I just left the store, and instead of buying a new $50 battery, I left empty-handed.The man working the counter:1) came from around the counter after checking out another customer and asked if I needed anything. I didn’t ask for this service, he just went out of his way to be attentive to his work and helpful to his customers.2) based on our short conversation instead of selling me a $50 battery I may or may not need, he hooked the old battery that I had brought in up to two different testing devices, and then informed me he could sell me a new battery but I might be better off contacting my home Internet company (which is what the battery goes to) because my old battery appeared to be fine.This level of customer service lost this company hey single sale today but Gained them a lifelong customer.And if anyone from corporate is reading this and wants to give him a pay raise, I didn’t catch his name but it was a middle-aged black male working the front counter October 1, 2021 at about 4:30 PM.

Polite staff.Just beware, they offered to put the new battery into my device. I was then charged for him doing that. What I thought was customer service was (I think - not being told it cost) sneaky. I will still shop there. Just wiser...

The quality of the batteries offered is superb, however when I picked up the new battery I received the wrong battery. I had ordered a 51R for my Honda which is what is listed on my confirmation however the store representative selected the wrong battery. I didnt realize the error until my mechanic tried to install the battery. Fortunately we were able to make the cables attach without having to make a second trip to the store to swap out the battery.

Their new order online curbside pickup has worked really well for me. No hassle pretty straightforward.

I was pleased with the friendly service today when I visited the Lewisville store. It was quick, friendly and the products were great. What really, really bothered me was that not a single employee of the four I witnessed, bothered to wear a mask. Two had their masks around their neck. Two had no masks at all. I know that the Governor just eased the rules. But, for me, I’m not willing to increase my risk of death for myself or loved ones, to go into any store that does not mask. Especially for a battery.

I took a battery that was still under warranty in because it wouldnt hold a charge. I left it at the store for 24 hours to be tested and got a call the next day saying they got it working.Luckily I decided to buy a new battery elsewhere because I already tested it myself 3 times and knew it was a bad battery. This was the second store to tell me the battery was good after I told them it had a bad cell.Funny enough, I received a call after never picking up the battery and a young man tested it again and saw it was back at 10 volts and said he would do the warranty exchange. So now I have a nice, cheap paper weight and this store gets 2 stars instead of 1 🤣They switched from duralast to magnapower since the last time I was in. If you need a battery and arent willing to go AGM - just go buy a cheap $60 battery from walmart. It will last the same amount of time as a factory car battery (24 to 36 months).

Wow, amazing customer service with a smile! Been to this location a few times and what makes it different than the other locations is the level of customer service provided by Toby. Professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to your needs. The location on 121 in Plano is the exact opposite, they are the worst. I have an RV so the six battery setup is very complex and Toby understood it perfectly. Nice job and now you have a customer for life.

Had a truly outstanding experience here. Needed a new battery for my 2015 Lexus RX350, found the perfect fit online and ordered/paid online while setting up a request for installation. Within minutes, I got a confirmation email and then an order-ready email. As soon as I arrived at the store, a clerk installed the battery, while also having a smaller battery plugged in to my cigarette lighter so that the car’s on-board computer system data could be transferred without having to go through a laborious re-setting process. After the installation, I was prompted to start the vehicle to test the battery and saw the navigation system messages that “data transferring” and “transfer complete.” The total time, from initial log in online to driving away with a new battery, was less than forty-five minutes. Astounding! Very pleased!!

Amateurs! Dropped my iPad for battery replacement. Sleepy kid checks me in. Ask for my password, I decline to provide it, and asking if its required. I was told no, just preferred. I leave and get a phone call 15 min later asking for my password, I decline again, and are told they wont replace my battery without my password.I found a couple of places there can do it without getting access to my personal information. Thats the difference between professionals and amateurs!

Friendly staff, I had to go in to find a battery for the rent house we were living in at the time that had a very oddly shaped socket. Walmart and a bunch of other hardware stores didnt carry it, but they did and it was well priced I know they also have a lot of other batteries and lightbulbs for all kinds of devices. Just wanted to have 3 batteries replaced in 3 watches. Older guy greets me as I was looking at batteries and I tell him what I need and a black guy butts in and asks, “ are they $300 watches?” I say no. Takes them to the back, After he states, “I make no promises “, comes back 5 mins later, says to me, Ma’am these watches don’t work, we put new batteries in all of them and they don’t work, which was an absolute lie and I told him so. I had put batteries in all three of them it’s just that I could not get the backs back on them so I used the batteries I had for other watches and I needed to get new watches and have them put them back together and he absolutely ignored me, handed them to me and said have a nice day ma’am. Absolute jerk and a liar. Don’t waste your time
