TERRIBLE customer service! The manager (Angelica), was out back with two other employees. I asked for someone to please help the lone cashier. I explained that the line for the cash register was consistently down to the middle of an aisle. There were more than 12 people in line. One cash register. Apparently the customers are NOT the priority!

Ok...bottom line is this is a DOLLAR TREE so...yeah. My mission for the day was foil roasting pans for the holiday...they come in handy for transport and no clean up leftover usage and some candies and such for my delivery driver box and some kids stockings. Already sooo picked over or just not filled in the shelf.1 check lane open...I let people with literally 3-4 things go ahead of me...no reason to draw out the misery.Stock is suffering...soooo many bare shelves or only 3-5 of something on the shelf..(thanks to COVID-19 plus issues getting stock actually IN THE STORE).The cashier that was checking out guests has been...and continues to be...miserable. She gets points for consistency.If you are looking for holiday anything...pounce when you find it as pickins are already slim it seems.

It was great. Not to busy. My boyfriend and I needed assistance with the door to leave and the cashier stopped what he was doing to help us out! He was to kind 😊

They have 2/$1 very nice Hallmark cards and I always come to the Dollar Tree nowadays for all of my greeting card needs.

Only Dollar Tree in Leesburg.Before the pandemic this location was high volume and store did adequate job keeping shelves stocked.Today, since 1st quarter of 2021, seems like they have staffing issues, unstocked merchandise is apparent when looking through the back doors and empty displays throughout the store.If this in the only location available to you, would recommend mid-week visits versus weekends.

I was able to find a few items, but overall the merchandise is meager here. Also, the attitude of the staff needs improvement. I was not met with a cordial, welcoming feel.

I dont know how they keep prices so low. Lots of really great deals at Dollar Tree. Dont be confused with other stores that say dollar something else and sell items for more than a dollar. That being said, know what the items sell for elsewhere. Occasionally Dollar Tree sells an item for a dollar and Walmart has the same item for 79 cents.

I like the dollar store. I feel this place offers a wide variety of items for just a dollar. Of course there are some items that probably shouldnt be purchased here such as food and health/beauty products.However, I love the selection of gift bags, wrapping paper, party supplies. They also have a great selection of kitchen storage items such as containers, ziplocs, foil, etc.

I accidentally left a bag at the store came back to pick it up. Everything was already payed for I even described what was in it and they refused to give it to me.

This particular store has cleaned up considerably since I was last in at 3 weeks ago. It appears to be better stocked and organized. However when I went to check out the line was 7 deep I wanted customer had at least 50 items to check out. Not unusual for this to happen however they were four employees appeared not to have anything better to do except hang out around the office and have a conversation drinking coffee. I left my purchase in the aisle and exited the store as I did not have time to go 20 minutes to check out the usual procedures to call for help but this didnt happen

Always go in with one thing to pick up and walk out with 10 other things what I need them or not. Its always a case of I want them.

Some rude asian lady is giving everyone attitude to the customers, shes too busy talking to some other coworkers, doesnt look people when shes talk to them, and gets in fights when someone was trying to return some expired bread when shes also the customer service person, Id say shes should learn how to people right or fire her, and dont believe the lies they put on here theyre either bots for upvote spam or liars who work there

So many things for $1. Always a fun trip with the kids. Lots of candy and toys and party supplies and kitchen supplies and office supplies and personal care products too!

The Leesburg, VA store needs an intervention because its usually a mess and the shelves are often empty. I suspect they dont have enough staff and/or merchandise to keep up with the large customer base.

Everything youve come to expect from Dollar Tree, including being out of helium. The staff are generally nice and helpful. The store is somewhat well stocked.

Long lines only one person at the register. But I guess this is the norm at all the Dollar Trees

Need more cashiers and a better organizational system

This dollar tree is the worst. Shelves are always empty and boxes are sprawled around the aisles. The people that work there are nasty and rude. They need to fire those witches. I will be going elsewhere to do my bargain shopping!!!!

Got a notification I had picked up an order from dollar tree I had placed. I had not. I didn’t pick up yet because they are not offering curbside which hardly seems safe during these times. Now they’re taking money? Shame.

They are fully stocked most of the times. They sale some good branded stuff that no other dollar tree has. I love shopping at this store

They will lie to you over the phone about an item you need. I went in and it was right there. I didn’t say anything. Yet, noticed how rude the cashier was. Poor souls. Hope they get better.

I dont know who yall have working now but who ever has the door locked no sign saying why when you knock they just stair horrible service its cold outside & on top of that no one answering phone

Its a great store over all but, the morning cashier is a total piece of work. Diane is rude to customers and lacks respect.

Decent sized dollar tree with friendly and helpful staff. At times it can be a little chaotic and disorganized but that should be expected when shopping at any dollar store. Great for household and cleaning supplies which are grotesquely overpriced at traditional stores. Insanely convenient hours for busy parents opens at 8am and doesnt close until 10pm most nights.

The best Dollar tree store organized fast pacing lines better lights n so many things more than other stores

Just stopped in to get something and was quite saddened by the encounter I had here. Bertha the cashier was encouraging a customer to stay ghetto and berate a old Muslim lady at the counter. She was screaming at this old lady and cursing and no one said anything. When I said that was enough, she chose to start attackingn me with racial slurs! Bertha the cashier was egging her on!!!! I stayed with the older lady thinking the cashier might say something like sorry but she just continued the harassment.Disgusted with the employees of this store and the culture they promote!

There was only one staff member there checking people out, which led to a long line of agitated people. The store is not very organized but you can find great value on certain items.

The manager, Diane/a is an extremely rude and unpleasent person. I have gone in several times and everytime she is there so is so cranky and rude to everyone including children. My children may have misbehaved but I was handling it she tried to step in and yelled at them and then proceeded to call them brats. I dont care how busy it was or whose store it is, but you dont speak to or address children in that manor. Honestly its the dollar store not Bloomingdales .

I have to agree with the comments about Diane, she was extremely rude to my child and family. She lacks customer service and is a real piece of work. She charged us for an extra item, her mistake and then refused to pay us back insisting we needed to buy another item. Just wow, if you want a friendly smile and service, avoid Diane!!
