They are friendly when you place your order. They tell you two weeks and your item will be ready. After two weeks I called to check on the status. They always need to call you back, but they never call you back. First time I had to call 3 times and never got an answer on the status always let me check and I will call you back. Never got the call back till it was ready to be picked up. Picked the order up and ordered a bag and was told they felt bad for what happened and would put a rush on the bag order and it will only take two weeks. Well yet again I call at the two week mark to check the order status only to be told that they needed to call me back. Still waiting for my call back as of today. Seriously reconsidering having my school use them for bigger orders due to the fact I can’t ever get a call back to say no it’s not ready yet. Simple customer service. They are horrible with the follow through.
Not sure the ladies name at the front counter but she has to be the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with.
