Got a cinnamon pretzel and there was barely any cinnamon, might as well have just ordered a regular pretzel, and didn’t receive half the sauces we ordered

This one is dirty but the one right up the street is SUPER CLEAN, bigger and has more options.

I bought a shake, there was a promo saying that when you purchase a shake you get 2 free hot dogs.Well I asked the cashier up front that if I payed for the shake, I could go get the two free hot dogs, he said yes . I went to ask for the two free hotdogs, they told me .”Oh you first have to place the order for the 2 free hot dogs and put it all together “.Which no one told me I had to do that, honestly why have promotions.

I’m wasting my time by even leaving a review considering the “manager/Sheetz Team” only leaves comments on the positive reviews.But anyways Sheetz is generally where I always try to stop when traveling because it’s clean and a one stop shop, but the Sheetz in Leesburg is dirty, bathrooms are gross, short staffed, constant errors in drink/food orders.I can’t believe the Sheetz corporate office hasn’t come down and gotten this situation straightened out. Having a 3.7 rating on Google means more people are leaving disappointed than happy.

Place is nice. A bit crowded at lunch time. Great food like the other sheetzs but no place to sit. Even dough it was full the food came out fast.

Trash customer service, there free air pump never work and associates at store are not help full

Disgusting bathroom and no water/windshield cleaner in the outside containers for the squeegee. This kind of filth isnt from missing a single clean, this is someone not caring about the facility.

Sheetz at 915 Edwards ferry road in Leesburg Va - WORST customer service. Ordered a coffee at 2:24 pm on a Sunday and it took the employees 20 minutes to make a simple specialty coffee. They gave my order to some lady that swooped in without asking for the order number. When I finally received my coffee it was NOT the one I ordered. Immediately I decided I needed a refund. Did they ever say they were sorry about taking forever or thank me for my patience? Nope. When I asked for the refund all I received was an “okay” and shrug. DO NOT GO HERE since they have no respect or service.

Every one there are friendly and professional and it is a clean place as far as a quickie mart and gas station goes

Food is wonderful! Selection in store is great and typically is fully stocked so you dont have to worry about not getting what you want. The checkout staff on the other hand is unpleasant and makes me not want to return and instead I go across the street. Hopefully they update some of the unpleasant staff soon.

Sheetz is a great place to get gas. This location generally has the best, or close to the best gas price in town. The convenience store is a great one for a gas station, and the coffee is solid.

Just there today at 2:00 and watch the guy making my food picking the bad lettuce leaves out of my salad. I considered confronting the manager but saw the manager watching him do it without saying anything at all. Then the drink I order was a strawberry lemonade frozen drink but the strawberry syrup was just sitting in the bottom and they hadnt even bothered to mix it.Low and behold my salad was bad, Im pretty sure the rice and beans were stale and old..Ill never go back

While traveling we stopped to get some wraps for dinner. Always get the Italian wrap. I was starving and didnt realize until half way through something was missing. The meat!! How do you forget the meat🤦‍♀️

Stopped by today exclusively for coffee. They are not serving coffee. At all. This is almost as bad as not having gasoline.

Yeah I was in sheets today 1/26/16 in between 1:30 and 2 oclock and I ordered some macaroni appetizers and caught the guy making my food taking my macaroni appetizers out of the deep fry basket with his bare hands and when I confronted him about it he said I just washed my hands and I told him I didnt care how many times he washed his hands when he was in reaching distance of the box of gloves . He did make me fresh ones after that but theres no sense in using your bare hands to handle some bodies food.

Nice place to get gas and grub but no place to sit and eat.

Staff is awesome, MTOs are always on point. Much better than the McDonalds across the lot.

Poor service takes 5 mins for someone to come to the counter to check you out even with an empty store... the snacks were all crushed in the cartons on the shelves the guy making the food is visibly under the influence of some kind of drugs and no one seems to care if you’re waiting... definitely a lesser quality store than the others I have been to..

2:00 pm, bought gas for $2.49 regular. Unleaded. Only one pump was out of service. Good to go.

Their tire pressure air pump has been broken for months. Please fix it!

Had to go back twice the BLT was dry and I got a club sub and it was nasty looking dry and plain barley any lettuce and I asked for my tomatoes to be cut they gave them to me in foil bad part is the manager personally made this order over 🤦🏾‍♀️ wont get any more food from this sheetz

Cleaner than most stores, quick cashiers. Gas is usually crowded and the air pump only works sometimes because people break the machine often

Always friendly staff, clean for a sheetz.

Very disappointed. Order food to go. Got the order completely wrong. Missing a few tenders. Never ordering again
