Service last year was great... but in the last 6 months has been terrible! Not enough delivery drivers and have had 3 drivers lately. They have left my garage door open 2 times. 1 time was in middle of winter and 1 time in summer. Then this last time left it open 6 inches! Never have I ever had anyone have an issue with my garage door! I told the manager and he made it our fault... also, had 2 bottles with cracks in bottles. So came home 2x with water all over kitchen! Service and bottles need FIXED! I have been a customer for 10 years and just switched both of my accounts! Bye Puritan Springs!

I was very excited about this company and the ease it would bring of getting water. However, after the initial drop off things have been way too difficult for what it is.On the day my first regular delivery was supposed to take place my bottles were never picked up, so I called and left a message asking for a call back. Tammy did call me back and explain that the driver didnt finish his route, which I told her I understood but since that wasnt communicated to me I didnt leave my bottles out two days in a row, and I didnt want to be charged for another 4 bottles like my initial drop off. She assured me she would let the driver know to only leave 2 bottles.I get home that night and there were 4 bottles on my porch. I called again and left a message, to which Tammy called back the next day and apologized for the inconvenience, and I explained that I just didnt want to be charged for something I already said I didnt need. Again, Tammy had an excuse of the truck broke down and another driver had to finish the route so he didnt know to only leave two bottles. Finally, I told Tammy that I might just cancel, and that the communication with this company was what was frustrating to me. She was very nice and apologized, and asked how they could help. Again I told her I didnt want to be charged for something I didnt ask for, and that I would let her know if I was going to be canceling by the next billing cycle.Well, when my bill came a week later it was almost $70! I called right away and was told that I was charged for not only the empty bottles they couldnt pick up, but also the extra two they had to drop off. I again explained that this was the companys fault and that I should not be charged for their mishap, to which I was transferred to another lady to relay my story again. The company did refund me for the two bottles they should not have dropped off in the first place. After doing some math I had to call again to have explained to me why they did not refund the other deposits on the empty bottles they couldnt pick up, and was finally told it would be refunded to me when they pick them up next time.Both in my customer service training and in past experiences I would never do something to just cut even with a disappointed customer, but rather go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and will remain a customer. I felt this was not done here at all. Although everyone I talked to was relatively nice, for how much work it was to get things squared away, and the unnecessary charges to my account I canceled and will be getting my water from Walmart.

Technology wise they are behind the times needing a signature verification form for setting up auto pay....but I can pay it over the phone w no signature odd

Fantastic service from Shawn our service guy. Such a great personality, had alot of knowledge of the system, and was able to answer all our questions. Nice to have a person enter our home that we feel safe with. Thank you for the great service.

Usually ok, we get the fluoridated water. Always deliver on schedule, but the recently got bought out and changed from puritan springs to natures crystal and the water has tasted weird since that change. Were going to give them a fair try and see how it goes but of it doesnt get better then we might change.The only other thing to mention is the bottle sometimes are delivered with disgusting lids, black, and goopy. That area is exposed to the drinking water so we have to spend a bunch of time trying to clean the bottle necks before putting them on. I posted a picture of one of the bottles recently received

Picked up a load of empty water bottles here. Staff was friendly and told it like it was. Drivers that are in a hurry, might want to take a chill pill or drop your trailer and go have lunch.
