I would recommend anyone take there cars here. Caesar was amazing and help me so much with my car. His customer service is impeccable. He broke everything down for me and was completely honest with me about what needed to be done.

I’ve been taking all of our company vehicles here for the last year and have always had a great experience and service. They have always had them in and out. Our vehicles always take a beating (restoration construction trucks and vans) so it nice having a place I can take them to get them repaired and back on the road quickly.

Came here last week and notice an exclamation mark that lit up in my car. I immediately freaked out and went to brakes plus. Turns out it was nothing major. One of the employees there Ceasar went above and beyond to help me. Its always nice to know when your having car troubles someone with great customer service is there to help. Much deserved 5 stars for great customer service and efficient work!

Absolutely horrible! Complete lack of integrity and honor. I wouldnt trust them with lawnmower!Ive had my front upper control arms changed not that long ago. Decided to bring my Audi A8l to brake plus for an alignment. I know... never take higher end cars to a second class shop. But the previous manager at brake plus was recommended by a friend and the place is 5min. from my house (tried to save time). So I though to my self whats the worst that can happen? They get the alignment slightly off? Boy was I wrong. Took my car there, and ended up wasting a lot of my time and costing me more money.My car had zero issues, except for an alignment. Theyve told me theyd charge me extra than the advertised price for whatever reason. But whatever, no problem. Upon getting the car back instantly I noticed two things, steering wheel center sightly being off to the right (they resset the wheel). Again not a big problem, whatever. Second thing which I notice at the same time, was a sagnificant vibrating noise which wasnt there prior. Noise was coming from the front passenger side. So I though it was the tire, I had another brand tire laying around and I put that on. Vibrating noise was noise still there. At that point Im thinking its the wheel barring, which would be super strange, because the noise only started right after i got the car back from the shop and not prior. So I took the car back. They told me to come back another time.I went home, jacked up the car and noticed that two of passanger front side control arms ball joints are slightly damaged. These control arms are not old! Also theres a dent on one of them as if from the tool. So Im thinking ok, they messed up, probably jabbed a tool up there by accident, Ill bring it back and well work it out. At least thats what an honest shop would have done. So I though.I took the car back, had a technician ride with me so he could hear the noise. Showed him the control arms. He went to communicate with other workers, comes back with another technician and the denial had begun. This other technician starts blaming everything that there is. Says the noise is coming from a tire that is different (even though it was there before U changed that tire ). Blames alignment being off on that tire as well (again...even though it was off before I changed the tires). Completely denies touching upper control arms, which they really shouldnt touch during an alignment. He tries to tell me all these basic excuses as if Im a soccer mom that doesnt know cars. Eventually after excuses run out, offers to start taking the vehicle apart In search of vibrating noise. Lol. Yeh, like Im going trust somebody to work on my car after they wasted my time, damaged my parts and lie to me about it.I called their corporate, they they made the same excuses. After going back and forth Im left with an assumption that it could be their common practice, to lightly damage customers vehicle so that they bring the car back for more come repairs.I get it though they must assume that people whom drive Euro cars dont know anything. At least thats what their workers told other people about be. Including that I asked for my alignment money back. Yet I had never asked for money back. Now dont get me wrong I might have had gotten to that part. But first of wanted them to cover OEM control arms that run $600+ from the dealer, and labor costs. I havent though about alignment prices then lol. I didnt even get to the descussion of them having to fix their mess or paying me for it... because they denied everything.Ps-havent gotten the chance to fully inspect the car yet. If the source if vibration happens to be something more that they messed up, I will update.Again do not make the same mistake I did trying to save time. I only ended up wasting more time and money. Take your cars to a professional shop even if its farther drive😉. Hope this review helps somebody avoid unescesery waste of time and an unpleasant experience.

Just had a inspection. They took care of me right away and was fast. Every time I have had service done it was done right. These guys are great at what they do.

This place is the only place I will take my vehicles. I have never felt like they steer me wrong and always give great advice. I also feel very comfy letting my wife take her care here and they won’t up sell her on false services such as blinker fluid.

Nick absolutely killed it on my break job coming in last minute and in a crunch for time him and his guys did an amazing job and had me in and out in a timely manner! I cant thank the guys here at Brakes Plus Little Elm enough! I just recently had an engine replaced and was told that the transmission was needing to be replaced as well. When I brought the car in i was already expecting to spend the money for the repairs BUT these guys took the time to inspect, diagnose and fix the actual problem and ended up saving me a couple thousand dollars. THANKS GUYS! I know where Ill be taking my car from now on and recommending this auto service to others.

Just wanted to say how amazing this place is. I stopped by this location on a whim, after my maintenance light came on on my VW Tiguan! This guy named Michael was super nice and extremely professional with me and took care of everything ^_^. I just recently went through a bad accident and had some repairs done by another shop… Michael and another technician named Bert had recommendations that literally included the quality of the previous repairs and confirming that everything was done correctly. Which I appreciated because I don’t know much about cars! I will definitely be going there again!

They over charged me and didnt provide me a receipt or the paperworkfor the work done on my car. The older white dude was rude and not letting me talk or answering my questions. He overcharged me for an oil change job which I paid $79 plus tax 5 months ago. How is it that the same job was $79 then and $110 now? He didnt give me my paperwork for the job that was done and receipt when I asked him this question. He said it will be sent to my email just so I dont confront him infront of other customers there. I am still waiting to receive my receipt. I dont mind paying few extra bucks but ripping off customers like this is just very unfair.

Price is reasonable, scheduling process in their website is good too, went there to change the oil, but I also requested a tire rotation that didn’t happen (I can prove) and it was charged anyways. The problem wasn’t the 10 bucks they charged, the problem was the lie. Anyways, make sure to check before you checkout that everything was done, maybe they forgot right?!

A great group of individuals work here. They were able to squeeze me in the next day, as well as add a service. Recommend you go here for your car needs. They do more than just brakes, which is awesome!

None of the classification’s above detail the issue I had today at the 423 location. Came in because I was pretty sure I was driving metal on metal, and first noticed the sound 3 days ago. Haven’t driven much since. Dropped it off this morning to have it looked at and I was already pretty sure I was going to need ALL 4 rotors, so it was a matter of the price I was curious about. Received a call and was told it’s going to be $1259.00. Ridiculous. Came up there to pick up my truck because no 18 year old has that much in there bank account ready and they gave me a $830 quote, refused to let me take the quote home that said $1259. This is just a single cab f-150. Manager told me I have to pay $50 everytime I come in from now on, so I will not return due to the managers comment and his smirking when I said I will get it done elsewhere for a better price. Overall manager was irate, must’ve woke on the wrong side of the bed. Technicians I give 5 stars, they are great guys and know what’s up. Oh and, they didn’t try and up my charge lol.

My recent visit to Brakes Plus in Little Elm for a battery replacement was quick and easy. Mike, the manager, assisted me with great care. I particularly like the fact that he tested both the battery and the alternator before proceeding. He thoughtfully informed me of the results of his testing and once we agreed on a course of action, his crew completed the work in short order. Everyone there was very accommodating.

Always try to upsaling their product ...i change my break pad 12 month back and i drove only 10,000 mile ......they told me my break pad is very low ....how ...?? I cant understand ...so, I went back to firestone and check free eatimate ...they told me no need to change anything everything is looks good...... please dont do that ....

This place is horrible, I’ve spent almost $1000 to change my brakes and every two weeks I need to be back for some odd reason my brakes makes sound. Also, make sure you won’t leave your valuables in your car because it will be gone. Run away from this place and find another reliable car shop or rather just go to your car dealer.

APRIL 2021 UPDATE:they have changed their management and they are back to their former glory. The manager saved me from thousands of dollars in repairs and helped me get out of one money pit car and into one much better suited for my family. Top notch customer service.2020 REVIEW:I used to love this place. But they changed management this year, and now the place is a trainwreck. I spent thousands there this year. Had some axle problems. They never rotated my tires, even after doing an alignment (among several other things). Now Im spending hundreds on new tires because they didnt do what they were supposed to. They didnt keep my appointments, didnt call me back when work was done, didnt keep the same price from when I dropped it off to when I picked it back up on something as basic as an oil change. When I called them out on the bait and switch, the kid at the front asked who I talked to; I pointed to a guy in the bay, and he said, well hes the manager, so I cant get after him. Just tell me what he said, because he didnt write it down. These guys arent professionals at all.

Alas, I did.I was given 2 quotes, one below my budget (economy service), one above (premium pads, lifetime warranty, etc.). They were able to work with me to get the premium service/pads AND new rotors at my budget + 10%!!!Well worth the peace of mind on my daughters car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.PS. I visited family in Frisco for a holiday, drove from Phoenix, needed to find a place to check my transmission fluid level since it had a minor leak when I left Phoenix. Brakes Plus in little elm did a more thorough inspection than I would have anticipated, and they filled my tires for my trip back to Phoenix. All at no charge. I was genuinely impressed with their customer service

They treated me awesome, and gave me the best price in 20 miles for shocks and struts. The people are great, and they got me in and out in less time than they originally estimated.

I had a front brake line burst which in turn caused damage to the brake pad and rotor. After having my car towed and looked at with two other shops(Affordable Automotive and Meineke), I got on the phone with Nick to get one last quote. Not only did he blow the other two quotes out of the water, he was able to perform the brake line repair, front brake pads and rotors, rear pad replacement, and brake fluid flush for all under the quoted price of just front brake work and line at both of the other shops. I would’ve paid 23%-30% more at the other shops. Great work and very professional when on the phone and in person. They even have discounts for military veterans!!!

Brakes plus has come to the rescue again!!!!! After getting a set of new tires, I found out that my rack and pinion was shot. During these very hectic holiday times, They located the part out of town and had it shipped and installed the next day. They saved the holidays!!!! Cesar is AMAZING! I highly recommend Brakes Plus solely based on my recent experience with Cesar. I went to a different service center for a simple oil change and was told that I immediately needed 4 new brake pads and rotors because of how worn down they were which would cost me $700... Before paying $700 I decided to get a second opinion. This is where Cesar came in and saved my day! He offered to give me a free inspection with his honest, genuine advice. After inspecting my car, he found that my rotors didnt need replacing (just resurfacing) and that new brakes were in my near future, but not nearly as urgent as the other shop made it seem. I went ahead and replaced my 4 brake pads and did a brake flush which cost me right under $300. I cannot thank Cesar enough for not only saving me $400 today, but for his overall professionalism. Brakes Plus - you now have another customer for life!

All around a great place! I got there later than I was set up for and they still got me right in. Nick was on top of all of my issues and needs and with quick timing. He walked me through it all and even took me back and showed me what was going on. Very polite and professional. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others!
