All this time, I never knew I couldn’t hear until my experience with them. My hearing aides are perfect! Staff were perfectly chosen. A great environment. I get sleepy and feel like taking a nap while I’m there. It’s so comfortable.

She offered available financing for the cost insurance does not cover. They did all the paperwork. I signed up for the lifetime service. From the time I entered the building everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The audiologist was extremely inviting. She was very professional, and since I had been to an audiologist before, I had something to compare it to. It was a very professional, pleasant, and enlightening experience.

I have been very happy with my testing, my hearing aids, and now I have the connector clip so I can use my hearing aids as a Bluetooth. I can stream music and talk on the phone.The staff I have met are friendly and put their patients at ease. Very nice office and a friendly and professional staff.

The whole experience was fast and efficent. My mother was not able to hardly hear anything until she got the hearing aids. Dr. Kristen is outstanding! As a long time user of hearing aids, and having used multiple hearing aid providers, I was very impressed with her thoroughness in all aspects of my appointment. Following an extremely thorough series of hearing tests, she explained the results in detail, and explored with me exactly what I wanted in terms of my new hearing aids. Based on that discussion she recommended two different brands, and then reviewed each of them as they applied to my hearing needs, answering all of my questions throughout our conversation. I believe she really helped me make the right decision. Im really excited and looking forward to getting my new hearing aids next week!02/22/2021 Ive had my new Oticon hearing aids a month and just finished my second follow-up visit with Dr. Kristen. I couldnt be more pleased with the magic Dr. Kristen has performed in customizing my hearing aids to address my profound hearing loss over the course of two follow-up visits the past month.

Dr. Stewart is an excellent listener and educator. He took the time needed to understand my concerns and what the tinnitus was doing to my life. If I could give 6 stars I would. I learned the first steps to controlling my tinnitus in the first session with him. No one else had done that for me. For the first time in a while I have confidence that tinnitus will not rule my life.

Today was my first hearing evaluation. I thought Dr. Brad Stewart was perfect. He’s very knowledgeable. He explained everything, figured out what my insurance covers & was upfront about the pricing, etc. We’ve come up with a plan that suits me. Plus, my son liked him & will likely be changing to him for his hearing aid needs. I found the process to be completely painless so far & if things continue to go well, I’ll be recommending Dr. Brad to my nephew who tells me my sister-in-law (his mom) doesn’t hear well.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Stewart. He took the time to sit down with me and go over all my test results and gave me several options as to how I wanted to treat and move forward. He was honest and upfront and I never felt any type of pressure. I found them through a search. Have used military thank you vA for supplying vets free aids. Used Costco competitive cost if you want to hear the way you used to before your hearing went bad go to clear Life Hearing they will provide you with what your needs are. Great place

Dr Crawford did a great job tuning up my hearing aids. Before coming in I thought my hearing had deteriorated. No so. After a thorough hearing test my hearing had only changed slightly. However, the re-tuning of the hearing aids made them sound like new. She also fixed my connect clip which had stopped streaming music to both hearing aids. She answered all my questions and showed me several Oticon app features I did not know I had on my phone. Great service.

Scheduled a hearing test because I was struggling with understanding words spoken from those with higher pitched voices. I could hear them speaking, but could not understand. Almost as if they were mumbling. So I met with Dr. Stewart and he tested my ears for frequency response and sensitivity. He also tested my ability to understand spoken words in a noisy environment. The hearing aids I received were programed to correct for my particular test results and then verified by Real Ear Measurement, a critical and highly accurate method to confirm your hearing aids are performing as expected. I am very happy with the care and attention I received at ClearLife Hearing Care.

I want to acknowledge the great care I received from Kristen for my annual ear test and hearing aid adjustment. I’m very sensitive to consistency of care and wanted to say thanks for your explanation of the process, making sure everything was accurate, and ensuring I was happy with all my questions answered. I was initially surprised that I wasn’t seeing Dr Stewart but my concerns were quickly alleviated.

Terrific Customer Service!! My dog chewed off one of the ear buds from my hearing aid. Called ClearLife and scheduled same day appointment. New earbud was replaced in 10 minutes, no charge! That’s pretty sweet. Note - Dog is no longer in detention. 🙂👍🏻

Thanks to a near fatal car wreck and skull fracture, I developed tinnitus. 11 years, I survived a fairly massive stroke. I switched rehab facilities where ClearLife Hearing Care had an office there. My health insurance deductible had been more than met so I decided to see what they could do for me.They explained how the brain can rewire nerve cells to get around the damage. Id be wearing a hearing aid that would facilitate the healing. Im always suspect when things sound too good to be true but I moved forward with it. Ive been wearing it now for a couple weeks. I learned I was not hearing all the things in life that annoyed me like it used to -- such as water running in the stainless steel kitchen sink from the other room. This was a mixed blessing.Last night while I was waiting to fall asleep, I noticed the ringing was not as noticeable as it had been. So I decided it was time to leave a good review. They can back up what they tell me. :-)

Good appointment, nice staff. They worked nicely with my insurance (so far so good anyway). I put off getting a hearing aid forever because I knew how expensive they were and I never dreamed I could actually afford one. Dr. Mica Ingram has been our doctor for several years, but we were so pleased that she joined the ClearLife Hearing Care team. When we called, the response was within the hour. They told me great news ... the doctor comes to you! My mother is in a memory care facility, and they lost her hearing aid. I was concerned Dr. Ingram might have difficulty testing her hearing, but I neednt have worried. Dr. Ingram is gentle and soft spoken, and her exam was thorough. Just a wonderful experience. Dr. Ingram hand-delivered the new hearing aid to my mother within a couple of weeks, fitted and checked it, and has already been back to make any adjustments that may have been needed. She will return once more before the end of the year. We highly recommended the innovative team of doctors at ClearLife Hearing Care.

Mica came to my house, did a thorough exam of my hearing and programmed the correct prescription for my ears. After wearing the aides for a short time, I was so impressed at how much better I was able to hear. I wanted to purchase but I am moving in a short time. Mica sent my prescription to me with a list of several companies in San Antonio and the area for me to check out.I hope I can find something similar but I am sure Ill never find the type service that she offered. I am sure Ill never find another Mica.

Its given my dad his hearing back both on the phone and in his daily activities. He is so much happier now that he can hear again. We love Dr Ingrams follow up visits to his assisted living home. This in-home service is invaluable. Its very hard for the elderly to get out to the Doctors visits and it increases their chances of falling when they have to get out of their secure surroundings.

I got in on time, Mica was great at explaining the proper use and care of my devices. she took the time needed, I did not feel rushed at any time. the overall experience was not stressful at all! keep up the good work.
