I had an outstanding experience at Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Lewisville today. John was extremely helpful. John is friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. John is also a Veteran. He treated like i was one if his most important patients. He repaired and cleaned my hearing aids while I waited. I can highly recommend this office for all of your hearing needs. Ive visited this center twice in the last two weeks. Each time I was treated courteously and professionally. Everything was explained to me in detail so that I left feeling completely at ease and certain of my decision to get a hearing aid. This was a great experience and I cant wait until my hearing aid comes in!

We’ve been to three other audiologists. No one else took the time to explain the connection between how the brain and the ears work. They did not make sure th the hearing aids were adjusted properly. John makes sure the adjustments work for me. I love the phone app to control my hearing aids. So worth the cost to know I get individualized help.

I suffer from tinnitus. I literally saw a commercial on tv for Livingston, and I thought-Im going to try them.John has been my patient, knowledgable, and skilled ear guy. I first got a hearing test, then we figured out the sound of my tinnitus. He fitted me with hearing aids and I was given a trial period. The hearing aids are fabulous! What a difference.Now, the tinnitus...that has been a long time tweaking and adjusting the hearing aids. Every time, John takes his time and explains what he is doing. I dont know how, but I am getting relief! Yay! My tinnitus isnt always the same, so I go in for tune-ups on a regular basis. His staff are super friendly and answer very quick via phone or email.Tinnitus is a life-long issue, but I get relief from John at Livingston Hearing Aids! :)

John Laranang helped me replace a streamer and tested my hearing and adjusted my old hear aids he was very professional and knew what needed to be done. I have a appointment with him in 3 months and I will be getting new aids from John.

I am VERY Impressed with Dr. John Laranang at the Lewisville TX location of Livingston Hearing Aids.. I have severe hearing loss in my left ear and partial loss in my right. More than that I have Tinnitus that has been very annoying for many years... Dr. John gave me a thorough exam and took the time to explain my situation where I could understand it.. After a 2 week free trial I noted a great improvement in my hearing and a lessening of the Tinnitus sound that bothered me so much... I highly recommend Dr. Laranang.. I also want to thank Amy at the front desk for all her help and pleasantness.... I like to call them old school (not that theyre old) but because they truly care about their patients....

When I first moved here I couldnt hear anything on the left side. John got me in right away and I havent been able to hear like this sense I was a kid.

I took my 90 year old mother to see Chris (we call him Dr. Chris even though he is not technically a doctor) and he outfitted my mom with new hearing aides. MY MOTHER HAS BEEN HEARING EVERYTHING SINCE! We (our whole family) have been so impressed how it reconnected my mom to the world of sound. My mom is thrilled and has enjoyed being involved back in discussions.We are most impressed with Dr. Chris! He is very respectful with anyone but especially with the young at heart! He is sharp as a tack, very mannerly and a great communicator -- hes a full package!If you are considering hearing aides or have a loved one who cant hear very well -- dont wait, this is an open door back into the world of sound!

John Laranang is true professional - the time he spent identifying my hearing issues as well as his detailed analysis to ensure I was getting the best results possible with my new hearing aids was very impressive. I took my Mom in for some testing and see if she needed hearing aides as much as I thought she might. After a very thorough test on her ability to hear different sounds and different areas she might find herself in ; crowds, by television and many other areas, we found She was definitely missing a lot . I was very impressed with the time John Laranang took with my exam. He was very gentle and thorough. The office staff was very friendly.

I received my hearing aids the last part of 2017 and returned a couple of times for adjustments. I tried my best to adjust to the hearing aids but just could not get satisfied with the quality of sound that I felt they should provide. I went in for a cleaning on June 19th and met with John Laranang, Product Specialist, and was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the product, his professional behavior and his sincere concern for the client. Not only did he clean the hearing aids but he also examined my ears and adjusted hearing aids to the sounds that I initially expected. If John should transfer to another location, I would seriously consider following him there.

Dr. John Laranang REALLY helped me out. I was just about to give in on my hearing aid until today. I thought I would give it one more shot especially since I spent $1000 on it. Ive had it for about a 1 1/2 yrs. It was just never sounding right. It seem to make things worse. My kids and friends seemed to ALWAYS get frustrated at me because I couldnt understand clearly what they were saying. He REALLY took the time to explain to me how to use it and take care of it. He re evaluated me and had to re fine tune it. It really does make things sound soooo much clearer. I finally excited to see what the future holds being able to hear much clearer.
