I stopped by to find a sofa and loveseat set and Im glad I did. I was greeted and assisted right away. The entire team was so helpful. Mike was very pleasant to work with. He helped me find what I was looking for and also checked to see if the pieces I was interested in was in stock without me having to ask. Yoshi was great as well and she helped me with my color scheme because she is experienced in interior design. The furniture was comfortable and they had many nice options. They had some great sales on the living room furniture. I definitely recommend stopping by; the team, Yoshi and Mike will treat you right!

I came to Homezone to find a bed frame for my new and very first apartment. It would be my first purchase of furniture and an amazing young lady named Elektra made everything so easy. I found bed frames at other places but I came back for this one, not only for the quality and price, but because I felt I receive genuine customer service from Elektra. I met her my first visit, and came back a week and a half later to actually purchase and she remembered my name and the bed I loved as soon as I walked it. I felt very much, heard and so grateful for my experience.

Ive been visiting HZ for awhile, checking out the living room sets. Each time that I visited the Lewisville location, I was treated with comfort and nonthreatening. Super welcoming. Each experience the employees were helpful and knowledgeable about my financial concerns for purchasing a product. All of that convinced me to purchase from HZ over R2G, Ashleys and BT Furnishings which the two latter Ive purchased furniture from in the past. My wife, kids, and I walked in to the store to window shop for a new sofa. We had a really great experience the store was clean and very welcoming. We came in looking for a table and dresser for our new condo. They not only had better quality furniture, it was also very affordable and not overpriced like the other furniture places we had been to! Stephanie helped us and provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in a furniture store. We originally came in just looking to compare prices, but after going to another furniture store we came right back here to buy everything we were looking for because the service was amazing here, along with the quality of everything we looked at. My boyfriend and I came into home zone to purchase furniture for our new apartment our experience was great that day. The agent helped us pick out a sectional and proceeded to sell us on the “extended warranty” which I was not interested in due to in my experience you never end up needing them. He sold us on the fact that if the CUSHIONS of the couch have issues that we could simply bring them in and swap them out one time in three years under the warranty. He said “you can basically get a brand new couch you just have to bring the pieces to us”. At that point we decided to go ahead and move forward with the warranty because you simply never know how the cushions will hold up in regards to quality. I was given a copy of the warranty details but this was after I signed and paid for everything.A year later my cushions are unraveling so I go file the claim like I was told by the rep. I worked with Maria and although she was great in the beginning when I reached out for information she was not willing to help me once I explained my situation. Per Maria her repairs manager Jackie said my issues are not covered and I was quoted $1390.00 for them to be reupholstered or pay $69 for each cover I want replaced. I calmly explained my experience with the sales agent to Maria and how I was mislead and she simply repeated what she said in her email and was not kind enough to offer a solution no matter how small it would have been.I own my business and the first principle I maintain is that my clients are ALWAYS a priority. If my agent mislead my client then I take ownership and I make sure I resolve their issue and leave happy. Jackie and Maria could have offered some sort of resolution after hearing my experience with the sales agent. I was very disappointed to be treated the way I was by Maria and the repairs staff and will no longer be doing business with Home Zone after this experience. I will also make sure I spread the word to my family and friends as well as my social media following.

I love the no commission sales policy - the staff were attentive, yet non-intrusive, and the prices were very reasonable. I ended up spending quite a bit of money and I feel good about both the purchase and the process.

This is the second time weve bought with Home Zone and have enjoyed our experiences both times. We worked with Stephanie and she was kind, not pushy, and was knowledgeable about the furniture pieces we were interested in. Some furniture is in stock, and some isnt. We are going to be waiting for our delivery for about a month, and are looking forward to its arrival. Weve used their premium delivery service before and were happy with the service. This furniture store almost feels like a best kept secret... I’ve been shopping for furniture for about 2 weeks now and after seeing the commercials for this store and seeing the advertised low prices I said to myself there is no way they are offering furniture, brand new for the prices they were advertising. It had to be a ploy to get folks in the store only to be let down by insane sticker shock. Let me tell you I was all the way wrong. The prices are so low that I began to get carried away. I’m now in the process of completely going for a new look because of how good the prices are and the variety that Home Zone offers. I don’t see myself shopping anyone else in the future. Their no pressure approach to letting you walk in browse around with no one harping over your shoulder for a sale is by far the best experience I’ve had shopping for furniture... Oh, and Stephanie was so kind, she helped me pick out the perfect sofa and I will be back soon to see her to pick out a new bedroom set. I love this store.

What a pleasure it was to actually walk into a furniture store without being descended upon by a salesperson working solely on commission. Great business model! My wife & I got to browse around & discuss the pluses or minus of each product at our pace. Nice selection, we found a couple items that will fit perfectly in our home. First and foremost I am thankful that HomeZone has stock. Everyone else is 2-6 months away on delivery. Pricing is great and you don’t have a salesperson nagging you about business. HomeZone did price match on items in store and they even had a wrong sales price and said we are going to get it to you for this price without a hassle. Definitely a great experience at this store.

I came in yesterday to find twin beds for my kids, I was greeted by Stephanie. She was very pleasant she knew her way around the store, familiar with pricing and she was able to answer any questions that I had. She was able to put together a quote, go over payments, go over delivery and before you know it I was out of the door with my paperwork for two twin beds with delivery on the 29th. I kid you not I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes, everyone was so friendly they don’t bug you like other furniture places they give you time to look around and are available if you have any questions… I’m so glad I found this place I will definitely be back!!!!

Today I walked into Home Zone for the first time with that same uneasy feeling, until I was greeted by a delightful young woman named Coral. I had my guard up and was prepared to tell her I was just there to look around, but within moments I knew she was more interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. No pressure. I told here I had looked at some items on the website. She led me right to them. I told her I wasnt sure and wanted to see more. She told me where to look and gave me space. But, she was always there and attentive to my requests when I needed her to be. I had her running back and forth to see if certain items were in stock, answering questions, checking pricing, etc. I was very indecisive, she was amazingly patient . In the end, it was the best furniture buying experience ever for me, and I would recommend this store to anyone without reservation. We went in browsing for a customized sectional couch and found the perfect one. We were provided with great service and exactly what we wanted. I wouldve of loved more specific delivery options rather than it could be anytime of day but you wont know until the morning of delivery. This is very difficult for two working adults and two full kids schedules. This is the only thing preventing 5 stars.

Here, we were presently surprised at the ease of shopping and the helpfulness of the employees. Both Stephanie and Eddison helped us in a no pressure kind of a way and we found what we wanted at half the price as the other store we were at. I highly recommend shopping here!

Ordered a bunch of furnishings to outfit a rental property. They were late on delivery by 5 days due to a clerk error... that part was a bit of an inconvenience. Mistakes happen I guess.Delivery and install/setup happened pretty smoothly when everything arrived.The sales floor was nice and the staff helpful. A decent selection of furnishings at a low price. Furniture seems to be good. Overall... Ill do business again.

I love Home Zone! I normally purchase at rooms2go but home zone is a bit more affordable for me. The furniture is nice. They have layaway! I have purchased 1 couch so far on layaway and I love it. I feel I got a very good price! I saw some other items I would like to purchase soon also. The store is clean and the sales people are helpful without being pushy. I am left alone to shop without any hovering. Wish I had found them sooner.

I wanted to buy and pay in full for a sofa, loveseat, chair set. Only the couch and chair were in stock. The loveseat was not. I was told I had to wait two months for everything or get it in two shipments. But they said I’d have to pay two separated delivery fees for the two shipments. I ask if I could buy the floor model and I was told no.

Manager Mike treated us right. Mike greeted us and went above and beyond to take care of us. This is the second item I have purchased from Home Zone. Great quality and prices!!

Home Zone is awesome!! The employees there are very friendly and welcoming. My sales person, Dawn Visser was very kind, had a great personality and was very professional. We only saw the word FURNITURE on the building but chose to venture in. The prices were so reasonable, we walked out with a cash purchase of the exact pieces we wanted. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, yet did not hover. Well definitely be returning for future purchases.

The staff though not commissioned were all VERY HELPFUL!!! I had a sensitive delivery timeline and they were able to accommodate. I also ventured out to other stores and found that Home Zone had better quality and pricing than their local competitors. I am purchasing a home shortly and I am excited to return and purchase a few additional pieces.
