Love that they always have parking available unlike some other Walgreens lots that are much smaller. Their staff is very nice and helpful when it comes down to asking where things are. They always have back up registers available as well so it makes the time waiting go much quicker

I absolutely hate this Walgreens. I sent my reusable camera to get my film developed two months ago and just got them today. The employees said that I should come back in two-weeks to pick up my photos. When I did, they told me that they were not ready yet. After that, I waited another three weeks and they still were not ready. This happened was three weeks ago. I called them today to find out the status of my photos to be told that they had messed the film up and exposed more than half of them to light. They did not inform me that this had occurred. They still charged me 15$ just to get my pictures and my camera, which is mine, back. I will not be going back to this Walgreens ever again.

Excellent pharmacists who are always willing to answer questions with genuine concern for the customer. Cant say enough great things about this pharmacy - the pharm techs are also terrific.

Have some manners when talking on the phone.

Lady working at cash on Fri Nov 20th around 5:00 pm was unpleasant. I understand that not everyone enjoys working on Fridays but at least show some sort of customer service. Fake it until you make it!

I went to Walgreens in Lincolnwood to purchase blister packages. I bought two other ones at a different location and wanted to see if they were the same at this store. I was looking at their stock and pulled out the ones I bought before. Unfortunately, they werent the same. I put mine back in my bag with the receipt. An overweight young man who was stocking the shelves demanded to know what I was stealing. I showed him my packages and my bill from my Walgreens bag. He seemed disappointed he did not catch me in the act of stealing. He had an attitude and didnt apologize or say it looked liked you were putting something in your bag. He was very rude. I will not go to Walgreens to buy prescriptions or anything else. Walgreens needs to teach their staff some manners. From now on I will go to CVS. Hopefully, they treat their customers with respect.

One of the most terse and indifferent pharmacy staff Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. Im recovering from a brain injury and had some basic questions about my medications and their interactions. The pharmacist rolled his eyes at me continually as though I should already have all the answers. Absolutely derelict in not only his professional duties but failed at showing even the most basic human decency. The only reason I got any of questions answered whatsoever is because I wasnt intimidated by his attempts to shoo me away and persisted.If I tried to set my expectations any lower Id have to start digging. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Nothing against the workers They try but good grief lines of 10 deep not uncommon at pharmacy Rx not ready half the time They could double staff and probably still not make a dent Previously rated two stars, took down to one. Again workers not the problem there are just not enough The upper managers who make the decisions on staffing need to hang out here and see what kind of havoc their decisions are creating Stressed out pharmacists, stressed out customers and all with potent medications on the line This is a preventable train wreck. Maybe treat this less as a retail store selling potato chips and a more like a professional medical dispensary that happens to sell potato chips.

Very bad bad pharmacist, I stayed 1.5 hours to pick up & they said the insurance not cover, I told them I will pay cash, they didn’t do the my son medication at all . I left without having prescription medication the worst people ever!!!

What a nightmare. They were yelling at an elderly man he asked a guestion and they yelled at him to call his insurance. Very rude people. We waited an hour to fill a prescription that they said they never received and it was there the whole time. We walked out went to cvs and they filled it in 10 min. This place is the worst place for for sick people to go. No compassion at all. They just want to charge insurance. Stay away.

Trust my review, I do not care what anyone else says, what this Walgreens has provided me has exceeded all my expectations for service. I came to this location because of an emergency that my wife had, she ran out of her medication and even though this Walgreen’s pharmacy was closed, Pharmacist Eonjung S. and manager James fulfilled my wife’s medical needs and showed us that 2018 is the year people act with their hearts as opposed to the rules.Thank you! They need to learn more about customer service and find the way to help the customer rather then showing them the dead end.

DO NOT USE FEDEX SERVICES AT WALGREENS! The employees lack of knowledge about the Fedex services is terrible. I would advise against using Walgreens for anything Fedex related. Use a Kinkos or actual Fedex store.

Worst customer service ever. Waited almost an hour for prescription only to be told come back next day. Went to complain to manager and she says to me what you want me to do go back there and beat them up. This walgreens should be shut down and started over with new workers and management. Ridculous

Today I visited Walgreens store in Lincolnwood to buy an additional jar of Tostitos Spinach Dip, after discovering shelf inventory was depleted, I asked the cashier, Azra, if she could check for availability in the back storage. Cashier contacted her manager Ralph who decided to be unhelpful and disgraceful representation of Walgreens brand on the phone instead of appearing in person. He stated they did not have the dip and that I should visit Marianos and buy it there with cynical laughter. In addition, Ralph stated that his store is a drug store not a grocery store. Well guess what Ralph, in addition to customer service training you should learn your inventory as well as how to behave like a leader and make sure your employees dont emulate your shameful behavior and keep the store stocked and customers happy! You are a sad excuse for a manager

Totally dispointed with the pharmacy tech at walgreen in lincolnwood location. Angela a pharmacy care was very disprectfull mean, and handled my consern with rudeness.I went to pick up my kids medication 2 hours after it was sent. Her respond to me was the medication is not ready yet come back later. I had to sick kids in the back, I explained to her I cant come back her respond to me I dont care. Come back or take your prescription somewhere else. I have been a cusomer of wallgreen for a while and Im Lincolnwood resident. Wallgreens should trained their woke to be more respectfully to their customers Totally dispointed,, and yes, I will take my business somewhere else !!

20+ minutes on hold with the pharmacy waiting for someone to answer the damn phone. Either they’re understaffed or complete morons. I’ll go to CVS instead.

Fantastic pharmacy.

Pharmacist accused me of lying because they miscounted my script. The night manager wasnt helpful and everyone insisted their employees were right. Everyones human and can make a counting error. Im not on narcotics, etc., and have no reason to lie. Very disappointed.
