This Vera Bradley outlet has pretty much everything a Vera Bradley Retail Store has. If you are looking for cosmetic bags, travel bags, purses, lunch bags, etc... they have them in different style, size and patterns. Many of their patterns are outlet patterns, which means the retail stores wont sell them and vice versa. If you are looking for patterns that they sell at the retail store, I recommend that you go online and get familiarize with the retail store patterns, and look for them at the outlet. You might or might not find them, mostly, you will not. They even sell stationary items (pens, notebooks, pencils, note sheets), flip flops, beach accessories (beach towels, bags). Even though I dont need anything or not looking for anything particular, I always like going into this store to see the latest patterns and merchandise. During this visit, the one pattern that caught my eyes, and that I really like, is the Flamingo pattern. It is in dark blue or black (I cant tell) and the flamingos in the print are nicely lined up. I dont like busy or bright patterns, and this flamingo pattern is very soothing to look at. I didnt need anything, or I would have bought it in the Flamingo pattern. With so many people coming in and out of this store, I am always surprised how the employees manage to keep it organize all the time. Sometimes people tend to pull things out to look at and dont put it back the way it was, and merchandise would scattered everywhere. Not in this store, the employees manage to keep everything nice and neat, which makes it so easy for me to find the pattern I want. I also like that they display the items on the top shelf, and if I am looking for something particular, I just need to find the displayed item, and look underneath for the pattern I want. This layout makes it so easy for me to find something I want and safe me time, too.

No regulation in time of COVID-19, store was full inside, very small place too many people inside messy no organized no space to walk around, You can’t even tell where the line was to pay and later the employee tell you that’s not the line to pay . Costumer service also bad not friendly at all . Not going back 👎🏻 ..

This is my moms favorite place to shop and I got my favorite purse and a lot of my stuff from there including my hair clips which I got on a military discount so instead of $15 I got them for like $5 which was amazing.

Found lots of great deals and patterns I hadnt seen before. Lines were long, but cashier was friendly and personable to every customer.

Went for their Memorial Day sale. Found a leather purse under a sign that said 60% off plus an additional 30% off. So the purse should have been 90% off because 60 plus 30 equals 90. Went to checkout and was told that it was not really 90% off and was trying to charge 30 more dollars than it should have been. On top of that, one of the items i got did not have a tag and the cashier very rudley ordered me to get one that did have a tag, which is her job to do. I went and got another one but none of them had a tag on it. I wonder how many other people they cheated with their false math and advertising. I said forget and canceled my $150 purchase. Their loss.
