Terrible. I’ve been here twice and both times they are closed. I call the phone number and they don’t answer. I leave a message and they don’t call back. Don’t send me anymore emails about the sales your having if your not around to sell your merchandise. Also on the website it says your open till 7 and clearly your not. I’ve asked other businesses and they tell me that you guys open when you feel like it. NOT HAPPY. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME.

I really appreciate Sunnys help! He really knows his brands and scents. I came in and told him the notes I was looking for. He showed me multiple selections and I walked out with the perfect gift.

You guys were awesome I bought a Italiano from u all treated me with so much respect!!! Even though there was so many people, 4 people were working hard to try and take care of so many of the people there yet they still even gave so much respect to so many people you guys deserve so much, god bless you all!

Love this store! They carry all my favorite fragrances at great prices. They always have great deals. Everyone there is so attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

DO NOT PURCHASE COLOGNE HERE, They will gouge you. I have never experienced such a greedy business in my life. They sell cologne you can get at any big box store for for up to 3x as much and on top of that will sell you a tester bottle for $85, they’ll encourage you to purchase a $20 cologne set for $55, they aggressively hound you, they’ll sell you secondhand cologne, cologne or open bottles at full price. Unless you want to give away your money to greedy merchants for used & overpriced products, you do not want to shop here!!!

Awesome Colognes and PerfumesGreat Prices

There is a woman in the store. I think a supervisor with a very nasty attitude. She speaks fluent english and keeps insulting customers in her native language thanks to google translator. 2 other store clerks are nice and helpful. Their prices are 3times higher compared to others. Check your boxes to make sure the bottles are full. Cos they dont have testers. They use reg bottles as testers and put them back in the boxes for sale.so they gave me 2 testers. I got home and thought the bottles were leaking but they werent. The nasty lady told me too bad she just fired the clerk that helped me. So no exchange on the half used expensive perfumes I bought. My fault for buying from them even with her nasty and rude comments. If I could rate negative 1 billion I would!!!

Has the best customer service and prices for each item of perfume which I love. always great smells& deals so go there you wont be disappointed at all. better the alcohol smelling perfume. They have oil base perfume from most designers for men & women. check this out.

We came in and stood there waiting for help. There was no greeting and the girl at the counter ignored us even though they were four people behind the counters. Amen walked in and was promptly greeted and a Spanish-speaking lady started helping him. Another man came in after us and was greeted and they started helping him. This is when I got annoyed and cut in and ask if I could please get some help in here. They were completely rude and unhelpful. I asked to smell a fragrance and she pulled it out and turned her attention to another customer who had just walked in. I got angry and left the store.

Horrible place to shop and very rude customer service that solve all issues with “I don’t know”. They use some software for credit card that doesn’t not work at all. Take your money from the account and it says declined and you have to wait over 30+ minutes in the store while they call representative and try to figure out what went wrong. I will never ever step foot in this store, we were forced to pay cash after numerous attempts of clerk to swipe card and then it says it’s declined and we checked account and it says it’s taken off. Clerks are not helping at all and on every question answer is the same “I don’t know” with absolutely no compassion or empathy. If they know that software is malfunctioning they should let customers know that it’s cash only not have them go thru all that mess. I wish I can give them zero stars but they don’t even deserve that rating. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great customer service, lots of designers to choose from.

Not a single star required but no option.They are fraudsters! I purchased 2 perfumes here for $85 (1 for $85 and another was free).When I checked the price online,I discovered that the total price for two perfumes only cost $40 including taxes.I tried to reach them over phone and store, but they didnt entertained me. It is too bad!I would suggest not to buy any items from store.Im going to file a complaint in consumer court.

They are fraudsters! I purchased cologne here for $71 the sales woman even told me she was giving me $10 off! Only to discover that it was for sale everywhere including directly from the manufacturer for less then $20!!! When I went back to them for a refund/store credit they said Too bad! I will never shop here again. Such dishonesty
