I had puritan springs for 6 months as my supplier for a reverse osmosis system and water softener. On more than one occasion they double billed me for my rentals. After the second time they did this I told them to come get their stuff and they did. Then i got another bill in the mail saying I still owed money even though i had paid all my bills on time I refused and they stopped sending me bills. I thought everything was taken care of until I got a letter in the mail 6 months from a collection agency saying that i still owed puritan springs money. I paid the bill to move on from this situation but puritan should have taken care of the bill since it was their mistake. I would never recommend anybody to do business with them.
