I just love this place. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Ive bought out door furniture at least 3 years ago and they still look new. The candles, OMG I really love the smell. I recommend this store to each and everyone who loves colorful, sturdy and nice smells.

Kind of expensive for what they are selling but the stuff looks nice. I can see why they are going under. Not a lot of people shopping there mainly because I think they overprice most of their stuff. However, they do have a few good deals. I recommend stopping in just to look and see if something catches your eye. They do have some really nice things in there I havent seen at other places in the area.

Bought the most gorgeous royal blue velvet dining chairs very high quality and solid made for larger adults. Sales clerks and managers will go to all lengths to bre sure youre happy with their products and will check inventory at others stores if not available at Leesburg store. Excellent sales and savings specials.

Very nice things for presents. Its very season and holiday oriented. Good clearance items. Parking.

They are very friendly here. The staff is on the floor, helpful but not intrusive. The stock is fairly comprehensive.

Pier one is always good. Very tidy and organized. Nice store.

Staff wasnt too excited to assist. Wrapping dishes with paper between individual bowls/plates for the ride home came off as a chore.

The worse experience I have had in years for this very good and friendly store. The clerk was rude, impatient impolite and dismissive.I will go shopping elsewhere from now on.

Nice store location. Easy to access. Convenient spacious parking. Well maintained clean store. Courteous staff who were friendly.

I called ahead earlier to see if they have any outdoor dining tables and chair sets for sale, and the lady with an accent I spoke to said “oh we have lots of outdoor dining furniture here in the store come look” I said can you give me a specific set so I can look at it online so I know if I want to come in? She said “oh no no there are so many of them you should just come in the store and take a look there are lots of outdoor tables and chairs in here” made my husband drive all the way over to see these abundant sets and turns out they had nothing. Not even one. Only some outdoor pillows, a side table and maybe one chair. Absolutely ridiculous. She was too lazy to check and give accurate information and just wanted me off the phone. That is complete disregard for people’s time and I will never shop at this store again. Hopefully this will get to management so they can hire more decent staff that is not this lazy that they lose customers.

Customer service at the Leesburg site was woefully lacking.Called to order 2 lamps wed seen earlier, and were told for “security purposes” we could not place our order over the phone. Also told we had to come into the store to place the order for it to be shipped (at no cost to us) to our Florida home. Since when can one not place an order over the phone?? u2028u2028I was able to order the lamp on-line, received the 25% discount currently being offered, and also got free shipping as the total purchase price was over $49.We would not have bought this lamp if we had not been able to order it online.To quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, “Big mistake! Big! HUGE!” There are plenty of other Pier 1 stores in our area; the Leesburg location just lost my business forever.

Not as interesting as they were 20 years ago. Expensive for what they are.
