I only recommend this company if your looking for cheap service. Its not very fast, never can get anything on my phone when I walk into a building or a store when I need info or a coupon on my phone. Trying to change to a new service is a pain! You have to wait 48 hours for them to give you a code thats sent your email to unlock your phone. And thats only if your phone was bought outright, which mine was. Im still waiting and getting angry. Talking to customer service was ok. They were helpful but sounds like their hands are tied. Called again and still waiting for the code.
