We had an appointment to replace part of our door panel on our Genesis. Our service advisor was Norman Alexander. He was very friendly and thorough. He wanted to make sure all our concerns were taken care of. We had a question about our alert system. When our car was ready, he went out to the car with us and went over the system with us showing how to check it. We have always been treated well, but he was outstanding. A special thanks to Norman.

Bad experience, Most unprofessional people,, i felted Im in local gasstation !,, the main problem that they not selling there card as stickers prices show on the windows,, sticker price show with all detail for $43k and he want to charge me $49k !! Why becuse they are short in inventory and wanna make more money from what they make with the stickers price ( which already are making good money from it ) thats against the law and no dealer can charge you more the stickers prices, actually you can go down from that price,, Advice never deal with these type of dealer and report them to Florida consumers department, and they will take care of it !

Highly recommended you will not be disappointed. Were so happy we decided to drive hour and half to see them. Our first visit and they treat us like royal family. Special thanks to Gabriel and Denise we definitely will be back.
