My car threw a check engine light so I called and he let me drop my car off at 5:30 pm before he closed. He called the next morning with what was wrong with a quick quote that had a good price so of course I agreed. He had it all fixed by noon. I was impressed with how incredibly fast and responsive the service was. I will always be taking my car here from now on as well as recommend all my friends. Thanks Mike!

I would definitely recommend this mechanic!!!! My daughter who is a new driver, accidentally put diesel fuel into her regular fuel car which is a HUGE problem! Mike got her car in quickly and drained the diesel fuel and flushed the fuel system before it became a problem! His prices were FAR better than ANY other quote I got on this service. And I was VERY pleased that just because his prices are cheaper, it doesnt mean that you get cheap or poor service! He was VERY kind and professional! It was a pleasure doing business with him!

This is the best place to go for repairs. Mike has worked on my mercury mountaineer and my vw passat tdi. Hes honest and does great work. You wont get overcharged or tricked into repairs you dont need. He has warranties on his work and he has always worked hard to make sure I have my car back as soon as possible. I will always go here first.

Awful experience. i called to see if they could check a used car i was wanting to purchase. the mechanic i spoke with over the phone tried to tell me there was no way to check a hybrid battery(not true) but the battery had been checked at a toyota dealer just about a month ago so i was okay with his inability to check the hybrid battery. the day i tried to bring the car i was running about 5 minutes late due to someone else test driving the car and called to ask if he could still squeeze me in(just five minutes late) and he screamed at my dad over the phone, used extremely disrespectful language. he said “i told you to be here at 11” after trying to apologize and tell him i would be there as soon as possible he screamed at us and said “go somewhere else” terrible service i would never recommend this to anyone if you would like to be treated with respect by a business. truly awful. **also he’s apparently unable to respond to reviews in a professional matter. truly pathetic**

I randomly choose MD Automotive repair because they were open on a Saturday and had high ratings. What a great choice that ended up being. Mike is a fantastic mechanic with the best work ethic I’ve ever seen. Honest and dependable. I dropped off an f150 with electrical issues. Instead of just jumping to the first part to be replaced he actually took the time to troubleshoot and find the real issue. He communicated the entire way. I picked up my truck today and it’s running perfectly. I can’t sing his praises enough. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who isn’t going to fix things that don’t need fixed I’d go with Mike.

Seriously have never left a Google Review before but I know how valuable it is to trust your mechanic. I took my car in to get my rear struts replaced yesterday (5-14). As soon as Mike identified what the problem was (which he accurately was able to do on the phone the day prior so I was able to research costs, time etc.) he called me and not only let me know the issue but also listed all of my options understanding that time and money could be an issue during COVID. Then ended up staying late to finish my car while running the shop completely by himself. He also answered a handful of questions for my dad and I. Give this guy business, I know my family and I will now.

It’s nice when the surprise on your bill for auto repairs is how low it is. Very good communication. HONEST. Fast service. Overall excellent experience.

Hard worker, friendly service and a nice shop

Mike is a fantastic mechanic. He offers the most fair prices for work you can find in the area and is honest with his customers (doesnt tell you things are broken that arent to make a buck). He goes above and beyond when servicing your vehicle and NEVER cuts corners. He is also just a nice guy who treats you with respect if you do the same. I wont go anywhere else for auto repair on my car.

HIGHLY recommend this shop. My alternator went out and I was on my way over to MD automotive to get it repaired when I lost all power in my car and had to pull over and tell him I won’t make it. With no hesitation, he offered to bring me a battery pack and get my car to his shop. He did the repair and I haven’t had any issues since. He does honest work, and cares about his customers.

I’d give this place a zero if I could. This is the right shop. Guy’s rude on here just like in person. I called for a simple oil change. The guy tells me one price then over quotes it when I get there by 40 dollars! This guy is not only rude & has an attitude but a scam artist. Look elsewhere.

Best experience Ive ever had with an auto repair shop! Mike was unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, and kept me posted on progress with the job. I was bracing myself for the initial quote, but it turned out to be much less than I thought it would be. Mike is fantastic. So kind and honest. I took my car in to fix the front bumper that was falling off and we set up an appointment for me to go back. After I took it in again he called and told me all the options I had, the price ranges and, what he would personally do if it was his car. He was so thorough and great to work with.

My water pump was shot & I came into this shop to see the price. Owner & mechanic told me one price & went to bring it back in & was doubled the price. This place is a joke! Taking my truck 2 miles down the way to a shop that’s actually honest! Do not recommend

Quick and efficient.

I got a lift kit installed, muffler replaced and some other little things done. I was very happy with the results. Quick turn around and they kept me updated the whole time. The work performed was exceptional and they charge considerably less than if you are to take it elsewhere. I will definitely be using this company for anything automotive in the future!

Very fair, I thought the rear spider gears were gone best case a wheel bearing was shot and I was not looking forward to the bill at Christmas time. Well it ended up being an emergency break hardware that had broken. Was so happy I didnt have to put out a ton of money and that he was honest to let me know what the true problem was.

I made an appointment at this place & when I went in the owner was not there. When I first talked to him he seemed nice but after this happened he was rude & nasty to me when I tried to see what happened & get my truck fixed. I wouldn’t go back & I’ll find a better shop with good work & customer service.

I have NEVER experience a more dedicated professional in my life. I wont go into detail, but I needed my car fixed by the end of today. He gave me his word that he would have my car finished in time, and he absolutely kept it. Regardless of frustrating situations getting parts. Regardless of the car having issue after issue. Regardless of the fact that he was working on it until TEN AT NIGHT(by the way, he closes at 6pm) he was still there, fighting to have my car done and calling me every few hours to give me updates of how it was doing. Most locations would take advantage of the opportunity to set a higher price, when he let me know of how much it would be, I almost lost it. It was MUCH lower than I anticipated with the level of service I was given. Im never going anywhere else for car trouble.
