I was told they would work on my car on Wed 10/27 I brought it in on Tue the 9th. Was told that it would be worked on Fri. By noon Fri I had not heard any updates so I called and was told that it would not be worked on until the following Tue so I went and picked up my car that Fri. If I had not called it would probably still be sitting there collecting dirt and sitting in the sun. Not a good way of doing business.

My fiancé purchased a truck from you 1 month ago, the salesman, Rob, was quick, to the point and went over and above to make the sale work. So much that I decided to trade in my Jeep for a new Equinox. This is our second purchase from Cecil Clark Chevrolet. We bought an Equinox Premier in 2018 and were very happy with our purchasing experience. John Hopper was the sales consultant that we dealt with at that time and so when we decided to purchase a new vehicle we reached out to John once again. John and another sales consultant, Michael Bricketto, were both very helpful in assisting us in our search for a 2021 Traverse. Because of the pandemic, the inventory of 2021 Traverses is much less than in a normal year. John persisted in finding what we were looking for and eventually found exactly what we wanted. The actual act of purchasing our new vehicle was very quick and made so by the efforts of Chuck Cheshire, the business manager. He had all of the paperwork put together in very short order which made the purchase process very smooth. We would recommend Cecil Clark Chevrolet and their personnel to anyone in the market for a new vehicle without reservation.Update: I wanted to order a cargo cover for the back of our new Traverse using my reward points, but for some reason the Chevrolet Reward sites would not let me order it through Cecil Clark Chevrolet. I contacted John and he took care of the issue for me. It is service like this that will keep me as a Cecil Clark customer.

Made an appointment two weeks ago for two open recalls and service on my truck for 7-5-21 I even called them for pricing. They say they have no appointment because they can’t see online appointments for Cecil Clark in Leesburg and they haven’t been able to see online appointments for 6 months. Are you joking? You realize people change their schedule to get here during the week at 8am? I received confirmation via email and text for the appointment. Absolutely a ridiculous response and a complete waste of time. This is not my problem. This is your problem fix it.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotated and bumper to bumper check over before we head back north. Very friendly staff, was having difficulty pairing my cell phone to my car and staff was very helpful connecting my phone. Look forward to using them again in the fall when we come back to Florida.

Oil change service was wonderful. I told them when I made appt that engine light was on. They didnt check it because it was on when I got there. Started car to drive away and engine light came on. Service guy cleared it and told me to come back in 2 weeks. Today, just 1day later, the engine light is back on.

Honestly Im just rating the collision center. Despite the pain-in-the-butt insurance company, these guys (Todd and Jerry) delivered everything they promised and a little bit more. They were straightforward and honest. My car is great - all GM parts - and the paint is perfect. I would recommend them if your car is in need of repair. Really, Im very confident in making this recommendation.Also, Im so impressed with the people and service in the collision center I plan to take my car to this dealership for service.

I scheduled an online service appointment yesterday to have an electrical issue looked at on my 2020 Silverado. I called this morning and spoke with the service manager to confirm my appointment (I did not receive a confirmation e-mail) and to discuss what I was experiencing prior to my visit. I was told that they would look at it and that they would provide me with a shuttle home.Fast forward to my arrival for my appointment. The service manager walked outside and told me that it would be two weeks until they could look at my vehicle. He explained that they are a small dealer and that I should take the vehicle back to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle (2hrs away). When I asked what changed from my call with him this morning, he simply continued to state that I needed to go back to the dealer where I purchased my truck and that he was a small dealership trying to service their customers.A couple of things:1. They had my contact information and NEVER attempted to contact me before my arrival to let me know that they had no intention of honoring the appointment. Zero respect for my time.2. The blatant lying from the service manager to go from We will be happy to look at it for you to I would recommend taking it back to your dealer. We are trying to provide service to our customers. is about as condescending and unprofessional as you can get.So my takeaway from my dealings with Cecil Clark Chevrolet are that if you buy a truck from them, they will service your vehicle. If you arent under warranty, they will service your vehicle. If you want basic maintenance (oil change, scheduled service), they will service your vehicle. However, if you do not fall in to those categories? They will waste your time and attempt to talk to you like you do not matter at all. Simply put: Warranty for work for the Chevy brand doesnt interest them.Also, I DID purchase my previous truck from Cecil Clark Chevrolet. I intend to be back in the market for a vehicle within the next year. There is ZERO chance I do business with this dealership ever again. Any business that conducts themselves in this manner is not worth my time and money. And oddly enough, had they even had the common decency to call me and let me know they were cancelling my appointment prior to wasting my time with a drive up there, I might feel a bit differently. Luckily for me, I was privileged enough to see their arrogance and disrespect on full display while simply waiting for my scheduled appointment.My advice would be to find another dealer if you are in the market for a new vehicle or service. This dealership has all of the tact of a hand-grenade.Edit: The very next day, I received a call from Cecil Clark asking about scheduling an appointment due to my online inquiry. It appears as though their communication issues are as bad internally as they are externally.

It’s easy to understand why this dealership gets such high ratings. I recently purchased a Blazer and it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership in at least 20 years (no exaggeration). This is my second new Chevy that I’ve owned (besides a classic corvette that I got second hand) and Cecil Clark will be the only Chevy dealership I ever use in the future. Please ask for Dave V. My 2013 Malibu stalled at the mall on Friday I immediately Called Rich at Cecil Clark and he said bring it right in. He thought it would be the intake solenoid and after testing he was right. I thought he would not get to it till Monday but he got it done the same day. I use Cecil Clark for all maintenance for both my Malibu and Cruise.

I had made an appt for an oil change. It took an hour and a half!! When I went to question them about my vehicle, they said it would be another hour and a half because they had found a recall. I worked for a GM dealership for about 15 yrs. I know that is not how it is suppose to work. I should have been told about the recall WHEN I MADE THE APPT and I would have adjusted my schedule accordingly. They started the recall without my permission and without telling me of it. My time is important. There is definitely room for improvement at this service center.

I received excellent attention from the service department. Were touring the country in a travel trailer and my CPO Silverados front diff was making terrible metal on metal noise when 4wd was engaged. I took it to a nearby dealer who suggested I drive back to Delaware to the dealership I purchased it from and have them deal with it. I then took it to Cecil Clark as it was also nearby. Scott and Kim in the Service Dept not only got me in to have the issue diagnosed and resolved, Scott rented me a new (and adequate) truck to pull my trailer in the meantime. As my differential was out of warranty, they recommended I get it rebuilt by Jasper for a 3yr/100k nationwide warranty. When they got it all back together they found the front half shaft coming apart and the propeller shaft out of balance. They replaced those under the factory powertrain warranty and Im back on the road smiling. Thank you for going the distance to make us satisfied!

I drove in with a low-pressure notice for my right front tire. They immediately told me to have a seat in the customer lounge and took the car back to the service bay. Within 20 minutes I was informed that it was the valve stem and that they were going to replace it for me. Funny how all your worries are relieved when you are comfortable with the service reps and can trust that they have your best interests in mind. I was on my way within a little over half an hour. I love and trust this dealership and will tell all my friends about their great customer service.

I had work that was needed on my work truck for our landscape company. We had 3 total estimates from other shops. Todd in the body shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. The final results was immaculate. My truck is a 2007 they matched old paint perfectly you cant even see where this issue was. He was also able to get my oil changed upon request and even washed truck by time for pick up. Great work guys thanks so much. Also was completed on the day he told me it would be done.Definitely will use them again.

I called to see about diagnosing and repairing an issue with my Chevrolet. I was told that their service rate was $120 an hour, and to expect it to take 3 hours to diagnose my car is problem. I already knew what the problem was because I had had the code red previously. I took my car elsewhere and the entire repair only cost $268. So I would have spent far more than that just to have them look at the car.

My salesman was amazing he went above and beyond he made sure I was getting a car that I could be proud of and that would last me. I was treated with respect and dignity the only real issue I had was with the finance manager but I think it was because he was struggling with my credit thank you Cecil Clark Chevrolet for putting me in that car I still love it.
