Initial contact great. Review of the car great. Brought car in and actually got more than the initial offer which was great. Only 2 stars because the check they cut us is not clearing for 10 business days. They have clear title to the car now, can sell it, and we dont have cash in hand. Not right. This needs to be addressed.

She is, however, up-front honest about any defects in ones car for which she will need to knock down the price; this is, in my book, a really positive trait: as we went through the list I realized all of the things that COULD reduce our payment price, yet when all was said and done we still came very close to the original estimate. Her thoroughness and knowledgeability were amazing! When it came time to sign all of the paperwork she was right there, not hovering over us, but being very clear as to which person should sing which Lin,e etc. (my wife and I were co-owners of the car and therefore we both had to sign everything). I would go back to this agency again and again if I ever have any more cars to sell!
