I did the BedMatch evaluation and based on my results Will recommended a couple great mattress options. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped me find the right mattress for me. He was also very transparent about prices, warranty options, and accessories, which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience!

Needed a full-sized mattress to be delivered to my college apartment for me. Went in and had a pleasant experience shopping and working with the employee here. Told him that I needed the mattress to be delivered to my college in Indiana and he said it was no problem. He worked with me to choose my mattress, sat us down to complete the payment and schedule the delivery. I was rest assured it would arrive at my apartment in Indiana the day after I moved in. I never received an email or a text message to let me know it had been shipped. When it didn’t arrive on time, I sent my mother in who is in Leesburg to get an update since I hadn’t heard anything. She was told that they don’t deliver to Indiana and that we should have picked it up. I understand mistakes happen however I should have been notified immediately that they couldn’t ship it to me (even though it is on my receipt that it will be delivered to me in Indiana). Now I’m stuck with no mattress to sleep on and the stores near me are sold out due to college move-ins. It’s unfortunate that a pleasant shopping experience turned sour because of a complete miscommunication and lack of follow-up. Luckily, they said they will refund us.

This story is much longer than Google allows for so I have had to leave out a LOT of the drama that transpired.Before I begin, I feel that I must tell you up front that the store manager was always professional, polite, and I believe sincerely tried to make this right.This story begins a month ago when my wife and I purchase a new mattress and a remote operated adjustable base from Mattress Warehouse in Leesburg. We paid in full and scheduled the delivery.Delivery attempt #1:The first delivery attempt was horrible. They damaged our walls, dropped the very heavy adjustable bedframe on the floor, and damaged our wooden bed frame. They did not know how to connect the cable for the bedframe and once it was connected it did not work and they had to remove it and put our old box springs back with the new mattress.After emailing the store manage and speaking with him directly, I was promised that not only would Mattress Warehouse make things right, but they would upgrade the model of the base to the model that includes “Wallhugger” technology as a way of making up for the damage that was done to the walls and the bedframe. I thought that this was very nice of them and made up for the worst delivery I have ever experienced.Delivery attempt #2:The new and upgraded base with “Wallhugger” technology showed up but was missing an essential part and had to be removed.I noticed that the mattress was not sitting on box springs but was simply resting on the bed slats. I asked him where the box springs were and was told that the mattress does not need the box springs and that “more than likely it (the base) will be delivered tomorrow”, I unfortunately chose to believe him. I found out the following day that the replacement/replacement base would not be delivered for three days. So, we spent three nights on a brand new, saggy, and uncomfortable mattress.Delivery attempt #3:Another failed attempt for the exact same missing part as the last one.Delivery attempt #4:The store manager called to schedule the delivery, very good news, and to let me know that someone with the power to do so has ordered the cancellation of the better-quality adjustable base but we would still be getting the upgraded base from the other manufacturer. Only one problem. Not only did we not get the “upgrade the adjustable base to a higher quality manufacturer”, we did not even get the “upgrade …to the model that includes “Wallhugger” technology”.The worst part of all this is not that we did not get an upgraded bedframe. No, the worst part is that the good folks at Mattress Warehouse turned out to be liars and not a company I would ever do business with again.

That allowed us to narrow our search. Once we started trying out different styles, Mark was able to fully answer all my question. He was a consummate professional. It wasn’t necessary, due to state lifting of restrictions, but Mark even continued to follow COVID protocols which I appreciated. I will need another bed in about a year, I will definitely be returning to this location to make that purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase, the price and the customer service provided.

The showroom is clean and the staff is friendly, but my review is mostly for the attention and care we received from a particular associate, Sheila. She was amazing! She took the time to explain a few choices that met our needs and found us a great sale since I was shopping for two bedrooms. Once it was time to pay and set up delivery, she worked quickly and didnt try to push products or services that had been refused. Too often, a salesperson can be pushy, which is a huge turnoff for me. I will definitely return to work with Sheila when I am ready for my next mattress.
