I have THE best engagement ring thanks to my fiancé and Scott, the manager at Zales! We went back recently to have it resized and I was able to meet Scott myself. He is a great guy and knows his stuff!! I am excited to purchase my wedding band from Zales Outlet in the near future. Horrible customer service! They make it extremely difficult to get your jewelry clean/fixed. They blame everything on their system... I hope this location closes because its an eyesore!

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a garnet ring from them and only had the ring 2 weeks before the surrounding sapphires began to fall out. I took it back to get it repaired under the warranty and they told me it would take 3-6 weeks to be repaired. I got a call today saying that the ring has not been repaired and is going to take 2 months to repair. At this point I just want to return the ring and be done with it and now they are saying the ring is in terrible condition...how can it be terrible condition after only having the ring for 2 weeks. Very unhappy and will never buy another piece of jewelry from zales EVER again
