before they could discuss my situation. It would be to them in 5 days and someone would call me. No one called after that time frame, so I called again. The customer service person told me they would have to send another service tech out to see if what I was saying about the problem with the recliner was true. When I challenged the need to have someone else in my home. The agent asked me to hold and when he came back on the line he said the service techs report was contradictory and they would bring a new recliner to replace the defective one. I would like to say that was the end of the trial but it was not. The delivery driver came to our home with a new love seat instead of a recliner. My wife had adjusted her schedule to accommodate the delivery. Of course the driver was sorry but what was put on the order to be delivered. The amazing thing is that during the discussion about the recliner the love seat was not talked about. They said they would make arrangements to bring a recliner back and they would let us know when. There was no call so I once again had to call to make arrangements. Ive have heard several Im sorrys without a usable chair. Wouldnt recommend Rooms to Go for any reason. Purchase at your own risk.Well see if this issue continues.

Very bad delivery team, first they tell us that on the 20th between 7 to 11 they bring us our furniture, then they tell us that the delivery was brought forward from 7:30 to 8:00 in the morning, I spent 2 hours waiting for my furniture, so that later they will call me to tell me that my furniture is very large and that they do not fit in the truck, that they will not be able to bring it on the agreed day, which brings delay, lousy delivery service

I have bought furniture from Rooms to Go since 2005... NOW I will NEVER buy form Rooms To Go again. The salesman lied to me what he showed me in the Store was NOT the same as was delivered. I called the salesman at the store to complain and he told me that is what it is and there is nothing he can do about it. I called customer service to complain and they brushed me off.

At first, walking through the doors was a great experience. The sales team was very genuine and helped me out tremendously. I painlessly ordered my furniture and gave my delivery information. From this point forward, the experience was a disaster. The people who delivered the pieces to my home were rude and did not seem to handle my furniture with care. The chest was cracked as well as torn up around the edges. I proceeded to call for a replacement and soon found out that nobody was knowledgeable of any information regarding returns or refunds. Ive yet been able to cancel my order or return my furniture. Overall, a terrible experience and horrible customer service. Currently, Im still on the phone trying to figure it out. Im a business owner my self and I am very understanding of customer service. With that being said, the way Ive been treated in the past twenty-four hours is unacceptable. Mary, from the Leesburg, FL location has been the most help throughout this whole process.

In store service is awesome. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Sooooo rude. I will never do business with these people again. I wish I could return my partial order that I received. The delivery people brought our entertainment center with 2 left sides. Now we have to wait 3 more days with no scheduled delivery time again to have the pieces put together so our kids can be safe in the house again. There will be a major lawsuit if anything bad happens to my children before Rooms To Go gets this fixed.

We have shopped this store a couple of times while working on furnishings for our new home here in Leesburg. The staff has been friendly and very attentive. It is not a full sized showroom, but they have access to their entire collection via online catalog.

I was all ready set to purchase a sofa and dining room set form this store as per the circular ad, and the online chat I had with a live representative. I downloaded the app and was all ready to spend good money until I was not so much as acknowledged when entering or browsing the store for about 10 minutes. When I was finally noticed my questions were answered very hurried and rushed and I was given an option to pay down on items not even in the store for me to touch feel or see in person. Not look up what store it may be in so I can go look at it more closely, especially since online said it was instock and on the app. I am very disappointed with the service and really was prepared o spend $1500 on furniture I desperately need.

Bought 2 recliners and a sofa table totaling 2800.00. Had to wait two weeks for delivery They delivered one chair and my table was all banged up . Now they’re saying wait another week do not buy from these people they’re awful customer service big zero

The furniture looks nice but we bought several items that broke sooner than they should have. The prices are kind of high so the stuff should be better quality. Some stuff we bought was good and some was not as good.

Put furniture on a lay-away plan (9/30/15) as we have just moved to the area and we are building a house and didnt need it delivered for a few months. Tonight (11/11/15) went in to pay off in full and set delivery date to find 1/3 of my items would not be delivered till the end of January?!? Needless to say with the holidays coming and no furniture we cancelled our entire order and left disgusted. :( Very poor on our salesmans behalf
