I ordered 2 separate items as Christmas gifts on December 2nd. After two weeks and no communication, I contacted Qualtry via email (no phone# for customer service! ) I received a response telling me to be patient and blaming it on shipping co. On December 16, I receive a link to tracking indicating the items have shipped. One item is delivered on Dec. 19 but the other shows no movement. I contact Qualtry twice more and they keep assuring me that the item is on the way. Christmas comes and goes and still no gift delivered. I finally contact my credit card on January 4th to dispute the charge for undelivered item and credit card contacts Qualtry. Amazingly, the item suddenly appears a day later! Aside from taking over a month, Qualtry does not include the gift note I requested. Instead, they include a note informing the recipient that they were out of stock on the item color I paid for and unilaterally decided to replace it with one of another color!! Qualtry never informed me that the item was out of stock and led me to believe that all was well. Not happy 😡 I recommend you stay away from Qualtry!

Edit: A supervisor emailed me about my missing package, apologized, refunded my money and sent me a coupon to order again. My package eventually showed up almost a month late.So furious with Qualtry. I ordered two customized Christmas presents back in November, was sent confirmation that a shipping label was created Dec. 7, but they never received the package. I called customer service a week later when there was still no movement on my package, and they insisted it was sent out and I would have it in time. Turns out they lost my package and didnt tell me. So here I am a few days before Christmas with no gifts, and this company will do nothing for me.

I wasnt going to leave a bad remark, but since I see so many others with similar experiences, I feel I need to. Especially since my most recent, heart-felt email went totally ignored.I ordered a custom art set for my little girl. Then I waited and waited and waited. They did not bother to let me know they were backordered until I reached out. Terrible communication! So I waited some more, and more, and more.Finally, many months later I had to demand a refund because they still had no estimate when, if ever, these things would be back in stock.The crazy part is that THEY STILL HAVE THESE FOR SALE! So they take and hold on to your money for items they do not have and are unable to fulfill for an unknown amount of time.HOW IS THIS LEGAL?IT DEFINITELY ISNT LEGAL.All they had to do was communicate. Even my last chance to hear an honest apology and explanation in response to my most recent email went ignored AGAIN! So I will remember this forever and I guess I need to spread the word by any means possible until they change their ways.

Qualtry is THE worst place to work at, the supervisors are the worst at being polite along with the employees. They seem to single people out and be rude and disrespectful to you. 0-10 do not recommend stepping foot in the warehouse at all without people giving you the dirtiest looks. I love the products that I have ordered. I ordered about 15 cutting boards, aprons, wood frames, and a few other accessories for Christmas. I love the quality and details on the cutting boards. I would have given a 5 star, but the length of time for my order to be complete took about a month. Though I understand this is a new company and they probably had a lot of orders to complete for the holidays. My order was competed 2 days before Christmas, and I was pleased with all of the products. I would order again, in fact I want a few things for myself after seeing the beautiful cutting boards and picture frames.

The products are very nice although dont be in a rush to get them. Since they are personalized it does take a little extra time. Overall I am very happy but I may get in touch with customer service. The reason is that some of the letters are very easy to read as they are dark inside the engraving but some are not and doesnt look good.

I first ordered the personalized cutting boards as Christmas gifts (in which they upgraded my order to bamboo at no charge) and was so pleased that I bought more. Recently, I received my personalized aprons and received exactly as was described for the item. At one point, I had to reach out to them to ask about my order and they responded quickly. You wont be disappointed if you buy from this company.

It wasnt even put into production until after it was supposed to be shipped. That was two days ago and no other update. If they cannot handle promo deals, they shouldnt offer them!

Ive ordered cutting boards, coasters, hand towels, kitchen utensils and BBQ utensils. Their communication is fantastic and most of the products delivered quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the hand towel was done very poorly. The rest of the products were top notch!

The shipping was separate but was quite reasonable. They even supplied tracking information. I believe I actually received them before the date they said they would arrive. A personalized 11x14 cutting board was ordered, however it was shipped to another address as a GIFT. It will not be opened until the end of May at a wedding shower for my daughter.
