Dowdle puzzles are the best! We were going to order our kids their first Dowdle puzzle online but decided to go into the store instead. So glad we did! What a fun environment. The ladies working there were so kind. We even saw Eric Dowdle and he was so nice! Wish Id gotten him to sign the puzzle. The kids have already put the puzzle together twice! Beautiful pictures. Great quality. One of the best family activities. We will definitely be buying more like this!

Lovely puzzles, great for gifts, wonderful people. I got a behind-the-scenes tour, saw how the puzzles are made, and where the painting happens; there is a huge wall covered with a custom puzzle mural that is worth seeing if you can take your way back there!

Their puzzles are super high quality, and they have an incredible selection to choose from! We got a 500 piece puzzle that took our family a number of days to complete. It had enough pieces to keep us busy for a while but not so many that we wanted to give up. Highly recommended!

We just picked up our first puzzle from here! We loved the playfulness of the fairy tale puzzle and our kids were able to complete the 500 piece puzzle in just one afternoon. The shapes were different and that made it fun. The quality was excellent so the pieces fit together well and stayed in place. Well be back for more again soon!

After purchasing the Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days anniversary puzzle, I bought a frame to mount. However, the finished puzzle was much smaller than what was shown on the packaging.Love the puzzle though.

We only own two puzzles, and their both from Dowdle. 😃 We just completed Zion National park, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. These puzzles are so amazing! There is SO much detail put into each of them. A lot of the things we would have thought to put in are all there and there were lots of little tiny things added in. Their customer service is also amazing as well! They accidentally sent us another city and let us keep it and sent out the correct one with no extra charge. Really appreciate it. Its a crazy time for us all, but Im grateful for a fun new puzzle to try! I dont usually do a lot of puzzles, but I read several reviews of different ones that people have absolutely loved. No wonder all of the popular puzzles are on backorder right now! Im glad I was still able to find one that I am excited to do! Makes me want to order the other ones for when Im done with this one! Im also super excited about the Dowdle Doodles Coloring Book. Both the puzzle and coloring book are helping fill my wanderlust during this unsettling time!

The associates at the store so kind and helpful. They even kept my hand knitted baby blanket that I dropped on the floor until I could pick it up the next day. This 1000 piece puzzle wasn’t too hard and only took a few hours.

Edit- Just want to add that Ive heard from Dowdle. They are able to ship one puzzle right away. This company is so responsive. Hopefully their stock will catch up to their popularity soon. Everyone who is now hooked on jigsaws should try Dowdle. But not until I get the rest of my order please.I would give the actual puzzles 5 stars. They are great. Actually getting them seems almost impossible. I placed an order for 5 puzzles and it was confirmed on May 2. I have received 0. Approximate shipping time was listed as 1-6 weeks when I ordered. On June 24 (about 7 1/2 weeks later) I requested information and was told it would be an additional 1-3 weeks. Today July 14 I inquired and the answer was it should ship in 2-3 weeks. I am seriously having trouble with a 3 month turn around for orders. Not one of the puzzles on the order has been available in 3 months? Definitely try out their puzzles but definitely wait until they get some control over their stock.

The best selection of fun, high quality puzzles I’ve seen in the area! My family loved the last puzzle we bought here! As we were putting it together we found all the fun little extra things that were hidden in the puzzle. These are not your ordinary puzzles! So much fun!

My 7 year old granddaughter absolutely loves the Painting the Town series. For Christmas I went to the studio to get her a puzzle and explained her fascination. As a result an arrangement was made for her to meet Eric. When I took her to the studio he made her feel so special and spent about ten minutes giving her his undivided attention. What a fantastic and caring person he is.

I love a good Dowdle puzzle and own quite a few. Unfortunately during this quarantine time, so does everyone else and the stock at the warehouse was quite limited. Not their fault. But I went with one specific puzzle in mind and was told in might be in in about 6 weeks but there were over 200 people ahead of me. 😳 Ended up buying a puzzle for my kids instead which is super fun and they love it. Just bummed about the choices they had.

We love the Dowdle puzzles! We’ve been doing them for years. It was so fun to go see the hundreds of puzzles they have at the store. Everything was very clean and organized. The sweet girl working the register was so nice to everyone who walked in, even though she was trying to help a customer on the phone with an issue. I can’t wait to go back and find another one!

Ordered and received the University of Tennessee puzzle. It is to be framed and put on my husbands Tennessee memorabilia wall. The puzzle is finished except for one missing piece. I have emailed and sent picture. I received an email back saying I should hear from them in 3 to 5 business days....that was Aug 2nd...no response yet. Love the detail of the puzzle but would like to compete the wall.

Absolutely beautiful puzzles! They have a fun selection and everything you need to keep your puzzle after putting it together. The boxes the puzzles come in are heavy duty if you want to break it apart to put it together again later. If you like puzzles this is definitely a place to check out!

Ive always loved Dowdle puzzles, but this was my first time in their retail store. I loved the way it was laid out, the people were pleasant, and it was easy to find a puzzle that depicted a place that was meaningful to me. And the artist was there too, so that was cool!

I love this company and their puzzles. I have put together a few of them now and they are awesome. The shapes of the puzzle pieces were all so different in each puzzle that I put together. They have puzzles illustrating places from around our country and world and they likely have one of your favorite college football team! Great gift and they are great looking when finished.

I love these puzzles! The store has a really great selection. The one I most recently purchased (Washington DC) weirdly had 7 duplicate pieces, which definitely caused some frustration during the process. But overall I love it!

Really impressed with the quality of the puzzle pieces. My 2 year old and I worked on one and I wasn’t worried about him bending the pieces. As long as physical distancing is required we will be back to buy many, many more 100-300 piece puzzles. And even when it’s not required as much we are enjoying puzzling in the cool AC rather than being out in the heat.

I love the puzzles. They are so fun and creative and the perfect difficulty level. The pandemic has certainly changed things for them and put them in a rough spot for getting the influx of orders out in a timely manner. Don’t order them if you want them soon. Give yourself months of waiting time so you’re not frustrated and disappointed. This isn’t their fault. I’m sure they had no idea that millions of households would be ordering multiple puzzles.

I just wish they would say on the website unavailable rather than take your money and then not get your product for an undetermined time. Pushing 5 weeks at this point waiting. Starting to feel like they are dishonest. I trust they dont intend this but it feels like they want the working capital but not putting the customers first. They are in desperate need of a real COO not an artist to grow this business responsibly. Everyone can understand the demand for puzzles are strong but fewer are understanding of taking our money with intent not to deliver it in a timely manner. Beautiful pictures though.

Great staff fun puzzles

So many fun puzzles to choose from and all in a variety of number of pieces that you can find a puzzle for anyone in the family. We’re able to do a 500 piece in a few hours so it’s been fun to do them in one sitting.

Just finished putting together another Dowdle Puzzle. We did the Balloon Festival one and put it together with our grand kids. This one was so colorful. All of my kids and grand kids love doing Dowdle puzzles. We do them together or pass them around in our families. We have done several of them. Have loved all of them. The pieces in them are so unique. I love doing puzzles and Dowdle is probably my favorite of any. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had the luxury of meeting TV personality Eric Dowdle and his over 450 paintings when we visited! The gallery was awesome and the 3D puzzles are a must have. Definitely worth the time and visit!

Incredible company with a bevy of talented artists and craftsman.

They advertise no missing pieces but we brought a 1000 piece puzzle made by this company at our local Costco right before Christmas. Put it together and it’s missing 5 pieces! Contacted the company via email following all instructions to obtain missing pieces and now they state they only make this puzzle in 500 pieces. Have tried emailing them multiple times since with absolutely no reply. Buyer beware!

Just received my first Dowdle puzzle and am already hooked! The quality of these puzzles is so noticeable. Even the box it comes in is very well made. I love that they include a ziploc bag to store your puzzle in afterwards and a little note that the puzzle has a story you can read about online. The artwork is very detailed and accurate. My first selection is of the town I live in and its spot on!

I placed an order almost 8 weeks ago and still have not received it. Puzzle are great, but their whole business from ordering to shipping is sub par.
