This is the deal with any RH Outlet....you can find some great bargains! But you need to inspect the items thoroughly and move them yourself if at all possible.I’ve bought so many pieces for my home and always get compliments on them. But like many others I’ve experienced issues with allowing a third party to deliver.I am always happier when we move the pieces ourselves.

Charmin (fitting name for her treatment) was less than helpful for me in looking for a particular item(which takes moments) but was apparently ‘too busy’ to take 2 minutes to search the computer for an item. Clearly hiring the dregs of society….great job restoration hardware!

No customer service, they have broken furniture and they doesnt now what they sale and missing part and for missing part spotty in furniture they want to charge shipping to,Very low management and I never back and I not to recommend to anybody,

Beware, this place is a fraud. Though they have quality pieces, they will use the waiver you sign and send you damaged furniture. I purchased a table that we inspected at the place and showed no signs of damage, the reps are also suppose to tell you of any damage and make sure you agree to it, as they did before. I get the table and it had a chip taped with clear tape that they apparently damaged after we paid for it. I would never buy from them again.

This outlet center is always worth the trip as they have a much larger inventory and variety of items compared to the Timonium, MD location. You can really find some great RH pieces (most are in near perfect condition) at half the price of retail. The salespeople are always willing to look for specific pieces if you call and are just as helpful when shopping in the store.During our visit last weekend, we found the perfect coffee table we had been searching for, but werent sure if it would fit in the back of our SUV. The salesperson (I wish I asked for his name!) went above and beyond by helping us load it into our vehicle before committing to the purchase (since all sales are final). We live over 2 hours away, so it would have been a pretty big inconvenience to find a larger vehicle or have to pay for delivery. Thankfully the table fit and we were able to make the purchase. I really appreciate the fact that the salesman allowed us to do this before buying the table.

I shop at Movado. I just bought my girlfriend a Ferrari Scudaria watch that matches mine. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a large scale piece of art that was slightly damaged in one corner. They gave a significant reduction, which was great. BUT after signing a waiver that it was previously damaged (slightly) they damaged the blank out of it--almost intentionally--cant believe how careless they were after the items was sold. Buyer beware if you sign a waiver for slight flaws b/c they dont care after that. Horrible experience.

We purchased a very expensive dinning table along with the chairs few months back and because of its poor quality within no time one of the chair is completely damaged (as shown in the picture ). horrible experience, never going to shop again

Desperate need of better inventory

I’ve been coming here for a long time. Over the years I have purchased many many items. The staff is very informative and nice. They have some great deals on discounted rh items that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. They also recently moved stores, so now they have a large area that they can display all of the bedroom suites and furniture. I highly recommend coming here.

Selection was limited as was expected as an outlet store for their floor/damaged items.Overall, significant price reductions for a good quality product. Staff was helpful.

Customer Service needs a lot of improvement at this location. Their delivery service is awful and very shady. They tried to charge me an extra $50 from their original agreement when they arrived to my home. I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau if they didnt bring my furniture inside my home at the agreed upon price. Therefore, they reluctantly brought my furniture in my house. Not sure why RH doesnt have their own delivery service and they hire a third party that definitely likes to SCAM customers!

Super hard to find as google maps takes you somewhere else and there are next to no signs. Low quality products

If you live local and can come often to check out deals it’s great. If you’re an RH member tho, it may not be worth driving more than a couple hours as the deals in store may not necessarily be as good as member prices online or at regular galleries, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll find anything you want.

Bought a chandelier from there and used their recommended delivery service. Chandelier arrived missing a substantial piece and they told me there was nothing they could do about it since they couldnt make a part appear out of the air and since I had signed the waiver absolving them of responsibility. So now I have a partial chandelier hanging from the ceiling, with no way of getting the missing part.

The staff person did not practice social distancing. She has dark hair and dark eyes, thin. Beware!!!!!

Quality furnitures at a great deals. Theres cosmetic damages to the pieces, with the saving we are getting though, totally worth it.

A little disappointed as the store offerings was sparse. A few items were at great prices, but most items are still over priced.

All employees were very helpful, even though they were very busy... excellent experience; furniture was in good condition, third party delivery was great.
