Awful experience and service! My request was put on the wrong way and instead of calling to let me know, he did it anyway. I was told my ONE ITEM would take 3-4 days to complete...it took almost 2 weeks. Very poor communication with me as a customer. Really wish I had refused to pay for it, but like a fool I just didnt want to deal with the guy any more.
