I had a flat tire repaired here. I did not purchase the tire there originally. Nonetheless, they took excellent care of me in a short period of time. The service manager was courteous, professional, and friendly. The technicians were very knowledgeable. They worked quickly and finished the job, leaving my vehicle cleaner than when I arrived. I plan to do business with them again and highly recommend them to others.

My van is my business. I need help now, so I came into the Mavvis on Pleasant hill rd. Joseph M.listened and understood my tight position and was greatly helpful in getting us back to our clients. While I assume Joseph was the manager his communication skills with me and the staff lead to upper management. I will return to continue the relationship I have started with this location.

I had my car aligned today at this mavis location by Joseph and I must say the service was A1. I was greeted and welcomed by the manager Harold who was very nice and informative. The service was fast and efficient as well. I am very particular about who works on my car due to it being an older model lexus and I can honestly say Im very happy and satisfied with the customer service and work that was done to my car. Even though I live 20min away and there are other mavis locations closer to my home I will definitely continue to bring my car to this location. I definitely give it five stars across the board!

I wish I could give lower rating. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes and finally had to walk in the work area to get someone to help. I understand that the store is going through a transition from NTB to Mavis, but they still have NTB on the door and all over the store. They sold me 5 year alignment deal 1.5 years ago and told me if I get new car I can switch it over to that car. Now 1.5 years later I get a new car and they say they no longer honer that. I mean come on.UPDATE: They replied to this review and asked me to call their customer service. I did and she took my number down and said someone will call me next day to resolve this issue. Its been a week now. NO ONE CALLED.

The new manager is very helpful and accommodating to your needs. He’s very thorough with the information he is giving. The vibe is different when you walk in bc you will be greeted with a warm welcome!We appreciate new management and workers even though sometimes people are skeptical at first. They have new and more workers as far as I can see from the last time I was here. They aren’t just standing around or wasting time. They communicate with you so you’re not just blind sided by anything with your car. It is a little wait with anything so that’s not a problem. Things take time but they make sure you leave satisfied! I will be a client that continues to come back for the best service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with getting my tires changed out. Not only was I there for almost 4 hours, but the technician admitted to knocking off one of my sensors. They said they would fix the problem, to bring my car back in a couple days, which I did— spent another 4 hours of my day for nothing. They sent me back and forth to different locations, and of course none of the technicians at both locations were able to fix the problem. I was not the only customer complaining about there service while being there it’s Ridiculous. I now have to take my car to another place to fix what they messed up. Would give zero stars if I could do not recommend this place!

Technician broke abs sensor May 24th and today its July 5th car still have abs lights on dashboard. Ive called every week and always the part is coming end of this week . Part finally came over 3 weeks ago only for the piece that actually needs replacing didnt come with it . Last Tuesday I was told it would be here Friday well today is Tuesday a whole new week ! Today I called only to be put on hold for 10 mins, hung up called back asked to speak with a manager only to be told he would give me a call back yea right . Im to the point of reaching out to an attorney this week ! They never have to worry about me bringing my car back here EVER !!

I liked how they showed me physically what needed to be done on my car instead of just telling me,However, after spending $700 on 4 new tires and other car services, my tire light was on (it wasn’t before I came). Long story short, I had to go elsewhere just to be told I have correct parts for my tires, they just weren’t completely assembled correctly. After spending over $700? Ridiculous.I won’t be back.

Came over a few months ago, got 2 tires, breaks all around, and an alignment on my VW. Carlos and Raymond helped me out alot and have outstanding customer service skills. The shop guys immediately got my work order in and had us back on road the same day!

I purchased 2 new tires and an alignment then a few weeks later I noticed that my valve stem caps were missing from the 2 new tires when I called they said they didnt have them so I had to purchase new onesOverall my experience was decent and the dude was niceA few weeks later I was changing my brakes and they over tightened my lug nuts. I was using a breaker bar and they wouldnt come off I then used an impact gun and it took a long time for them to come off.

Austin turned a mediocre experience into a more positive one Thank UHowever, I don’t recall being offered any type of warranty on the purchased tires maybe it’s included in the purchase?

A technician that was working on my car backed out of the shop and HIT another car that was waiting for service. The manager didnt even inform me when I tried to pick up my car, I only found out when the owner of the other car that was hit let me know. Then the manager pretended he was busy and was not even willing to offer to resolve this issue. We had to call the police and have a police report to resolve this issue. These guys had to search for hours to find their liability insurance, which was crazy. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! They are not honest!

I came here with a flat tire and everyone there was so helpful, and they helped me find my wheel lock they changed the tire for me and didnt even charge me to put it on. What more can I say great service great prices definitely worth your business.

Had to check a tire with a small screw 9n it. Screw was half inch, it did not puncture the tude, and they sprayed water on the section where the screw was. No need to replace the tire, so they saved the day!! A big thank you to Mavis Tire center!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!!!! Went in today to fix a tire that I bought two months ago and purchased a protection plan for it. Person at the computer tells me that he is prorating your tire that the protection plan did not matter it was going to be $68. I called the Mavis on Old Norcross, which is the original Mavis I came to GREAT PLACE!, and explained what was going on. Oscar explained that I did not have to pay that much at most I was to pay $30. Finally ONLY BECAUSE GOOGLE WONT LET YOU GIVE ZERO STARS IS THAT THEY GET 1 THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT!!!!!!!

This location is no longer NTB but Mavis Tires. I got an oil change and tire rotation, so far so good. Employees were friendly enough but the place definitely needs cleaning. It looks super grimy to the point that I used soap and water to wipe by seat down before sitting. (Thus the missing star).. Also, the wifi did not work D actually couldnt even be found so the wait felt longer but they were able to get me in and out without problems. 🤗

It was amazing not only did they help me save money but they got my car running like its brand new again ‼️

Was there for tire tire repair. I had this 1/3 of an inch nail in my tread. You can see in the picture. They told me they could not repair it but had to get the tire replaced for 175. So I took it to discount tire and their guy asked me if I was losing tire pressure I said no and he said this nail is not even piercing the inside of the tire and hes simply pulled it out for me then checked to make sure I did not have any leaks and I was good to go for $0. NTB tried to scam sale me for 175.00...

I went on a Sunday to replace all four tires they put on the wrong size tire. I called them to talk about my tires that they put on the gentleman that I spoke with could not help me. He said he would call the manager and have the manager call me. I waited 2 hours and no response from them so I went over there, I spent an hour talking with the manager and he said they replace my tire with the size that was on my car which a lie my car had the correct tire size on it. because I got the size off my tire to look it up to see the price for my tire. So I will NEVER go back to them again. And I spent $675 for tires oilchange and alignment

We had a big fiasco with the rental car company. We were here for a short trip & ran into problems with the tire. Long story short, we dealt with the rental company all day and the vehicle was towed to Mavis. We were very frustrated when we picked up the vehicle because no communication was made from the rental company to Mavis. Carlos at the counter was extremely professional & did what he could do to help us out, even though it close to closing. He empathized with us, which is what we needed after having a day from hell. Thank you Mavis for putting our minds at ease. And thank you Carlos for just being awesome!

I am no longer going here. When I picked my truck up the door handle and edge of the window, and the front had lots of oil, so I guess they didn’t wash their hands or where gloves. The steering wheel was sticky, and the floor had dirt from their shoes. Do a better job next time!

Staff member Carlos was really helpful; he checked all of my tires and told me it was low because of the temperature change. Ill be coming back for anything car related, for sure!

So today I took my vehicle in for service in the morning. I had a problem with my vehicle took it to other auto shop but it seems they didn’t know the problem until I took it to this specific location. They actually seem to fix the problem than any other auto shop and I AM TRULLY THANKFUL FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Had an appointment for Sunday morning and they only had one technician working. The person at the front desk give me an estimate of 1 hour wait and 1 work time. I had to wait over 4 hrs for a brake pad replacement and the mechanic still hasn’t started working on it. I was given so many excuses. Unprofessional service. I had made plans for the day I was late to and I had to leave with nothing done. When I asked for my car, the guy at the front desk said I had to wait for other mechanic to come back because he couldn’t put the tires back on. Meanwhile he was on the phone talking the whole time. When I asked again, he could magically do it. That really upset me. Please stay far away from this place!

I had a flawless experience at this location, Carlos made sure I got the best deal on my tires and brakes for my wife’s Acura RDX! Quick service and they did not try to up charge or up sell anything additional like my local Acura dealership. Originally Acura dealership quoted me hundreds more on the same tires and brakes, definitely better deal and experience by far!

I came in today to Ntb for a oil change. I was informed that they weren’t no longer NTB that they were Mavis.BUT I was happy to still see carlos and same crew. Have come here many times and I don’t understand why most complain about the wait, they usually inspect my car and that takes time I understand and they bring anything to my attention. Some say it’s a scam but they are the only shop that will show me the issues not just tell me I need it. Only reason I’m posting a review is I saw a lady being really rude as the manager Carlos was being more than polite and fair with her. The staff is usually always friendly so I was shocked to see all the rude reviews. Guess some people just have too much pride.
