The parking lot is sometimes difficult to navigate. The cashiers sometimes could be more friendly. Other than that I come here often for products that I cant find anywhere else.

Got some good bargains, the service is great. Good experience.

I have been to a few Bravo supermarkets and this is my least favorite. The parking is very close together. On entering everything is so close that the carts can only go one way. The plum tomatoes are very soft and expensive and the iceberg lettuce were all spoiled. The meat selection is small and expensive compared to the other Bravo supermarkets. These are the things I went shopping for so its what Im commenting on. Upon checking out the cashier had absolutely nothing to say. And on returning the cart the young lady returning the carts hit my 88 year old mom with all the cart. Again didnt even say a word. I will continue to drive out to fort myers Bravo supermarkets. Where the employees are nicer, better prices, bigger selection..

By far my favorite Bravo, from great selection of Mexican products to South American products. They even have a Caribbean product section. Great produce and meat selection and great prices. Food is made fresh every day and in front of you. Trying the tacos is a must. Bravo, Bravo.

I love this supermarket for 2 thing.. meat is good because it moves fast so you always get fresher meat. You can find tropical fruits and veggies that will cost way more somewhere else. Limes here are 10 for $1, publix has them .40 each! Now I do not buy EVERYTHING HERE... but there’s a lot you can get at a better price for sure. Oh and the hot food is not good so skip that.. no matter how good it looks

I dont know about this one, it seems prices are a little on the high side,I only go to buy there bread from the bakery,and still I think$1.39 is expensive when I used to pay $1.00 in miami,but some of the people are very nice, some of the cashiers are not so friendly, it need some improvement in some areas of the store but over all its the only latino store around.

Went in today, meat selection is great! Amazing prices! I walked out of there with more than a weeks worth of meat, tortillas and two plantains for $46!! Even got 2 pks of steak! So pleased with them.

Have alot different fruits and vegetables a nice and large selection of meat prices were less then most grocery store. And meat markets.

They have just about everything you want, especially if you are from the Islands. Also, you can dine there, or carry out. My husband, and I bought Tacos after we got the groceries. They were tasty, and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Don’t buy food from the kitchen. They give very little food. They used to give a decent amount and I got hooked but now they got the these two Cuban ladies that will serve like you the food like they they still living in Cuba. If you buy their food you’ll stay hungry they are being very stingy to make more profit they lost me as a customer.

Cashiers lack customer service experience.For example the female cashier I had today did not attempt to greet me even after I said hello to her, she also didnt tell me my total or speak to me after the transaction was complete. Lack of friendliness makes me think this place is even worse than the supercenter in Lehigh Acres, fl.

Apparently if you dont speak Spanish they dont want your business. The meat person said in Spanish that why do we speak only English. Although we do speak Spanish we dont have to. On top of it he called us pendejos. We asked to speak to the manager but because we are not Hispanic we were told that we need to come back tomorrow. Used to shop here but now I will only go to Choice for my foods.

If you like paying more than almost any other Supermarket this is the place for you if you cant speak English maybe you would choose this place

Never have what I look for cashiers some cashiers are not quite friendly. I asked for a calendar and she said I dont have any and went on and on about how she works. The other cashier had the calendars

Primary latin food from south and central America. Smaller thanthe Cape coral store. Clean. Didnt have enough cashiers when it came time to check out. Parking is tight. Produce was ok. Some looked dscolored like they had just come out if the frig after being there a long time. New place. Give time for learning. Much needed in the area.
